Severe lung failures are less frequent the vaccination campaign and because the presence of COVID-19 variant’ of concern that seem to be less virulent, in particular B.1.1.529 (Omicron)., severe lung failures may be found in anti Vax people and in immunocompromised patients because immunological toward SARS-CoV2.Furthermore, because the presence of less virulent lately, we are observing more frequently patients with positive nasopharyngeal swab to SARS-CoV-2 and with acute medical diseases but without interstitial pneumonia COVID-19.
