The concept of the digital national currency of the People's Republic of China, the digital yuan, has been predicted and the results of the ongoing digitalization have been identified, which in the future, if the digital yuan project is successfully implemented, will lead to the abandonment of cash. The theoretical aspects of the concept of «digital ruble» are studied, the main differences between the existing forms of money in the Russian economy are outlined: cash, non-cash money and digital money. Based on the study of the re-port presented by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, potential options for the technical implementation of digital currency within the existing monetary system were identified, and their characteristics were also presented. An assessment of the expected result of the implementation of the concept of the digital ruble is given: the potential ad-vantages and risks of the digital ruble are identified and their comprehensive analysis is carried out. It is concluded that the process of digitalization of national currencies is relevant for the world community, being an indicator of the high level of development of the country's economy. A favorable investment climate is the most important condition for attracting investment flows and subsequent eco-nomic growth in the country. Important criteria for making decisions in the field of investment activity are the assess-ment of the investment climate at the macro level. The article analyzes the current state of the investment sphere and the investment climate in the Russian Federation. The study provides an assessment of the dynamics of the number of foreign direct investment projects in the country from 2015 to 2019, the main investment donor countries for Russia as of 2019, and the most attractive industries and sectors of the Russian Federation for 2010–2019. The article considers the main regions-recipients of foreign investments. The study contains an analysis of the implementation of investment projects in the Russian Federation as of 2019. When studying the investment climate of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to take into account the corona virus pandemic, since this crisis could not but affect the volume of invest-ments and the implementation of investment projects. That is why the data for 2020 are considered separately: the impact of the corona virus infection on the implementation of investment projects, the factors of the corona crisis af-fecting investment flows, and the forecast state of the investment market at the end of 2021. As a result of the analysis of judicial practice, the authors iden-tified certain shortcomings of the existing approach, the main of which is the circumstances associated with the exhaustion of exclusive rights to a trademark. On the basis of practical activities, the authors proposed a new approach to protecting the intellectual rights of manufacturers of goods based on the paperwork of photographs of goods as official photographic works. The authors analyzed the judicial practice on the use of the developed approach, as a result a high percentage of successful resolution of cases by the rightsholder was revealed, the main circumstances to be proved in the category of cases under consideration were identified, and recommendations were made to improve the workflow on the creation and use of official photographic works. It was based on theoretical materials on machine learning methods in natural language processing, as well as tutorials on building classification models using the Keras library. A distinctive feature of the classifier implemented within the framework of this project is the fact that it simultaneously accepts images and text data as input to obtain more accurate and balanced predictions. The implementation of the designed data aggregation algorithm for the recommendation system in the field of personalized nutrition is considered in detail. A review was made of the tools and approaches chosen at various stages of aggregation. The metrics for evaluating the predictions of the implemented model for the classification of geographic labels, as well as the analysis of the average sentiment of user reviews are determined and the results are visualized. Ivantsova","doi":"10.17586/2713-1874-2021-2-29-34","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17586/2713-1874-2021-2-29-34","url":null,"abstract":"The research presents the results of testing foreign software products Optibize™ of Optibuscompany and Mobileye Shield+ of Mobileye company, providing automation and optimization of such processes of public transport passenger transportations as dispatching and control of accidents during the movement of vehicles. These processes affect such indicators of passenger service’s quality as speed, accessibility and safety of public transport, which determine the relevance of the research topic. The experience of using automated systems in foreign countries is studied and their pilot testing in the conditions of domestic carrier’s work is carried out also. The testing took place on the basis of the largest in the North-West region of Russia operator of bus passenger transportation SPb SUE «Passazhiravtotrans» within the framework of international cooperation agreements with official representatives of companies pro-ducing automated systems of the State of Israel. During the empirical study the functionality of automated systems is confirmed, the performance indicators of vehicles on pilot routes are collected, and the actual test results obtained are indicated. Economic effects both in terms of optimizing the technological parameters of the enterprise and in terms of increasing the economic efficiency of production activities are identified. The revealed effects determine the practicability of introducing systems into the activities of companies, taking into account the necessary adaptation to the specifics of public transport management in the Russian Federation. The authors used official governmental statistics and Internet statistics reflecting thematic online activity of the population and various aspects of the state of organizations operating in the field of physical culture and sports. Despite of a significant reduction in cash receipts from the services provided in this area, specialized organizations are overcoming the consequences of the pandemic. New forms of inde-pendent and online physical education and sports, which became widespread during the strict quarantine restrictions, remain popular among the population. Quantitative evidence of that statement was worked out: the values of statistical indicators of consumption by the population of physical culture and sports services, demography of organizations operating in the field of sports, by the fall of 2020, began to return to pre-crisis values. Indicators of the demand for physical culture and sports services in online formats included attendance of thematic sites and public pages in social networks, as well as the number of thematic search queries. It was found that such an indicator as the number of visits to the online training site continued to increase even after the quarantine restrictions were lifted.
