Introduction of riveting machine overall plan design, hardware PLC circuit design, pneumatic circuit design etc. Elaborating the riveting machine manual, automatic, dynamic control module. Giving the PLC control circuit, the hardware connection circuit, touch screen interface circuit design method; the software part adopts the modular design, gives the thinking of design about data processing and control processing. The riveting machine mainly solves the problem that the existing riveting machine manual operation makes workers easy fatigue, low efficiency, low qualified rate of finished products. Changing the manual operation into automatic operation, setting relevant parameters corresponding to the signal through the touch screen, transmitting the singal to the PLC device, controlling the riveting machine power supply circuit, a pneumatic circuit, drive circuit, main circuit switching respectively to achieve the riveting machine operation automaticly, which make the products' qualified rate improves greatly, riveting speed to upgrade, besides, the touch screen on the work of real-time monitoring effect, good man-machine interface. Aiming at the shortcomings of the commonly used domain ontology concept similarity calculation method, an improved ontology concept similarity calculation model based on tree structure is proposed and constructed. Firstly, the XML document is transformed into a tree structure, and reconstructed by adding and recombining virtual nods; on the basis of traditional conceptual similarity calculation model of semantic distance, and considering the different proportion of different concepts in the ontology tree, the weight value is introduced and the weight calculation method is given, thus the similarity calculation model is improved. Finally, the similarity calculation experiment is carried out by constructing the drilling operation ontology tree. The system is developed in the OS of Window8, and uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 as the development tool in which includes MFC class library and DirectX. The whole system is completely developed in the c++ language, which can propose a set of image intensification algorithm to enhance the images visual effect and surgery precision, and draw 3D human organ directly. At last, the experimental results made for the prototype illustrate the system well. Based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, a method for optimizing the parameters of die casting process is presented. Based on the summary of the relative volume, the milling force and the deformation control parameters on the advantages of the traditional algorithm, using dichotomy iteration, respectively on the corner milling process for feed parameter optimization, and considering the three kinds of feed parameter optimization algorithms for rough machining, finish machining in machining efficiency and milling force limit the constraint conditions, select the maximum envelope parameters and minimum envelope curve feed for feeding after optimization. Finally, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced into the optimization of the traditional optimization results, and the optimal feed quantity of two times is obtained. In addition, in order to overcome influence of the six factors: glaze, pattern decoration, craft, dynasties, type of ware and kiln to fluctuations in the price of ancient ceramics, we have established statistic model impressing ancient ceramic artworks' value through variation coefficient method, and influence of glaze and kiln-type to ceramic artworks prices is the most significant. However, elderly people’s online behaviors let their digital privacy at a high risk situation. This paper uses the risk management theory to study the digital privacy risk of the elderly. First,presents an extensive empirical of privacy related behaviors of elderly residents form 3 residential communities in a large Chinese city. And then evaluates the impact of risk factors. Finally, the Borda count list of risk factors was given to help the elderly and their families protect digital privacy more effectively.
