The research literature on industrial chain resilience both domestically and internationally is in a period of rapid growth, with an overall upward trend in the number of publications, which has sharply increased in the past three years. Before 2021, the number of publications and citations in English literature in the field of industrial chain resilience research were higher than those in Chinese literature; But in 2022, the number of Chinese literature publications surpassed that of English literature for the first time. The current regional and institutional distribution of authors in the study of industrial chain resilience is relatively scattered, and there has not yet been a centralized situation, which indirectly confirms that research in this field is still in its early stages. Finally, the future research prospects in this field will be explored with a focus on quantitative research on the evaluation of industrial chain resilience. The bibliometric analysis of the research on industrial chain resilience has certain theoretical reference value and practical guidance significance for theoretical explorers and practical promoters in this research field.

The academic management system is the core of the daily operation of universities, covering multiple aspects such as student management, curriculum arrangement, and score management, which directly affects the improvement of the quality and efficiency of university education and teaching. With the continuous expansion of the scale of universities and the increasing demand for information technology, traditional academic management methods can no longer meet the needs of modern universities. Therefore, information technology reform is imperative. This article explores the informationization reform of university academic management systems, introduces the background and importance of informationization reform, and then explores the principles, including security, stability, compatibility, and high concurrency support. A series of countermeasures have been proposed, such as improving system functionality, strengthening information sharing, improving construction plans, and strengthening personnel team building.

This study aims to understand the role of employees’ perceptions about four key attributes of online learning platforms (OLPs), namely, online environment, ease of use, online content (OC) and online engagement anchors in their levels of work engagement (WE). Further, it also investigates how the personality attributes of the employees and financial incentives for online learning influence this relationship.\u0000\u0000\u0000Design/methodology/approach\u0000Using the snowball sampling technique, online questionnaires were distributed to about 350 employees in four IT firms in India who were working from home during the Covid-19 period. The total number of valid responses was 306 and consisted of software developers, technical leads, process specialists, testers and managers. The analysis was done using Python software (V.3.7.4) packages and Process Macro (pyprocessmacro V.1.0.8) developed for Python.\u0000\u0000\u0000Findings\u0000Perceived OLP features significantly influence employee WE. OC and ease of use are significant influencers of employee WE. The perception of OLP features indirectly affects WE through the learner’s personality characteristics. Moreover, the financial incentive to learn online shares a negative interaction effect with OLP features to influence WE.\u0000\u0000\u0000Originality/value\u0000The paper contributes to the existing literature on virtual knowledge management by identifying the driving factors that reinforce the acceptance of OLPs. A questionnaire-based survey has developed to evaluate the research model by drawing a convenience sample includes 239 employees working in the Arab Potash Company located in Jordan. Surveyed data were examined following the structural equation modeling procedures.\u0000\u0000\u0000Findings\u0000The results revealed that adapting of the ST, mentoring and job rotation in industrial firms had direct effect on the employees’ abilities to learn and transfer tacit knowledge from training to the actual work, and how these learning strategies strengthen employees’ abilities in solving work problems, improving customers’ satisfaction and quality of products and services. As well as, it affirmed the strong direct effect of work environment factors such as supervisor and peer support on the employees’ abilities to learning and transferring tacit knowledge to their jobs. However, this study showed that work environment factors have no significant mediating role on the relationship among ST, mentoring, job rotation and the employees’ abilities to learn and transfer tacit knowledge to their jobs.\u0000\u0000\u0000Research limitations/implications\u0000The study results are opening the doors for future studies to examine the relationships among the methods of training and learning in the workplace, the work environment factors and tacit knowledge transfer from training to the jobs as prerequisites for improving the employees and organization performance. These results would be validated by conducting future research, examining larger samples of industrial companies to give more accurate data and clear explanations to the relationships among the study variables. It also suggests to replace the characteristics of work environment (supervisor support and peer support) by trainees’ characteristics (self-efficacy and career commitment) to give a better understanding to the relationships among the key study variables.\u0000\u0000\u0000Practical implications\u0000With regard to improving the employees’ competency while doing their jobs, this study developed a conceptual framework that guides managers to recognize the importance of ST, mentoring and job rotation in increasing the employees’ learning together; and giving them the chance to use the new learned experiences and knowledge to improve the organization performance and its competitive advantage. Faultline and incentive schemes are manipulated into two groups (strong faultline–weak faultline and group incentive–individual incentives). This study involved 89 undergraduate accounting students as participants.\u0000\u0000\u0000Findings\u0000This research shows that a strong faultline created a strong social identity effect. Hence, the knowledge-sharing behavior among group members tends to be lower than the weak faultline. Knowledge-sharing behavior tends to be higher in group incentive schemes than individual ones.
