This process implies determining part of speech and assigning an appropriate tag for each word in given sentence. The resulting tag sequence can be used as is and as a part of more complicated tasks, such as dependency and constituency parsing. This task belongs to sequence-to-sequence tasks and multilayer bidirectional LSTM networks are commonly used for POS tagging. Such networks are rather slow in terms of training and processing large amounts of information due to sequential computation of each timestamp from the input sequence. Therefore, a techno-economic study will be presented to realize a minimum Net Present Cost (NPC) for this system and minimize the loss of power supply probability (LPSP) and percentage of the excess energy (EXC) that results in increasing the reliability of the power supply. The Equilibrium Optimization (EO) algorithm has been implemented to evaluate the optimal size of the generating units of the proposed hybrid system. TEM on basis of BiTeSe and BiSbTe were obtained by zone melting and extrusion, and PbTe and GeTe were obtained by hot pressing. On basis of X-ray fluorescence analysis, a correlation was established between the concentration of elements in the initial composition and in the manufactured samples. The investigation of thermoelectric parameters of TEM was carried out. The thermoelectric figure of merit in the working temperature range varies from 1.05 to 1.20. Vickers microhardness was established that for BiTeSe and BiSbTe it is from 33.5 HV to 60.2 HV. The microhardness of PbTe and GeTe is 51.7 HV and 125.7 HV, respectively. Modeling of elements in nonstationary modes is complicated by elements nonlinearity. The authors have developed a method for modeling the electromagnetic and electric fields. The issues of identification of equivalent load, power transformers, overhead power lines are considered. One of the most relevant applications is proposed on the basis of the developed method. Event extraction is one of methods used for this purpose. An important step in solving this problem is the time extraction and processing. It is necessary to classify time intervals and determine the relation of succession for them. Intervals can be expressed with specific dates and times, pronouns and tense nouns or they are implied with successive events description. The authors propose to use a metagraph knowledge base and a natural language processing pipeline. The metagraph has the emergence property for a detailed description of a specific concept using a graph fragment. This representation of knowledge allows setting different types of relations between time concepts and states of objects. The study was carried out to extract time intervals from OpenCorpora dataset.
