The Back Propagation (BP) neural network possesses robust parallel computing, adaptive learning, and error correction capabilities, which can effectively reveal the economic benefits of enterprises and their relationship with influencing factors. This study establishes an economic benefit evaluation model for express delivery enterprises based on the BP neural network. The model takes the annual profit rate of enterprises as the quantitative index of economic benefits and selects 13 factors, both external and internal, influencing the annual profit rate of express delivery enterprises as inputs for the BP neural network model. The economic benefit evaluation model based on BP neural network meets the requirement of objective mean square error in the 300th training cycle. A total of 286 valid samples collected from employees within the supply chain of the manufacturing industry in China were analyzed. Findings reveal significant impacts of organizational support, competitive pressure, and relative advantage on green supply chain innovation adoption, with nuances observed based on organizational characteristics and regional differences. Competitive pressure is a key driver for small organizations to adopt green supply chain innovations, whereas the relative advantage significantly influences larger organizations' adoption intentions. Organizations in different regions exhibit different adoption intentions of green supply chain innovations. Our findings underscore the intricate relationship between these factors and the retail pricing of green agricultural products. Specifically, we demonstrate that while the manufacturer's outward altruism is significant, the combined effects of government subsidies and consumer preferences exert substantial influence on pricing strategies. Based on the ant colony algorithm (ACA), this paper optimizes the physical delivery network of the optimized neural network algorithm, establishes a mathematical model for the constraints and optimization objectives in the optimization of the physical delivery path, and proposes some improvements to the ACA to improve the convergence of the algorithm. speed and global search ability, so as to use the improved algorithm to solve the physical delivery path optimization problem. Experiments show that the optimal distance of physical delivery path planning calculated by traditional ACA is 207.8544km, while the optimal distance of improved ACA path planning is 197.9879km. Digital SCF is established on the basis that financing companies need to provide global data to the financial service providers. However, some enterprises may be unwilling to share information for financing suppliers due to data security which affects the development of such new SCF pattern. In this paper, we propose a solution scheme based on data federation technology and evaluate the feasibility of data federation technology in SCF by dynamic evolutionary game analysis. A trustworthy financing service model is established based on data federation technology and the model highlights the characteristic of data availability but invisibility. Evolutionary simulation analysis was conducted on factors that affect data federation technology applied in SCF. This paper combines artificial intelligence and multimedia teaching effect evaluation, proposes a foreign language translation multimedia teaching effect evaluation model based on improved support vector machine (SVM) algorithm, and provides theoretical support for the construction of foreign language translation multimedia teaching effect evaluation system. The results show that the accuracy of this assessment algorithm is improved by 22.18% compared with the traditional assessment algorithm. Therefore, it is theoretically feasible to use the improved SVM to analyse the application effect of multimedia teaching mode in foreign language translation teaching.
