Pupuk Indonesia which produces fertilizer in support of the Government's Program to Increase Agricultural Production and National Food Security. In one of the Work Units, namely the Administration and Sales Department, there is one Fertilizer that rarely has income that does not meet the Company's RKAP Quantum Target, namely Urea fertilizer as evidenced by the Pre-Research results, Quantum Data Realization and Quantum Target RKAP Urea Fertilizer in 2021. In the research This analysis is carried out by analyzing customer perceptions and expectations using the Servqual Method to Measure Service Quality of the Urea Fertilizer Sales and Administration Department. Measurement results in finding the gap between Customer Perceptions and expectations from Servqual will be corrected with QFD. Then do the preparation of strategies that are applied to the Company. The results of Servqual show that all dimensions have a \"Unsatisfied\" Satisfaction Level, which means that the customer assesses that the service provided has not met the expectations of the customer. Next, an analysis is carried out using QFD which shows that the average of all attributes needs to be improved. Indicators that require Top Priority are those related to the Competence of the Urea PIC. So the recommendation from the AVP of Urea Fertilizer is to conduct a Procurement Evaluation of the Performance of the urea PIC at the Administration and Sales Department at PT. Agar mampu bersaing, perusahaan jasa laundry harus mampu meningkatkan pelayanan dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan sebaik mungkin. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang laundry yakni Simply Fresh Laundry 352 Tlogopojok Gresik dimana pada proses laundrynya masih banyak dijumpai antrian pakaian yang terdapat pada sistem laundry. Untuk itu dilakukan analisis antrian agar mampu mengurangi jumlah antrian yang ada pada sistem. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan analisis terhadap performansi dari sistem antrian yang terjadi pada proses laundry menggunakan model simulasi diskrit dengan bantuan software Arena. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat model yang mampu menentukan jumlah fasilitas serta mengoptimalkan sistem layanan. Model usulan dikembangkan terkait dengan jumlah mesin dryer dan mesin cuci dari hasil analisis model awal dan aspirasi pemilik outlet. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa model simulasi yang dibuat mampu memberikan gambaran performansi sistem laundry dengan diketahuinya nilai service level sebesar 96%, waktu tunggu rata-rata menunggu paling lama terdapat pada antrian dryer sebanyak 225,58 serta tingkat kesibukan mesin paling tinggi terjadi pada dryer 1 sebesar 96,38% dan dryer 2 sebanyak 95%. Selain itu, dari hasil usulan 1 menunjukan adanya penurunan waktu rata-rata menunggu pakaian pada antrian dryer sebesar 92% dan nilai service level yang naik hingga 4%. Perusahaan ini beralamatkan di Jalan Veteran Madya Barat, Kecamatan Kebomas, Gresik. Perusahaan melakukan pemesanan bahan baku apabila stok digudang sudah mulai menipis, jika perusahaan terlalu sering melakukan pemesanan dengan jumlah ukuran yang sedikit maka biaya pesan akan tinggi dan biaya simpan akan rendah, juga sebaliknya apabila perusahaan mengadakan pemesanan dengan jumlah yang tinggi maka biaya pesan rendah dan biaya simpan akan tinggi. Pada proses pembuatan tangki air, CV. Surya Agung Enterprise membutuhkan material atau bahan baku. Perusahaan menggunakan 2 bahan baku utama yaitu jenis Fiber Mat yang digunakan Fiber Mat WR (Woven Roving) 600 dengan ukuran 1 x 65 m = 40 Kg, Fiber Mat 450 dengan ukuran 1 x 66 m = 30 Kg. penjabaran yang dapat di simpulkan dengan berupa point-point penting antara lain adalah Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode EOQ menunjukan bahwa total kebutuhan bahan baku dari CV. Surya Agung Enterprise diperoleh fiber mat wr 600 sebanyak 57 kg, dengan frekuensi pembelian 10 kali atau 26 hari sekali tiap pemesanan, sedangkan hasil perhitungan EOQ untuk fiber mat 450 sebanyak 70 kg frekuensi pembelian 14 kali atau 26 hari sekali tiap pemesanannya dalam satu periode. Hasil perhitungan Safety Stock yang harus tersedia fiber mat wr 600 adalah 11 kg dan fiber mat 450 sebesar 29 kg. Nilai re-order point atau dimana perusahaan harus melakukan pemesanan kembali saat persediaan sebesar 16 kg untuk fiber mat wr 600 dan fiber mat 450 sebesar 38 kg. Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methods are used to optimize this. In the study there are defects in milk pie cake is charred, immature, broken, bubbling and sticky. In the check sheet, the average defect per month is 8.6%. Furthermore, the flowchart in the production process consists of 3 parts, namely raw material handling, production and packaging. From the results of the Scatter Diagram shows that between production variables and defects are interconnected. Then on the histogram, the biggest defect is the rupture product with defect 844. In pareto seen dominant defect type rupture by 34.7%. Furthermore, the attribute map contains data out of control in February. The results of fishbone diagram analysis of the causes of defect factors are human, machine, method, material and environment. Rozitech Multimedia Indonesia Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan diperlukan untuk menarik keputusan pembelian atau mencapai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengetahui kepuasaan pelanggan berada pada level mana, maka dibutuhkan peningkatan teknik untuk menganalisa tingkat kepuasaan pelanggan. Dengan metode Servqual dapat dilakukan perhitungan antara rata-rata kinerja (persepsi) dan skor rata-rata tingkat kepentingan (harapan) pelayanan untuk tiap dimensi Servqual, seperti Tangible, Assurance, Reability, Responsivene dan Empathy. Dari kuesioner oleh 95 responden didapatkan hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan CV Rozitech Multimedia Indonesia saat ini perlu dilakukan perbaikan. From the results of the study, the total net weight of car wheel products based on waste calculations was 23,150.35 kg, from the calculation of reorder points and safety stock, it was found that the raw material requirements for a 3 month period were 20,852.35kg with a lead time of 7 days, and the lowest inventory cost. low with the lot for lot method of Rp. 836,140,000. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan melainkan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. NaOCl selanjutnya diinjeksikan ke intake air pendingin condenser, untuk melumpuhkan mikroorganisme laut agar tidak bersarang dan merusak peralatan. Dari data riwayat kerusakan di PT. PJB UP Gresik, ada 180 gangguan selama tahun 2001 – 2018 yang mengakibatkan Chlorination Plant gagal beroperasi. Untuk mencari penyebab dasar dari kegagalan yang dominan, akan dikaji lebih lanjut dengan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis dilanjutkan metode Fault Tree Analysis kemudian diberikan usulan pencegahan untuk meminimalkan terjadinya kegagalan pada Chlorination Plant. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Rectifier SCR Resistansi Rendah, Cell Chlorine Bocor dan Sea Water Supply Strainer Buntu adalah penyebab kegagalan yang paling dominan. SWOT digunakan untuk mengukur kondisi internal dan eksternal, berupa kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dibuat dalam matriks IFE dan peluang dan ancaman yang dibuat dalam matriks EFE. Tahap pertama pembobotan, rating dan perhitungan nilai tertimbang dari matriks IFE dan EFE, selanjutnya perumusan strategi pemasaran dengan matriks Internal Eksternal dan SWOT, dan tahap terakhir adalah tahap memilih alternatif strategi dengan metode QSPM yang merupakan metode untuk menentukan strategi alternatif secara objektif berdasarkan faktor kunci kesuksesan internal dan eksternal yang telah diidentifikasi sebelumnya. Tahap input yaitu membuat matriks IFE dan EFE. Tahap pencocokan menggunakan matriks SWOT dan tahap keputusan menggunakan QSPM. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh UD. Gading Gajah adalah keterbatasan kapasitas gudang dan modal bahan baku. Pengelolaan persediaan yang kurang benar akan menimbulkan kerugian pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan biaya-biaya persediaan beserta kendala kapasitas gudang yang dimiliki perusahaan.Untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami UD. Gading Gajah maka digunakan EOQ Model Lagrange Multiplier agar tujuan penelitian dapat tercapai. Objek pada penelitian adalah bahan baku songkok yaitu kain bludru, bos-bosan kepala, bos-bosan badan, benang dasar dan kain ac. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan pemesanan yang optimal untuk kain bludru sebesar 17 roll, bos-bosan kepala sebesar 124,421 kg, bos-bosan badan sebesar 131,852 kg, benang dasar sebesar 253,887 roll, dan kain ac sebesar 1,295 roll dengan total pembelian didapatkan hasil Rp58.462.095 sehingga perusahaan menghemat biaya persediaan Rp17.057.275.
