It is noted by the repetition of the sound, the letter of the building, the letter of meaning, the word as a noun or verb, the morphological form that is increased by weakness, the continuous and separate grammatical structure, the actual and nominal sentences, and the semi-sentence. As it appears the repetition is of two types: identical and non-identical. As for the identical, it is the one in which the word and the meaning are repeated in a completely identical manner, and as for the non-identical, the meaning and the word are repeated in it as well, but the word may not be completely identical, as in the Almighty’s saying in the Holy Quran : إ( ً ِليم سْ َ وا ت ُ م ِّ ل سَ َ ِه و ْ ي َ ل َ وا ع ُّ ل َص) )salute him with worthy greetings of peace). In which the absolute participle does not match the verb, or we say)وليىل انـتَ َجئـت ):) You and Layla came) or تِ ِت أنـ ـ )جئـ )وليىل) You and Layla came) are two sentences that do not have identical repetition; Because the subject)(التإء )taa( is a connected pronoun, consisting of one letter, which is((التإء )taa), it comes open with the masculine addressee( ) َ ت)ta), and broken with the feminine addressee ( )تِ) te). As well as graduates of the Colleges of Applied Sciences of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Innovation in the Sultanate of Oman. The study relied on the descriptive approach. The study used the questionnaire as tools for data collection, after ensuring its validity and reliability. Its psychometric properties were also verify by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis using the statistical program (AMOS) and (SPSS), and the study used the Model Structural Equation (SEM) to analyze the results. The study reach several results, the most important of which is the presence of an indirect effect of the variable of strategic planning practice in higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman on the variable of adapting their outputs to the needs of the labor market through the harmonization of outputs to the labor market from the point of view of higher education officials, and this result indicates that there is a positive and effective impact. To achieve the goal of the study, three tools were built: a test of knowledge, towards and a behavior of social responsibility. The three tools included three axes: the concept and importance of social responsibility, areas of social responsibility, and the role of institutions (governmental, private and civil) in promoting social responsibility. To verify the validity of the tools, they were presented to a group of experienced arbitrators (15 arbitrators), and their consistency was also verified by applying them to a sample from outside the study sample consisting of (38) 11th grade female students. The internal consistency coefficient was calculated by using the Alpha Cronbach equation in which the cognitive test scored (0.703), while the trend and behavior measurements scored (0.903) & (0.832) respectively. The tools were applied to a sample consisting of (912) male and female students from the governorates of Muscat and Dhofar. The study found that the general awareness level of social responsibility among the eleventh-grade students in post-basic education in the Sultanate of Oman was average, where the percentage of the general arithmetic mean for the three tools was (72.4%). The percentage of the arithmetic mean in the cognitive test was low (57.7%), while it was high in the trend measurement (81.6%), and was (78.03%) in the behavior measurement. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the males and females’ means at the significance level (0.05). In this study, the descriptive analytical approach aims to describe the phenomenon and then analyze it based on the information collected about the phenomenon. This study has reached the following results: Where the value of the correlation coefficient was (-0.654), and it resulted in an effect of pressures related to the nature of work and its percentage was (42.8%). And it resulted in an effect of stress related to multiple roles and its percentage is (62.1%). The study also showed that there is a statistically significant inverse relationship between professional pressure and marital compatibility, where the value of the correlation coefficient was (-0.803), and it resulted in an effect of occupational pressure and its percentage is (64.4%). Thus, what is considered public order in one country is not considered so in another, this is according to the economic, political and social variants. This system is considered as a restriction to the exequatur of foreign decisions in case they violate the public order prevailing in the country of implementation. In any case, the public order differs its role between internal private relations and international private relations; where based in the first, to ensure that there is no voluntary deviation from the provisions of jus cogens in the judge's country, while in international private relations, it is used to exclude the implementation of decisions issued by various foreign courts before the judge's state. When nationals have recourse to foreign jurisdiction or arbitration outside the country of enforcement, this is due to the presence of a foreign element and the exequatur to the foreign judgment was rejected in the executive form. Hence the importance of public order to consider it as an objective condition for the enforcement of foreign judgments, which is automatically raised by the enforcement judge. Or encourage the parties to defend their interests to the conflict.
