An ontological model of the subject area has been designed, which will make it possible to customize the system for the needs of a particular user. The architecture of a software system based on an ontological model of the subject area is proposed, which takes into account the possibility of personalizing the components of the system and the user interface without the need to re-deploy the system. The process of adaptation of a mobile application based on data about health disorders of the user using an ontological model of the subject area is disclosed. Abstract

The paper presents a method of creating an adaptive software system to help people with cognitive impairments, based on the use of an ontological model of the subject area.
