In present work the energy loss straggling of proton beam in DNA has been calculated using the dielectric of plasmonpole approximation (PPA) formula. This procedure has been used to calculate the electronic excitation probability of DNA as a function of the transferred energy by the swift projectile as well as the average energy of the target. A charge exchange has been taken in the consideration. Its structure and composition have been determined using various standard surface techniques. Hydrogenated a-GexSi1-x thin films (a-GexSi1-x:H) were deposited on glass substrates by a thermal evaporation method. These thin films were fabricated under different deposition conditions, such as Ge content (x = 0–1) and atomic percentage of Al (p-type) and As (n-type) dopants (0.5%–3.5%). The element (Si and Ge) concentration of the prepared alloy and films were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy EDS. The structures and chemical compositions of these films were investigated using X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA), respectively. Phase analysis was carried out using the x-ray diffraction technique, which confirms a cubic spinel structure for the ferrite and tetragonal perovskite structure for the ferroelectric phase. In order to confirm the formation of NZF phase into the BT phase; the IR spectra of the composite samples were recorded. The variation of the dielectric constant (e') and loss tangent (tan δ) as a function of temperature were studied. The conduction phenomenon is explained on the basis of a small polaron hopping model. The dc resistivity was measured as a function of temperature in the range from room temperature to 700 °C. The static magnetoelectric conversion factor (dE/dH)H was measured as a function of the magnetic field. The fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense. We compare between the approximate solutions and the exact solutions for the partial fractional differential equations when α,β→1. Also we make the Figures to compare between the approximate solutions and the exact solutions for the partial fractional differential equations when α,β→1. This method is powerfull to find the approximate solutions for nonlinear partial fractional differential equations. The solution of Elenbaas-Heller gives us some information about the effect of metal vapours emitted from electrode on the characteristics of the arc column. The phase formation and crystal structure of BaTiO3 were checked by X-ray diffraction analysis and Raman spectroscopy. It was observed that the quadratic structure of the pure sample transforms to pseudo cubic under Sr substitution. The morphology and microstructure of the samples were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM); a quiet regular morphology in shape was observed with an average grain size of 2 m in accordance with that reported in the literature. The dependence of the (σ0 and σ) on the √s and the other parameters in the framework of Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) is discussed. The numerical results in each of the SPS 1b and SPS 4 scenarios show clearly that σ are always more than the corresponding σ0. This type of tunable devices requires unusual high AC/DC bias voltage (up to 400V). The experimental characterization system is based on the reflection and transmission parameters of a quadrupole placed between the two ports of a network analyzer, in the 8-12 GHz range. For the dielectric characterizations of materials, it is possible to determine the real part (’) and the imaginary part (’’) of the dielectric constant ( of the material. For tunable devices using polymer dispersed liquid crystals, it is necessary to apply a high electric driving field (up to 4V/µm @1 kHz). In the test bench, we used a microstrip phase shifter which presents a 100µm-thick active part. Therefore a 400V external voltage bias device was developed. We first present an applicative circuit, that is, a phase shifter, which is machined to study the electronic behaviors of anisotropic materials. We then present the design and characteristics of the bias circuit. Impedance spectroscopic studies show the presence of grain boundaries in hot-press films. Inspite of this, the electrical conductivity a (hot-press sample) was higher than a (solution cast films). The films were annealed with CW diode laser (808 nm) for (1 and 3) min. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to study the structure of the films. The patterns showed that the films as-prepared have typical peaks of monoclinic tenorite (CuO), which confirmed by (111)  and (111) diffraction peaks. The later peak disappeared with laser annealing for (1 and 3) min and (200) peak appeared. The annealing leads to increase the intensity of  (111)  diffraction peak. The UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to study the optical properties of the films. The results showed that the annealing leads to increase the transmittance and decrease the absorbance.
