Traditional, institutionalised health services will shortly be unsustainable due to unconvincing leadership and inept managerial capacity to identify and alleviate risks to nurses and other workers on the pandemic front line. The aim of this paper is to share insights on nursing career and practice options to provide nursing services to our communities; and canvass anticipated resistance to nurses choosing autonomous practice models in independent business approaches to health care provision.From analysis of the evidence and literature, it was found that the systematic ill treatment and mismanagement of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic is appalling. Nurses are exiting hospitals and health systems across the globe. Some are leaving nursing itself. On any measure, the situation is a wholesale disaster and a wanton waste of skilled and dedicated people. When hospital and health systems become too toxic for nurses and nursing services to function fully and thrive, and when government officials and politicians trivialise and disrespect the work and value of nursing, it is time for nurses to consider other employment and practice model options. In conclusion, A groundswell of support is needed for nurses to remove normalised policies that bind them to medical control, and to break medical monopoly on universal health insurance funding to permit access by nurses to sufficient specified items to earn a wage as independent practitioners.The implications for nursing and health policy makers are: nurse safety and practice integrity need to be central to policy deliberations that affect spending on risk management and reduction. Policies that put nurses and patients at increased risk encourage those with a choice, to abandon unsafe health system employment. Administrative accountability for staff and patient safety affected by their decisions has long been neglected in health systems around the world. It is time for a reckoning.","PeriodicalId":44649,"journal":{"name":"Pacific Rim International Journal of Nursing Research","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2023-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49063172","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The solution of the \"three rural issues\" must always be the top priority of the work of the whole Party and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, this paper analyzes the current situation of Chahaer Youyii Qianqi, Inner Mongolia, and the drawbacks of the traditional tourism model. The study finds that the traditional model of tourism is a single \"show and view\" commercial complex, which rarely reflects the original Mongolian ethnic identity, spiritual connotations and sustainable development strategies. The analysis is intended to provide an overall plan for the village and to create a new type of village with sustainable development in terms of housing, tourism, agriculture, and pastoralism. The aim is to create an experiential tourism model based on the integration of multiple ethnic groups, the restoration of the original Mongolian form of habitation through a combination of clustered units, the development of cultural integration, the principle of sustainable development, the diversification of tourism forms, the diversification of industrial structures, and the construction of a complete infrastructure.","PeriodicalId":44649,"journal":{"name":"Pacific Rim International Journal of Nursing Research","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90543859","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The model combines deterministic analysis method and autoregressive modeling to extract deterministic and random information, respectively, and improve the prediction accuracy. The paper introduces the modeling process of the residual autoregressive model and conducts empirical analysis on the consumption level data of Chinese residents to evaluate the fitting accuracy of the model. Finally, the model is used to forecast the consumption level of Chinese residents in 2021-2023, and the results indicate an average growth rate of about 7% over the next three years, assuming no major changes in the external environment. This paper contributes to the understanding of the residual autoregressive model and its application in the field of resident consumption forecasting, providing valuable insights for policymakers and researchers in this area.","PeriodicalId":44649,"journal":{"name":"Pacific Rim International Journal of Nursing Research","volume":"35 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89758441","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the post-epidemic tourism era has led to rapidly changing tourist demands, which have greatly increased the professional ability and quality requirements of tourism workers. Therefore, the post-epidemic tourism employment problem has become a concern for both the government and the industry. This paper analyzes the talent demand in the tourism industry in Lishui City under the background of all-regional tourism and makes suggestions. While the rapid development of tourism in Lishui City has brought about increased employment opportunities, the tourism labor market in Lishui still faces various challenges, such as a shortage of tourism management talents, low cultural quality of tourism workers, and lack of tourism professionals. In addition, employment quality has declined due to high worker mobility and personnel loss caused by COVID-19. To address these issues, this study proposes several measures: establishing the concept of all-round tourism, promoting high-quality development of tourism to create more jobs, improving the quality of tourism workers and services, adjusting the tourism employment system, and optimizing the employment structure of the tourism industry by adjusting its layout. This paper offers useful suggestions to address the challenges faced by the tourism industry in Lishui City in the post-epidemic era.","PeriodicalId":44649,"journal":{"name":"Pacific Rim International Journal of Nursing Research","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87305138","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
