Cloud computing platform contains computer clusters and exploits distributed computation and virtualization technologies to integrate hardware and software into a unified resource pool and then provides various types of services to users. The cloud computing platform is made up of several modules, such as storage cloud, platform management center, unified identity authentication system, network subsystem, and IO subsystem. Based on the intelligent cloud service platform, English exercises are automatically crawled from multiple sources of foreign language news websites. Moreover, abstract writing is another important function of the proposed system, and it is designed to train students to grasp main content of a given article. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the model establishment method by RD theory. Time-frequency analysis method is used to extract the fault signal extraction content of electrical and mechanical equipment. Using adaptive fault signal interference filter matched filter to purify the filtered data as input, the establishment of intelligent expert system, fault diagnosis of electromechanical equipment, anti-interference purification of electromechanical equipment fault signal identification is realized. The automatic monitoring system of highway tunnel vault subsidence based on the similar triangle method can not only collect real-time data and analyze the subsidence amount of tunnel vault, but also can automatically alarm by sound and light alarm, when the tunnel vault subsidence exceeds the set value. The experiment results show that the monitoring system has overcome the shortcomings of traditional manual detection, such as low precision, high risk, limited measurement conditions, poor real-time performance and slow warning. The monitoring system is simple and practical, and it's results are accurate.
