The key points of this policy are reducing the constant in charge capacity for industry, simplifying the licensing process and the existence of operating permits and certificates of operation feasibility, as well as compensation for export credit of 65% which is still deemed unfavorable. As of October 2020, 2,566 solar PV rooftop customers have registered, with a total capacity of 18.19 MWp. This research aims to not only analyze the gap policy, but also to make a case study in a Leading Heavy Equipment Company in Indonesia building on the existing PV rootop policy. By using a web-based simulation that is Helio Scope and the calculation of investment feasibility, the results are not economically profitable. This is due to the high investment value, interest rate value, and other parameters.","PeriodicalId":445902,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The Conference on Management and Engineering in Industry","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114703229","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By applying AGC (occupational safety and health and environment), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (occupational safety and health) and other management systems. With so many management systems implemented by companies, there is a need for integration between management systems, especially during audits. With the existence of an integrated internal audit tool, it can be more effective and efficient in running a management system that is widely implemented. Duplication of work and documents can be avoided in conducting internal audits. Therefore, it is necessary to have an integrated internal audit tool for readiness to conduct an audit from external parties.","PeriodicalId":445902,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The Conference on Management and Engineering in Industry","volume":"176 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116008158","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its revenue growth in the last 3 years, was offset by decreased total number of workplace accidents in contrary to the increased workplace’s major accidents number. About 75% of company’s workplace accident involved subcontractors, over 60% of its root causes were dealing with Unsafe Behavior, and 68% of workplace accidents in 2019 caused by Unsafe Action. It triggers a strong impetus to initiate Behavior Based Safety implementation, by the DO-IT (Define-Observe-Intervene-Test) approach using in-depth interview, structured self-assessment questionnaires and statistical tests. The findings deal with Safety Key Behavior (SKB) criteria in 17 areas of entire construction works through formulating at-risk behavior that leads to unsafe action by the workers, grouped into 3 circles of processes, i.e., execution, supervision and planning/ management. This study contributes to address mutual obligation between company and subcontractors in prioritizing safety behavior improvement to help the policy makers enhancing safety performance in the industry.","PeriodicalId":445902,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The Conference on Management and Engineering in Industry","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128851737","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is done by measuring the maximum strength of the tire. Damage or explosion on the tire when testing takes place is not expected to occur, because this explosion can damage the drum test machine. For research and development purposes it is necessary to find out the location of the initial damage to the tire so that it can be improved on the weak part of the tire. A few moments before the tire is damaged a lump on the tire occurs and produces an unusual sound. This change in the frequency of sound that occurs before and when the initial tire is damaged will be analyzed, which will then be used to create a tire damage detection system so that the test can be stopped when the tire has initial damage.","PeriodicalId":445902,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The Conference on Management and Engineering in Industry","volume":"151 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124200193","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the high speed winding, the centre winding method is used. Irregular internal stresses at the centre of the roll result in major weaknesses such as buckling, spoking and cinching. Therefore, entanglement with the right tension is very important to get a stable wound package. It should be mentioned that winders usually operate based on the principle of precision winding. A typical characteristic of winders is increasing the surface speed as the diameter increases. This will cause the winding to increase which has the potential to cause damage. To overcome damage due to an increase in roll tension, the rolling motor speed must decrease so that the roll tension remains the same or even decreases. And because the rolling process uses additional media in the form of a liner fabric which is tension controlled with pneumatic disc brake, the pressure brake must also be made taper constructing both.","PeriodicalId":445902,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The Conference on Management and Engineering in Industry","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130635763","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
