Advertisements contain about language, whether verbal and non-verbal. For that reason, advertisements can also analyze by language theories, like semiotic. Most television commercials portray the patriarchy of common perceptions where men make decisions for women and there is no place for gender equality. This work illustrates the analysis of the bold \"liquid Dettol\" advertisement in Indonesia that conveys a gender problem message. Semiotic analysis, qualitative, descriptive method, is used to analyze the signs associated with the message of gender issues, namely as high as the education of women, must be able to build their households, especially in comforting their children. In this research, researcher used the theory of Roland Barthes, through his semiotic theory to analyze gender myths in the ad. Myths can be analyzed through signs, which are contained in advertisements. The author hopes that students of Indraprasta PGRI University and other readers will know more about Dickens' work and ideas. The research used descriptive qualitative method. The research was conducted in two ways; the first source of data, the author used Little Dorrit. The second source of data the author uses opinions and criticisms about the film Little Dorrit, information about the character of the girl in the Victorian era and the biography of Charles Dickens, in addition to that the author also uses a literary approach to analyze the film. The main character in the film Little Dorrit is Amy Dorrit. Amy, otherwise known as Little Dorrit, lives in the Marshalsea Prison with her father, William, who is the prison's longest serving inmate. Although born and bred in the prison, Amy is far from being downtrodden and has grown up to be a gentle and kind-hearted yet enterprising and spirited young woman. Amy became a major figure in this story because of the intensity of his presence from the beginning to the end of the story and has a relationship with each character in the story. Character that is in the main character is kind, merciful, modest, and polite. Students are required to take online learning. Changes in the system of learning activities from face to face to online are considered boring for students. The process of learning English which is carried out online is considered less effective and makes student learning outcomes decrease so that interesting media are needed to be able to motivate and improve student learning outcomes. For this reason, researchers apply Educandy as an alternative to game-based learning that is not boring. Educandy is a website-based application that has the slogan \"making learning sweeter\" which can be used as a learning evaluation. The use of educandy with a more attractive, colorful and easy-to-apply appearance makes the learning experience more impressive. The purpose of this study was to find out how the use and effectiveness of Educandy media in learning English to become a motivating and fun educational game for students. The approach used by researchers in this study is to use a quantitative approach. The source of research data is the students of Ash Shoheh 2 Citeureup Vocational High School, totaling 20 people. Data collection techniques are using questionnaires and test questions to measure student learning outcomes. In contrast, mathematics is in the first position in the category of the least preferred subject (24.0%) but remains in the first position in the category of the most preferred subject (25.1%). Therefore, in fostering a sense of fun in English lessons, we introduce the MAS Card (Make A Sentence Card) as one of the media for English educational games. The MAS Card was created by Ari Abram, a student at Indraprasta University majoring in English education, the purpose of making this educational game is so that students can learn tenses in English and form sentences in a more fun way. This study has a verification purpose, to prove that the MAS Card can be used as a tool to foster a sense of pleasure in learning English among junior high school students, and to see how effective the MAS Card is in fostering interest in English lessons among junior high school students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data will be collected through questionnaires that need to be filled out by students/participants to produce facts as they are using grounded theory. the results of this study will be presented in the form of oral data with a regular variable scale.
