The skill of effective communication is not only the most important component in the activities of a qualified specialist, but also makes everyday communication more trusting, less aggressive and dependent. This is confirmed by the research of domestic and foreign scientists, business coach programs, and the practical work of coaching and consulting specialists. The purpose of our work is a theoretical and experimental study of the use of transformational games as a tool for developing students' effective communication skills. The article examines the skill of effective communication of students according to various criteria. The results of the application of the program for the development of effective communication skills of students using transformational games are shown. Methods. The methodology of «Diagnostics of communicative tolerance» by V. V. Boyko is designed to determine to what extent people are able to show tolerance to other people in business and interpersonal communication. The test «Communicative skills» of Mikhelson L. in the modification of Gilbukh Y.Z. we used to determine the level of communicative competence and the quality of formation of basic communicative skills. To study the ability to showempathy, the «Emotional Response Scale» technique is used (A. Mehrabyan, modification by N. Epstein). In the formative part of our work, we used transformational negotiation games «The Red Rose Effect. The best techniques of persuasion» and «Say NO». Results. it was revealed that a significant number of students have difficulties in managing emotions that negatively affect interpersonal communication. Testing showed that the majority of students have an average level of general communicative tolerance. Students use aggressive (oppressive behavior) and dependent (insecure behavior) positions in communication. A significant number of students demonstrate a low level of response with feelings, which makes it difficult to contact people around them. Conclusion. Thus, purposeful work is needed to develop students' communication skills. Russian feminitives were chosen as the object of the study due to their nowaday increasing actuality. Indeed, a noticeable burst in female-nominating nouns creation has lately been observed. Thus, functioning of such female nominations meanings seems to be a new and prospective direction of linguistic researches. Having studying identification strategies and mechanisms of the given feminintives meanings as a goal we staged a psycholinguistic experiment. In order to reach the goal the tasks of the cue words frequency and apprehensibility determination and the degree of their foregrounding research were solved. The planning and course of the experiment as well as the results of the first stage of the experimental data processing are described in the present article. The mentioned stage comprised the counting of the responses the experiment participants had given, when asked to identify the cue words as known or unknown and estimate the degree of their meanings transparency. The percentage ratios of the familiar and unfamiliar words are presented in tables. Based upon these figures, several conclusions were arrived at. In particular, only 20 % of the cue words are known to the half of the experiment participants. But for all that almost 90 % of the respondents agreed upon the least comprehensible feminitive as such. The purpose of the study is to identify the factors influencing the use of precedent units and trends in the dynamics of their content in modern Spanish journalism. The object of the study is precedent units, and the subject is their linguistic implementation in the modern Spanish press. The objectives of the study include the analysis of the representation of precedent units in modern media texts based on the study of stylistic characteristics, the definition of their content and the nature of their functioning in journalism. Any, even very minimal, shift in the value paradigm leads to a change in the content of the precedent unit, connections with its original content are lost and a complete deactualization of meaning may even occur. In the course of the study, methods of observation, definitional, quantitative, contextual, component and discourse analysis were used. The study was carried out based on Diccionario de dichos y frases hechas / \"Dictionary of sayings and stable expressions\" by Alberto Buitrago, the Corpus of the Spanish language of the XXI century (CORPES XXI) was used to track the frequency of use of precedent units. The article defines the tendency to change the content of precedent units in Spanish journalism. P.Gaidar \"The Fate of the drummer\". The paper pays attention to the language of the writer's fiction as a source for detailed linguistic analysis. The novelty of the research is seen in the fact that the article for the first time gives a systematic analysis of the names of the characters in the story and compares it with the ideological basis of the work. The relevance of the research is connected with the need for a detailed study of the language of A. P. Gaidar's fiction, and the analysis of the system of naming characters is one of its aspects. The article discusses the concept of synonymy of proper names, talks about its conditionality. For the analysis, the concept of anthropodubility was taken, which allows us to include common names in the naming system of the characters of the story. The article proves that the naming principles are indicative. It is proved that the work is based on the contrast of \"friend and foe\", it is with this division that the principle of giving heroes names is connected. In the article, the authors give special naming formulas that demonstrate typical naming patterns of the character of the story. The authors point to the dynamics of the nomination, which depends on the perception of a person. Many names in the process of plot development are replaced by expressive and relaxed ones. The authors dwell on the features of children's speech, which also play a special role in the nomination of heroes and show the uniqueness of children's perception of the people around them. The article also discusses nameless heroes and explains the absence of their nominations. Students with intellectual disabilities are subjected to emotional, physical and mental pressure in educational institutions for children with disabilities, which ensures the need to develop and implement an anti-bullying competence model of prevention. The study involved 26 teenagers from Kursk Boarding School No. 3 at the age of 14-16. Data collection was carried out through observation and conversation using standardized methods for diagnosing the socio-psychological determinants of bullying. The implementation of the ascertaining and control stages of the formative experiment included diagnosing the risk of bullying, sociometric status and the prevalence of bullying in the educational environment, as well as evaluating the results using statistical methods of mathematical analysis (“Statistica 11.0”). Developed in accordance with the competency-based model of preventing school bullying among adolescents, the program is aimed at reducing the level of bullying through the optimization of their intragroup relationships. Evaluation of the results of its implementation testified to changes in the prevalence of bullying and a change in the status-role structure of the experimental group in comparison with the control group and with the results of primary diagnostics, and hence its effectiveness. The class team showed a high degree of cohesion, discipline and organization. Measures were successfully carried out to raise awareness of all participants in the educational process, to create a favorable socio-psychological climate in the school community for the comprehensive development of the personality of adolescents with intellectual disabilities. Every nation creates its own picture of the world, defines spiritual and moral priorities, forms ethnic self-consciousness and the system of life values in synchronic and diachrony. At the same time, language, religion, anthropological attributes of an ethnos can be repeated in other peoples with its rituals, rituals, beliefs, perceptions finding their expression, it always distinguishes one linguoculture from another. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to evaluate the development of contemporary French ethnolinguistics and to correlate traditional and French linguistic terminology. The material for the study is contemporary articles on French ethnolinguistics and discourse analysis. The aim of the study is to establish and analyse the specificities of theoretical works on contemporary French ethnolinguistics. To achieve this goal we used general theoretical methods of comparison, description and linguistic methods of logical comparison and structural method. The study of individual semantic groups and lexical fields and the interaction between ethnolinguistics and the French school of discourse analysis form the specific methodological basis of modern French ethnolinguistics. Ethnolinguistics stands out as a specific interdisciplinary and independent field of linguistics, combining the study of linguistic, social and cultural aspects of language. This article discusses some ways of creating the image of Russia in political discourse of modern Georgia in interstate conflict that is actively used in information war and implemented by the use of the tactic of creating an enemy image, which appears to be the highest form of discrediting Russia's image. The paper highlights the features of the functioning of language tools used in the technology of demonization of the enemy, taking into account factors such as the situation of communication, its characteristics. Proper use of methods of speech influence, their expressive capabilities helps to achieve the desired result. Such components of the radio text as the name of the radio station, slogans, refrains, titles of headings and programs can affect the popularity of the media in different ways and contribute to the strengthening of its reputation to varying degrees. The purpose of this study is to characterize the key elements of the radio text that contribute to the promotion at the linguistic level of the brands \"Autoradio\", radio \"Course\" and radio \"Seeker\". The methods of observation, continuous sampling, quantitative and semantic analysis, systematization and comparison of linguistic material are used in the work. It is established that the most significant verbal forms of promotion of the analyzed media brands are the name of the radio and the slogan. The name of the radio allows the listener to correlate the content and the impressions generated, develops stable associations with the radio station. In all three cases, the radio name acts as a strong brand position, reflecting its idea; outside of other speech formulas, it is most often heard on \"Autoradio\". The slogans serve to reveal the unique concept of each of the radio stations, emphasizing the competitive advantage of each of them; this concept is most clearly revealed in the name and slogans \"Autoradio\" and radio \"Course\". The development of the internal image reflected in the verbal logo of the radio station, through the use of language play (primarily polysemy), the use of lexical means emphasizing the exceptional superiority of radio on a certain basis, make the key slogans of media brands unique and effective. This branch of the service sector in comparison with other spheres of activity is characterized by increased dynamics of the emergence of new clientele preferences. This feature leads to the variability of the approach to the organization of educational activities. New training methods are being developed that take into account the features of new technologies introduced by catering organizations and the improvement of customer service standards. Accordingly, the problem of choosing methods and methods of vocational training is becoming increasingly important and relevant. The purpose of mastering the discipline \"Business culture in the restaurant business\" is the formation of students' competencies that meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard in the direction of training 43.03.03. Hotel business (profile \"Restaurant activity\"). To achieve this goal , a number of tasks are being solved: to study the features of the discipline \"Business culture in the restaurant business\"; analyze modern approaches to the development of this discipline; to study the features of the formation of professional skills for the implementation of professional activities; evaluate the effectiveness of using modern digital methods in teaching. In the course of this research, the following methods were used: analysis and generalization of publications of a theoretical and practical nature on the use of interactive technologies in teaching. A selection of publications devoted to improving the process of teaching students was made. Based on the theoretical generalization, a pedagogical experiment was planned and conducted. A comparison of the data obtained based on the results of the conducted pedagogical experiment allows us to assert that the use of interactive technologies in the educational process, namely during practical classes on the academic subject \"Business culture in the restaurant business\", allows to increase the level of efficiency of mastering educational competencies. The aim is to study the perception of the image of Russia in the context of modern globalization and the change of the socio-cultural paradigm. The object of study is representatives of the modern generation of Russianyouth. The subject of the study is the image of Russia formed in the minds of modern youth under the influence of external and internal factors. The relevance of the research is due to the need to study the relationship in the triad of man-culture-globalization, in which an active youth stratum occupies an important place, acting as an indicator of public mood and a determinant of cultural values. The novelty of the research lies in considering the image of Russia through the prism of perception of the words-stimuli \"globalization\", \"culture\" according to the results of an associative experiment carried out using two methods – a free associative experiment and a directed associative experiment. The analysis of the obtained data is carried out within the framework of an interdisciplinary approach: psycholinguistic, linguophilosophical and sociological. The method of hermeneutical and comparative analysis of the words image and εἷδoς is used. The question is considered: what dominates in the linguistic consciousness of representatives of modern youth regarding the image of Russia: \"image\" as an artificial construct imposed from the outside, or constructed by the efforts of the mind and spirit of \"eidos\"?
