Especially about the election of their representatives in government. In this election of representatives, the people are given the right to vote to elect their representatives in running the government of the State of Indonesia. However, in practice there are several obstacles and even violations, for example money politics. These violations have undermined the value of the general election. However, there is a group in the general election that has a big role, namely millennials. Because of this, it is necessary to examine the legal polemic regarding money politics and how millennials can come to take part. The method used is normative juridical. The result is that the law in Indonesia has included regulations regarding money politics. However, in terms of implementing sanctions, it is still less than law enforcers, therefore this position can be filled by millennials. And millennials can also carry out fair and honest elections.","PeriodicalId":447215,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Creativity Student","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121098889","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

HLS graduates have had a significant impact on the development of international law. The HLS dialectics and academic climate grew through various student discussion forums, one of which was the student journal forum. At HLS, student edited journals are one of the routine activities of students at all levels, both undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. Many student edited journals at HLS are included in the category of reputable international journals (either Scopus or Web of Science). The governance of student journals at HLS can be traced transparently on the HLS official website and it is very possible to be adopted and modified in the governance of law student journals at the State University of Semarang. Nevertheless, there is a big challenge to be faced, namely the quality of human resources. So that this service program aims to develop human resources in the management of student journals by adopting and modifying the management style of student edited journals at Harvard Law School. This program is in collaboration with UKM Lex Scientia, a unit that focuses on research and publication activities for law students. The output of this program is expected to create a proposed model for the management of an ideal law student journal within the State University of Semarang. In addition, through this program, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the quality of human resources in the management of law student journals. This program will have direct implications for improving the quality and quantity of student publications and will directly affect the achievement of the University's IKU and the level of UNNES ranking on an international scale.","PeriodicalId":447215,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Creativity Student","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128816186","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Weak supervision and the lack of efforts to prevent corruption are the reasons why the eradication of corruption in Indonesia is still not successful. Look at the current conditions. Indonesia as a country with the fourth largest population in the world has the potential for both natural resources and human resources. In order to maximize this potential, the leakage of resources through corrupt practices must be suppressed so that these resources can be utilized as much as possible for the benefit of the general public. The size of Indonesia's young generation also needs to be our common concern in efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption. As a candidate for the nation's next generation, anti-corruption values must be instilled in the younger generation in Indonesia. It is intended that in the future Indonesia will become a country free from corruption through the role of the next generation of the nation actively both from within and outside the implementation of government in Indonesia. In addition, prevention efforts for the younger generation in Indonesia so that they are not entangled in corruption are also needed in achieving the goal of eradicating corruption as a whole in the context of creating shared prosperity in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":447215,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Creativity Student","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126608587","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In contrast to Netherlands, which allows the use of Soft Drugs as regulated in Dutch Opium Act. In Netherlands itself, the use of marijuana and the purchase of marijuana can be done at a coffee shop that already has a permit. The legalization of certain types of drugs and for certain purposes exists because Netherlands wants to provide legal certainty for their people. Netherlands want drug trafficking not to be carried out by crime syndicates that will harm their people. In addition, Netherlands also provides adequate health facilities for drug addicts. Evidently, number of addicts, number of HIV infections due to injection needles, and deaths from drugs has decreased. This is what distinguishes drug policy in Indonesia and Netherlands. Indonesia prioritizes the Penal Policy, it can be seen from the punishment of drug users. While Netherlands prioritizes Non-penal Policy, it can be seen from the incessant drug control. What can Indonesia follow from the drug policy in Netherlands is the prevention of drugs with state control over drug trafficking accompanied by adequate health facilities. Indonesia should reduce the punishment of drug addicts. Criminalizing drug addicts will not solve the problems. In the case of drug abuse, addicts are also victims.","PeriodicalId":447215,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Creativity Student","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115125408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
