A country is demanded to be able to master information and communication technology properly and appropriately and appropriately, because the cyber world can be a potential threat and the implementation of cyber security that has not been integrated can have an impact on state sovereignty and national security. Intelligence is used as a tool for early detection of cyber threats that come from within or outside the country. This research is included in the type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach and data collection methods through observation, literature study, interviews and documentation. This study aims to: (1) Determine the position of cyber intelligence in the intelligence field; (2) Cyber intelligence in the management of state intelligence. The results of this study are the role of cyber intelligence as a \"new\" form in the management of state intelligence can be clearer and avoid problems that may arise. The number of scattered islands makes straits and seas more penetrable, vulnerable points and targets of asymmetric threats at sea. The aim of this research is to illustrate threats at sea and provide solutions in guarding and monitoring Indonesian coastal borders, which currently require more ships and radar technology as well as other sensing equipment due to longer beaches. The results reveal that firstly, potential asymmetrical threats at sea include former WWII mines, underwater fibre cables, floating ports, and nuclear submarines belonging to foreign countries such as America, Russia and China. Secondly, problems related to welfare include theft of natural resources like coral reefs and fish, and drug smuggling activities, all which add to the burden and duties of various parties. Thirdly, asymmetrical Narcoterrorism is very prominent in Colombia where drugs from Cannabis plants are sold to buy weapons. This is also happening in the Philippines and in Aceh, Indonesia. Narcotic activities are also increasingly worrying – particularly their effects on younger generations. Lastly, coordination by affiliated parties that help guard the sea is highly expected. Adequate maritime border patrol management must be carried out so that together, different marine security institutions can maintain the sovereignty of the state. Therefore, the following are recommended: a) regional diplomatic cooperation within ASEAN, b) ensuring of military capability, power, and readiness for placement, and c) the utilization of unmanned technology to aid in securing the archipelagic state.","PeriodicalId":443781,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Strategic and Global Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132420742","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with LISREL 8.7 software which tests the validity, reliability, measurement model test, structural model fit test (standard solution) and structural model test (T-Value). In this thesis research, SEM analysis with Lisrel was carried out starting from the pre-test stage and core research in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale and continued at the core population data processing stage. The research method uses a quantitative approach with cross-sectional data as many as 29 districts in the 2019 general election. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, with the Jokowi winning vote variable as the dependent variable, noken, trans papua voter characteristics and culture as an independent variable. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Noken system in Papua on Jokowi's victory. On the contrary, there is no statistically significant effect between trans Papua and cultural approaches to Jokowi's victory. But all three should be considered as Jokowi's winning strategy in Papua, because based on the F-test there is a significant relationship of the three variables. An effective priority strategy to increase voter votes for the Jokowi-ma'ruf pair is through a noken approach or utilizing traditional leaders.","PeriodicalId":443781,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Strategic and Global Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130049906","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the indicators that lead to moral hazard is due to asymmetric information or dissimilarity of information provided, and influential in the contract of financing. In a Mudharabah financing contract, between shahibul mall and mudharib provide information asymmetry in favor of the creation of a common interest. This study is a literature with an approach that combines the philosophical and phenomenological approach to look deeply about the material object of philosophy as well as the value, the principle of principles, objectives and economic policy, as well as concepts especially the system of financing which is born of the concept of Islamic business. While the phenomenological approach is used in view of economic development, well illustrated in society through statistical data, as well as those contained in a work of literature. The data source literature in particular are books, journals and articles standard, both with regard to the business concept of Islam which were analyzed using content analysis techniques. As the conclusion, in the mudharabah financing contract, asymmetric information is needed between the owner of the capital (shahibul mal) and the capital manager (mudharib) in order to achieve common interests. And one of the indicators that causes moral hazard is the result of asymmetric information or inequality in the information provided, which affects the mudharabah financing contract.","PeriodicalId":443781,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Strategic and Global Studies","volume":"118 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127300588","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
