Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi Rootone-F dan jumlah mata tunas terhadap pertumbuhan akar stek batang tanaman tin (Ficus carica L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Green House Balai Penyuluh Pertanian Kebomas, Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi Rootone-F (R) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0 mg-1 (R0), 150 mg-1 (R1), 300 mg-1 (R2), dan 450 mg-1 (R3) dan jumlah mata tunas (M) sebagai faktor kedua yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 2 mata tunas (M1), 4 mata tunas (M2) dan 6 mata tunas (M3), sehingga didapatkan 12 kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi konsentrasi Rootone-F dan jumlah mata tunas memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat basah akar serta berat kering akar. Salah satu tanaman yang berpotensi untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai biostimulan adalah jenis paku-pakuan, salah satunya adalah paku resam (Gleichenia linearis). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi ekstrak paku resam yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan cabai keriting Kopay. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan, dilaksanakan dari bulan Juni sampai September 2021. Penelitian dilakukan di rumah kawat dan di laboratorium Fisiologi Tumbuhan, Jurusan Biologi, Universitas Andalas. Perlakuan terdiri dari beberapa konsentrasi ekstrak paku resam yaitu, A (Kontrol), B (50 mg.L-1), C (100 mg.L-1) dan D (150 mg.L-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ekstrak paku resam berpengaruh terhadap diameter batang (0,71 cm) dan kadar klorofil a (0,04567 mg.g-1) tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap parameter pertumbuhan vegetatif lain. Hal ini karena masyarakat mulai terbiasa melakukan aktivitas-aktivitas secara online termasuk dalam pembelian suatu barang seperti bahan pangan segar. Pembelian bahan pangan segar secara online ini banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat di perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keputusan pembelian bahan pangan segar secara online oleh konsumen rumah tangga di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui perilaku responden dalam pengenalan kebutuhan, alasan responden membeli bahan pangan segar secara online adalah sebagai alternatif pembelian jika malas keluar rumah, sedang sibuk, PPKM, dan banyak toko hingga pasar yang tutup. Pada tahap pencarian informasi menunjukkan bahwa konsumen mendapatkan informasi tentang bahan pangan segar yang dijual secara online dari media publik.  Tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi alternatif menunjukkan bahwa harga merupakan faktor yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam membeli bahan pangan segar secara online. Tahapan keempat yaitu keputusan pembelian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan membeli bahan pangan secara online paling banyak adalah tergantung situasi. Considering the increasing price of inorganic fertilizers, innovation is needed to make organic fertilizers from easily obtained materials, one of which is market organic waste. Among the aerobic microorganisms used are lignolytic, cellulotic, proteolytic, lipolytic and aminolytic which are capable of changing compost in time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the right time in the composting process so as to produce a maximum source of essential nutrients. The research method or stages used is to divide the composting time into 4 parts, namely 5 weeks, 6 weeks, 7 weeks and 8 weeks. The results showed that the C-Organic content in the 5-7 weeks composting phase met the minimum SNI standards, while in the 8-week composting phase it is below the minimum standard of SNI. Phosphorus content is also above the minimum limit of the standard determined by SNI, Meanwhile, Potassium and Nitrogen are below the minimum SNI standard. However, gall forming faba bean new disease has become a very serious disease that seriously affected faba beans producing areas of Wollo. This prescalling up of integrated faba bean gall technology has been conducted at Meket and Wadla woredas of north Wollo in 2017/18 to create wider demand on the management of gall disease and to enhance integrated gall disease management  technology dissemination. The study areas were selected purposively due to high infestation of the disease. A total of 32 farmers were selected based on a voluntary base. Adjacent farms of 5.7 ha at Wadla and 3 ha at Meket was selected and clustered accordingly. Integrated disease management i.e seed dressing with 300 gm Baylaton/100Kg seed, improved varieties and hand weeding were applied as a package for the control of the disease. Dosha with chemical gave an average gain yield of 2.2 tons/ha at Meket whereas Wolki with chemical gave an average grain yield of 2.5 tons/ha at Wadla woreda. However, the local variety with farmers’ practice gave an average grain yield of 100 kg/ha and 900 kg/ha at Wadla and Meket woredas respectively. The result of economic analysis also indicate that the technology is by far advantageous than the local variety and practice. Only a few studies have reported that they are sufficiently tolerant of salt. The primary mechanism of salt tolerance in vetiver is still not known with certainty. This study aims to determine salinity's effect on early growth of vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides L.) seedlings. This research was conducted in a greenhouse, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan. This study used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD), namely the salinity stress (S) which consisted of 3 levels: EC salinity levels of 0 (distilled water), 4 dsm-1 and 8 dsm-1. The salinity stress treatment showed a significant effect of reducing the growth parameters of plant height, leaf area, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b. However, this is the whole characteristic of allelochemicals since their effects are not only limited to inhibiting. In low concentration, allelochemicals could have a promoting effect on other plants especially on the germination and seedling stage. This research was conducted to examine the allelochemical activity of Parthenium hysterophorus L., Eucalyptus creba F. Muell., and Casuarina cunninghana Miq. on Lepidium sativum L. with the sandwich method. The leaves of parthenium, eucalyptus, and casuarina were dried and layered between two 5 mL agar in multi well plates and the sterilized seeds of Lepidium sativum L. were set to germinate on the agar. Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan memiliki begitu banyak perusahaan-perusahaan karet yang telah berkembang, salah satunya yaitu pada PT. PP. London Sumatra (LONSUM) Indonesia, Tbk Sei Rumbia Labuhanbatu Selatan. Perusahaan ini membudidayakan tanaman karet dengan output berupa pada lump serta dry lateks. Lateks inilah yang kemudian diolah di pabrik dan menjadikan suatu lembaran-lembaran karet (rubber sheet). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan manajemen sistem pengolahan lateks di PT. PP. London Sumatra (LONSUM) Indonesia, Tbk Sei Rumbia Rubber Factory, Kecamatan Kotapinang, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai Januari hingga Maret 2021. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan staf serta menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, usaha pengolahan lateks karet pada PT. PP. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik lahan dan jenis tanaman serta pendapatan budidaya tanaman pangan dan sayur dibawah tegakan tanaman perkebunan. Penelitian dilakukan di lapangan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan kuesioner selanjutnya dilakukan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat peluang pengembangan usahatani.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 53 % lahan pertanian budidaya tanaman pangan dan sayur dilakukan pada bentuk lahan perbukitan dengan kemiringan lereng 3-8 (landai) ;  28% pada kemiringan lereng 8-15% (agak landai) dan hanya 9 % petani Kota Ternate mengusahakan tanaman pangan dan sayur pada lahan 0-3% (datar sampai agak datar). Jenis tanaman yang dibudidayakan secara tumpang sari dan sistem gilir adalah jenis sayuran petola, mentimun, kacang panjang (Paket I); Sayur kangkung cabut dan bayam (paket II); Tomat dan cabe (paket III) dan kacang tanah, jagung (paket IV); campuran sayur lilin, terong, pepaya dan pisang burung (paket V). Tanaman paket I lebih banyak diusahakan (44%), sedangkan peluang usaha berdasarkan harga dan permintaan konsumen adalah tanaman paket II (kangkung cabut dan bayam). Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan karakter botani bagian tumbuhan (batang, daun, buah, dan bunga, tidak termasuk akar) famili tersebut serta menganalisis aspek farmakologi, ekonomi, antropologi, dan linguistiknya. Delapan spesies tumbuhan koleksi KRB diamati langsung dan didata. Wawancara kepada masyarakat (15 responden) Kampung Purun dilaksanakan untuk mengungkap aspek-aspek tersebut. Karakter botani sebagian spesies dapat dijelaskan dari pengamatan langsung. Sebagian lagi dijelaskan berdasarkan pada referensi karena bagian tumbuhannya (bunga, buah) tidak ditemukan atau belum berkembang. Masyarakat memiliki catatan tersendiri terkait dengan keempat aspek tersebut. Catatan ini perlu diperdalam atau diuji lebih lanjut.
