The research sample was chosen by a simple random method by (25%) of the research community, as the number of sample members reached (280) of the teaching staff. A questionnaire was designed and the questionnaire consisted of four areas (the concept of knowledge management, knowledge generation, knowledge organization, and knowledge application). The researcher confirmed its validity and reliability. The results of the research data were analyzed using the (SPSS) program, and I reached the most important results: Department heads have awareness of the importance of spreading and supporting the culture of applying knowledge management in various fields in the departments of the colleges of education / University of Baghdad and activating knowledge management activities among the teaching staff, which drives and motivates them to accomplish work and achieve goals.. Investment opportunities exist in the Iraqi environment but are not attractive due to many factors. Among them are the political, security,economic and legal instability of the Iraqi environment, making it unattractive to investments due to administrative and financial corruption, poor management, weakness of the basic infrastructure of the state that restricts the freedom of the investor in many areas.The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the sample was selected using the exhaustive enumeration method.The main instrument of data collection is questionnaire.These standards were adapted to suit the requirements of the Iraqi environment.The size of the selected sample consisted of 155 individuals representing senior management in investment institutions, from which 131 valid questionnaires were received for analysis. Statistical programs SPSS and AMOS and various statistical methods were used to determine the correlation and effect relationships between the study variables. Considering that the Amazigh language knows a great diversity, which is manifested through the multiplicity of linguistic branches circulating in the kingdom of Morocco. In this context, it should be noted that linguistic researchers have focused their attention on studying the Amazigh language and all its phenomena in most of its linguistic branches, such as grammar, morphology, structures, spelling, lexicon and others, in order to lend it. However, the rich semantic aspect remained incomplete in terms of the total number of studies on it, and in order to measure diversity and multiplicity, it is necessary to study the semantic part. The importance of paying attention to the methods of psychological guidance through playing lies in the fact that it is the best method of communication between the psychological counsellor and the child. Through playing, diagnosis and treatment are carried out, and through play it becomes clear. The psychological counsellor understands the child’s condition because it becomes like a clear page. Playing is a functional entry into the world of childhood and an important educational mediator that contributes to shaping and building the child’s personality from all sensory, motor, social, emotional, and mental aspects. Playing is an important psychological need, as it helps to feel comfortable, reduce stress and anxiety, and social integration. Play is also considered a form of the important methods used in psychology in diagnosing and treating psychological and educational problems. Recent studies have confirmed that children’s playing is the best means of achieving comprehensive and integrated growth. Indeed, Through playing, the mind is provided with new information, skills, and experiences through its various forms that enrich its mental and cognitive potential, give it different thinking skills, and develop higher mental functions such as remembering, thinking, and perception. Through this research paper, the importance of psychological guidance through playing is highlighted because it is one of the most important methods used in the field of children’s guidance and it is essentially based on psychological foundations. It has methods that are compatible with and appropriate to the child’s stages of development, and it is useful in the child’s acquisitions and in diagnosing his problems and treating his disorders. People abused by thşe supervisors may be ostracized or supported by other employees. This tendency is actually significant in showing how organizations stand against abusive supervisors. Perceived organizational support can give an idea of how employees tend to be. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and abusive supervision. In accordance with this purpose, data was collected from 93 nurses in Turkey. IBM SPSS program was used to analyze the data. After the factor analysis Pearson correlation coefficient was found and ANOVA analysis was performed. Finally, regression analysis was performed. Abusive management was found to have a significant effect on perceived organizational support. However, the level of this effect was determined to be small. Similar studies were conducted in other countries and higher results were found. The value obtained in Turkey was relatively lower. These findings can be used by top managers.
