Siguiendo una metodología histórico-narrativa se construye un relato biográfico de este grupo, en el cual sus protagonistas participan como investigadores/as y autores/as del proceso. Para analizar este relato se adopta una mirada decolonial, indagando simultáneamente en los estilos de liderazgo y la red de conocimiento que esta experiencia moviliza, haciendo un paralelo con la tradición de la minga chilota. Los resultados muestran cómo la pregunta por los Estudios Organizacionales en Chile coincide con un proceso de desprendimiento epistémico del norte global, a través del cual se va consolidando en Minga el liderazgo colectivo y compartido entre sus miembros, así como su funcionamiento como una red académica interorganizacional. Las conclusiones recorren algunos de los aprendizajes que la historia y conformación de este grupo ofrecen para otros colectivos con similares intenciones en el campo de los Estudios Organizacionales en Latinoamérica.","PeriodicalId":46558,"journal":{"name":"Rae-Revista De Administracao De Empresas","volume":"2 1","pages":"156-167"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90312060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Em seguida, realiza uma aproximação aos Estudos Organizacionais na AL desde o contexto brasileiro. Após a introdução, alguns traços sócio-históricos que constituem o lugar e sua gente são apresentados e seguidos de um breve olhar retrospectivo para tais experiências. Na seção principal, são expostas as pistas que apontam para: (1) a necessidade de uma compreensão apropriada do contexto como periférico; (2) o avanço na construção de um modo de produção científico apropriado ao referido contexto; (3) a relevância de esclarecimentos sobre a linguagem como ação ordinária própria e dos pesquisados; e (4) a retórica argumentativa como meio para se alcançar a legitimidade em conformidade ao auditório ao qual se dirige. O texto termina com breves considerações finais.","PeriodicalId":46558,"journal":{"name":"Rae-Revista De Administracao De Empresas","volume":"228 1","pages":"120-130"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89193285","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the question of how state intervention in entrepreneurship is justified in neoliberal regimes has received scant attention, although it can legitimize public policies. We examine the entrepreneurial slant of the Production and Commerce Development Corporation of Chile (CORFO), which implements regulations and grants financial support to startups. Analyzing interviews with CORFO’s state officials, public statements, and official documentation, we review the advent of state-led entrepreneurial policy and explore the post-dictatorial government’s principles justifying current state policy. This policy relies on double de-politicization: i) divesting entrepreneurship from political affiliation and ii) propagating a meritocratic rhetoric of social and individual development, oblivious of structural inequalities. We argue that this is functional for this regime as long as it guarantees state intervention in entrepreneurship as a policy of common good.","PeriodicalId":46558,"journal":{"name":"Rae-Revista De Administracao De Empresas","volume":"35 1","pages":"131-143"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85699704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Su desarrollo e incidencia en la región ha crecido y se ha consolidado -aunque no en todos los países al mismo nivel y profundidad- como un campo de conocimiento crítico para el estudio de las organizaciones. No obstante, hay algunos asuntos aún sin resolver sobre los cuales es necesario debatir. Es así como se retoma la expresión de Wittgenstein para formular algunas preguntas fundamentales, en relación con su identidad y proyección, en busca de una ‘fricción’ que permita seguir por ese camino de crecimiento. Aunado a lo anterior, se discuten algunos aspectos constitutivos de los Estudios Organizacionales. Las reflexiones permitirán, no solo ahondar en este campo de conocimiento sino, también, contribuir con los investigadores y estudiosos de las organizaciones en la región a construir una posición propia sobre el asunto.","PeriodicalId":46558,"journal":{"name":"Rae-Revista De Administracao De Empresas","volume":"73 6 1","pages":"104-119"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89670792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Oswald de Andrdade's Anthropophagous Manifesto is the guiding thread of our investigation. Amerindian perspectivism suggests a reflexive shift to the position occupied by the object of inquiry which thus becomes the subject from which we must question our own premises. What matters is knowing how our subject / former object perceives our categories / concepts created to describe it. For Viveiros de Castro, the reflexive displacement should occur considering an intentional equivocity. Therefore, we must reflect on the consequences that our onto-epistemological choices will have on our research from the Other's point of view. The concepts of reflexive displacement and intentional equivocity have much to contribute to the construction of the other in EOR and to the concept of border thinking in decolonial studies.","PeriodicalId":46558,"journal":{"name":"Rae-Revista De Administracao De Empresas","volume":"8182 1","pages":"144-155"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2020-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75103896","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study investigates which response strategies are employed to protect organizational reputation in the online environment. Accordingly, data were collected in two ways. First, ten semi-structured interviews were conducted with brand managers to identify strategies to minimize negative word of mouth in social media. Second, social media content of brands managed by the agencies were collected to determine if any other strategies were carried out. As a result in negative word of mouth companies prefer to apologize, hide the original message, respond inbox, or simply ignore the negative comments from consumers.","PeriodicalId":46558,"journal":{"name":"Rae-Revista De Administracao De Empresas","volume":"79 1","pages":"33-46"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80762811","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, crimes, misconduct, unethical behavior and corporate social irresponsibility have become increasingly common, thus calling for reflections on the relevance of addressing these issues in the academic field and in management practice. In this essay, we start from the premise that corporate crime must be understood according to its multidisciplinary nature, and we focus our efforts on discussing management issues to argue that corporate crime is part of companies’ operations to support contemporary capitalism. We begin by addressing the power of corporations as the main force of contemporary capitalism in its form of extreme concentration of corporate wealth and ownership. Then we discuss the seriousness of corporate crimes and how they resemble genocide. We close with our considerations on why organizations become criminal and present a way to prevent corporate crime.","PeriodicalId":46558,"journal":{"name":"Rae-Revista De Administracao De Empresas","volume":"18 1","pages":"435-441"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2019-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82926637","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
