The main problem in people with DM is the occurrence of complications, especially the complications of chronic DM, which is the main cause of morbidity and mortality in DM patients. This study aims to analyze relationship between family history, age, gender, physical activity, obesity, hypertension to the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus type II. This research is a quantitative research type and uses a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted at the Kebon Jeruk District Health Center in West Jakarta in 2018, with a sample size of 77 samples or respondents. Independent variables included family history, age, gender, physical activity, obesity, and hypertension. The dependent variable is type II diabetes mellitus. Analysis of the relationship between the two variables was measured using the chi-square test. The results showed an association between life history, age, physical activity, and obesity with the incidence of type II DM in Kebon Jeruk District Health Center in 2018. The purpose of yoga practice is to create a balance of mind, body, calmness, and prepare pregnant women physically, mentally, spiritually for childbirth. With preparation, the mother will be more confident and gain the confidence to go through labor smoothly and not experience anxiety. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between prenatal yoga and anxiety levels in third trimester primigravida pregnant women. Bivariate quantitative research method with a Quasy Experiment approach pre post test with one group design. The data analysis used the Dependent T-Test Statistics. A sample of 33 primigravida pregnant women trimester III with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that prenatal yoga exercise reduced anxiety levels in primigravida pregnant women, which means that there was a significant difference between prenatal yoga exercise and anxiety levels in third trimester primigravida pregnant women (Pv=0,000). Yoga exercise is an exercise that is very safe, easy, practical and needs to be applied independently and continuously in order to improve health. Terdapat 36,9 juta orang yang hidup dengan HIV di seluruh dunia. Indonesia sendiri menempati urutan tertinggi ketiga jumlah orang dengan HIV/AIDS di dunia. Tingginya kasus HIV/AIDS sangat berpengaruh pada kualitas hidup ODHA, seperti meningkatnya kasus depresi pada ODHA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup ODHA terpapar program OBRASS di Yayasan Pelita Ilmu Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan sampel 70 ODHA yang terpapar Program OBRASS. Penelitian dilakukan di Yayasan Pelita Ilmu pada bulan Maret – Juni tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah multiple regression logistic. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup ODHA terpapar program OBRASS di Yayasan Pelita Ilmu yaitu kepatuhan minum obat (Pv= 0,003; OR 6,459), lama terapi ARV (Pv=0,032; OR 3,503) dan depresi (Pv=0,006; OR=5,471). Makanan tradisional ini selayaknya perlu mendapatkan perhatian bagi para penjual dan pembeli, terutama dari sisi kesehatan. Karena sambel tumpang tidak selalu habis disajikan dan harus dihangatkan berkali-kali. Keberadaan mikroorganisme dalam sambel tumpang bisa menjadi penyebab timbulnya keracunan makanan (food poisoning). Masuknya mikroba ke dalam makanan dapat terjadi pada tahap pemilihan bahan makanan, pengolahan dan penyajian makanan yang kurang tepat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kampung Inggris Pare, terhadap 15 penjual nasi pecel tumpang dengan desain crossectional. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyimpanan terhadap kualitas mikrobiologis sambel tumpang, dengan empat parameter, yaitu APN Coiform, APM Eschericia coli, Salmonella sp., dan kapang. Pembuktian hypotesis dilakukan dengan menghubungkan skor inspeksi sanitasi dengan kualitas mikrobiologis sambel tumpang dengan menggunakan dengan uji coefisien contingensi (α:5%), menggunakan bantuan software statistik. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah peralatan dan perlakuan penyimpanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas sambel tumpang, namun lingkungan penyimpanan berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap kualitas sambel tumpang (p value : 0,050). Dari empat parameter mikrobiologis, APM coliform adalah parameter yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan penyimpanan. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas berupa pelayanan antenatal. Ibu hamil dianjurkan melakukan kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC) minimal empat kali selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga terhadap minat kunjungan ulang ibu hamil di Puskesmas Karangan tahun 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode inferensial dengan pendekatan cross sectional (potong lintang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil yang terdata dari bulan April sampai bulan Desember tahun 2019 di Puskesmas Karangan berjumlah 494 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 83 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis korelasi parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (p value = 0,000), pengetahuan (p value = 0,000), dan dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,000) berkorelasi terhadap minat kunjungan ulang ibu hamil di Puskesmas Karangan tahun 2019. Hasil analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi linier berganda juga menghasilkan bentuk persamaan regresi linier: Y=6,333+0,161X1+0,290X2+0,467X3. Nilai tersebut masing-masing bernilai positif yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara semua variabel terhadap minat kunjungan ulang termasuk hubungan yang searah. The emergence of a high sexual motivation drive makes adolescents vulnerable to various reproductive health problems such as sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and HIV/AIDS. This study aims to get an idea of the effect of life skills training on adolescent's ability to avoid HIV/AIDS. This research was conducted in two junior high schools in the Cipayung region, East Jakarta with student respondents aged 12-15 years old. This research uses a quasi experiment with control group design methodology. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The intervention group was given training using a module and a diary 8 times. The results showed that there were significant differences in the mean knowledge (6.55 vs 8.91; Pv = 0.001), attitudes (7.24 vs 8.91; Pv = 0.001), and skills (29.79 vs 34, 67; Pv = 0.001) between the intervention and control groups, before and after the intervention was given. This rate is getting lower in unwanted pregnancies. Every year there is13.3% incidence of unwanted pregnancy in women aged 15-44 years. It has an impact on the mental, psychological condition of the mother in the process of child care and nutrition from birth. This study aims to determine the prevalence and relationship of unwanted pregnancy among married women on the duration of breastfeeding in Indonesia. This research wa a quantitative study using cross -sectional study design, a sample of 5,163 married women, and aged 15-49 years. Data were analyzed using univariate descriptive statistics on complex sample analysis, bivariate analysis using Chi-Square, and multivariate using logistic regression tests of risk factor models. This study showed that 1,267 mothers who breastfed <6 months and there was a relationship between the unwanted pregnancy with the duration of breastfeeding (p-value: 0.007 with PR: 1.349; 95% CI: 1.085-1.676) after been controlled by the use of contraception. The data of the Hj. Gunarti Clinic there were 27 cases of mothers who experienced abortion in 2018, while in 2019, there were an increase of 38 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between maternal habits in consuming herbs during pregnancy and maternal parity with the spontaneous abortion prevalence. The research design used is case control, with a ratio of 1:1. There were 38 samples as a cases group and 38 control group samples. The study was conducted at the Private Practice Midwife Clinic of Hj. Gunarti Banjarbaru city, South Kalimantan Province in April to June 2020. The results of the study showed a significant correlation between the habit of consuming herbal medicine with the abortion cases, that mothers with the habit of consuming herbal during pregnancy had a 3.58 times greater risk of having abortion compared to women who did not consume herbal during pregnancy (OR = 3.58, 95% CI: 1.267-10.143, p value = 0.026), and there is a significant correlation between parity and the abortion cases, mothers with high-risk parity (parity> 3) have a risk of 2.95 times greater abortion than mothers with low-risk parity levels ( OR = 2.95, 95% CI: 1.159-7.503, p value = 0.039). It is recommended for health workers to be more active in socializing to the pregnant women not to consume any herbal medicine carelessly, especially those who do not have permit from the drug and food regulatory agencies, so as to avoid the occurrence of unwanted abortion. The article aims to analyze the importance of policies on Coronavirus (Covid-19) prevention and control in Dental and Oral Hospital. The Literature Review used in the article was Systematic Literature review method by analyzing 429 arcticles in the search engine of WHO scientific articles related to the key words and obtained 13 articles which were collected as the literature study materials which were related to the theme of the implementation of Coronavirus (Covid-19) prevention and control policies. Based on the result of the study it may get conlcuded that the Management Role of Dental and Oral Hospital as the designer and the instigator of healthcare service and academic activities implementation is very crucial. Commitment of the stakeholders should be performed yet need to consider the guidelines aspect which is suggested and used from various references as well as the central government’s policies to apply effective Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) prevention and control. In the prevention and control related to dentistry academic activities it requires an available smart gadget and application to enable students listening and reviewing lectures at anywhere and anytime possible.
