Information System of Accounting for Methodical Work of the Department 部门工作有条不紊的会计信息系统

It is established that the methodical work of the department is of great importance in ensuring the quality of educational activities of higher educational institutions, which provides in particular the availability educational and methodological support of the educational process and information systems for effective management. Given the important role assigned to the formation and development of the system of methodical work in the educational institution, the modern requirements and conditions of reforming and diversifying the system of higher professional education has been analyzed. Based on the general review of the methodical work of higher educational institutions department, has been revealed that the development of an applied software product for accounting and analysis of the methodical work of both an individual teacher and the department as a whole is relevant. The developed information system of analysis of methodical work of department allows analyzing the methodical work of both individual teachers and the department in general, to asses the quality of educational activities, documentation, and also provides diagnostics and monitoring of methodical work of department for different periods of time, comparison of teachers’ activities and preparation of recommendations for subsequent periods of work. The proposed information system allows to effectively manage the methodical work and to provide recommendations for planning, implementing and controlling the effectiveness of the strategy for improving the educational process and its methodical support. In particular, it is envisaged that the program includes such activities as: accounting for the methodical developments available in the department methodical cabinet with their reference to the name of the discipline; names and codes of the specialty; course; teachers-authors; lectures; study groups; the number of students in the group and general in the stream; the number of copies of educational and methodical literature; time of publication; taking into account the existing methodical developments within the virtual learning environment with their binding to the above parameters, as well as the time of the last editing; the number of lectures and students registered for the educational complex, student activity; accounting for existing methodical developments within the section “Electronic Library” of the department’s website with a separate link to the number of copies by users. Communities, in most cases, lack the resources to address economic and other issues. Therefore, it is necessary to create self-sufficient communities in which there are enough financial instruments for their own development. The mathematical model of the decision support system for the development of territorial communities using the agro-industrial sector was considered. An important step in building a mathematical model of the agro-industrial complex is to take into account the specifics of agriculture. The article considers a mathematical model of linear multifactor regression, which describes the relationship between the number of resources expended and the volume of output. Since the processes of economics and production processes of agriculture are complex, it is difficult to describe them using only linear deterministic models. It is common for task variables to take some discrete values or values from a certain interval. It is shown that the development of mobile means of neuro-like cryptographic encryption and decryption of real-time data with high efficiency of equipment is reduced to minimize hardware costs while providing a variety of requirements, characteristics and limitations. The tabular-algorithmic method of calculating the scalar product has been improved. Namely, the ability to work with floating-point operands has been added and it is focused on hardware and software implementation. Developed on the basis of a universal processor core, supplemented by specialized modules, mobile means of neuro-like cryptographic encryption and data decryption. Which due to the combination of universal and specialized approaches, software and hardware provides effective implementation of algorithms for cryptographic encryption and decryption of data in real time. It is proposed to use a multioperand approach, tables of macroparticle products and bases of elementary arithmetic operations to achieve high technical and economic indicators in the implementation of specialized modules of neuro-like cryptographic encryption and real-time data decryption. Specialized modules of neuro-like cryptographic encryption and data decryption have been implemented using the VHDL hardware programming language and the Quartus II development environment (version 13.1) on the FPGA. The analysis of information technologies developed both abroad and in Ukraine reveals the lack of systematic support for the education processes of people with autism. In this context, the development of personalized information technology support for the learning processes of such students is an urgent scientific and practical task. To achieve this goal it is necessary to explore the theoretical and methodological foundations of teaching people with autism and state the role of IT support of such education. Experts agree that the main areas of development of information technology to support the training of students with autism are the improvement of communication skills, improvement of social communication, and academic training. The method of personalization of virtual content of information technologies developed or adjusted to support education of students with autism should take into account the results psychological diagnostics of a student, his/her educational abilities and needs, and also such method might involve the participation of paraprofessionals and parents of a student. When developing such a method, it should be taken into account that some students might use non-verbal communication only, and an algorithm for evaluating the emotions of a student with autism should be developed. The most promising technologies which can be with an appropriate level of ease be adapted into the education of students with autism are augmented and virtual reality technologies. The analysis of the main ways of using information technology in mental health treatment has resulted in the finding that mobile devices with certain software can significantly reduce the number of visits to qualified specialists, which make mental health therapy much more accessible to people with limited time or material resources. The authors have designed the information system using a structural approach and design model Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). They have also developed a context diagram of the information system and decomposed its main process to demonstrate ways to convert input into output. The authors have described the features of the decision-making method — the decision tree used in the information system. The functional purpose and the algorithm of work have been presented in the form of a Petri net, also the authors have specified on the tables of positions and transitions of this network for a better understanding of system principles. The analysis of software tools has been done that allows us to achieve the set goals in designing the system. During the analysis and research of the subject area the factors influencing the comprehensive development of the student are determined. These factors and curricula have also been linked. The basic terms and key concepts of this subject area are analyzed and their influence and importance are determined. The article identifies the main problem and its relevance, namely — the importance of holistic education and the formation of educational programs in accordance with the latest market trends, taking into account the knowledge base that students receive in previous courses of their studies. The productivity and value of the use of selected solutions used in the formation of educational programs and curricula are studied. An analysis of what should be implicit in the system in order for it to help solve the problem and form quality educational programs. As a result of the analysis and research, it was concluded that the existing functionality of the existing solutions is insufficient to fully ensure the solution of the problem. The main characteristics of the system designed for the creation and analysis of educational programs are determined. A prototype of an information system for solving problems of formation and analysis of educational programs in higher education institutions is proposed. According to the analysis, the format of representation of the visual component of the system is determined, the method of representation with the help of structural-logical schemes is chosen. The article presents the key aspects of its functionality of the designed system. The means of presenting the logic and functionality of the system are selected, UML diagrams are selected and built to determine the tasks of the main modules and the principles of its operation. Modern information systems simulate subject areas that contain objects and systems of complex structure. The network model is most appropriate for describing the world around it: it reflects objects and systems of objects of arbitrary nature that interact with each other. In fact, any system can be described using a network model. Hierarchical models should be singled out as a kind of network models of complex systems. Hierarchical models are very widespread and are used in various fields — in biology, sociology, economics, technology, management, etc. — each industry has a set of its own hierarchical models. According to this principle, the generalized error is determined by the error in the description of the model and the error in the approximation of the data by the neural network in the nonlinear approximation. From the condition of minimizing the generalized network error, the expressions for calculating the optimal network size are given (the number of synaptic connections and the number of neurons in hidden layers). The graphic dependences of the generalized error of the network on the number of synaptic connections between the neurons with different values of input images and the fixed number of educational examples and the graphic dependences of the optimal number of synaptic connections from the number of educational examples with different values of the input images are constructed. Thus, the individualization of education plays an important role. This article describes and analyzes the method of determining career guidance, known as the John Holland test, presents a model of its work and justifies the results. Also, the previously implemented recommendation system is mentioned and considered, which allows to form an individual educational trajectory for students of IT specialties. This system uses a sub-module for determining career guidance, which is implemented on the basis of the Dutch test. Accordingly, the use of the Dutch method in the work of the recommendation system for the formation of an individual educational trajectory will provide a more accurate and desirable result. The specifics of creating software tools to help people with cognitive impairments are analysed. The features of using the ontological approach for the formation of adaptive functionality and graphical interface are revealed and their advantages over traditional methods are analysed. It was found that when using this method, there is no need to recompile and fully deploy the software system in the event of a change in business logic. An ontological model of the subject area has been designed, which will make it possible to customize the system for the needs of a particular user. The architecture of a software system based on an ontological model of the subject area is proposed, which takes into account the possibility of personalizing the components of the system and the user interface without the need to re-deploy the system. The process of adaptation of a mobile application based on data about health disorders of the user using an ontological model of the subject area is disclosed.
