The normal human has distinct facial features that can be mapped and remembered. Security and privacy are very important topics given the trend and issues that are being faced by normal people. The face place a crucial aspect in giving out emotions and identification Facial recognition is a very flexible detection method and has the freedom that the subject wouldn't know if he's scanned. The facial features can be systematically analyzed that are common to everyone's face. The distance between the jaw line and the chin, the one between the eyes and nose, position of cheekbones all of these can be taken up as numerical values and analyze these specific features and map it to a person. There are instances where the recognition becomes a tougher due to external factors like variations in poses, emotional variants, non-controllable environmental conditions, ageing etc. In order to understand the techniques in depth and it plays a crucial role in the future of face recognition and its role in privacy and authentication. There are numerous methods that have been constructed and structured and each one has its pros and cons and other important aspects of facial recognition techniques. And we've got the comparative analysis of the available techniques and their advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, it is essential to prepare the optimal load dispatch strategy for minimization of generation cost. However, with the increase in environmental consciousness and impact of global warming, the emission dispatch from the generating stations should be viewed seriously along with generation cost reduction. The joined optimization of generation cost and emission cost has been referred as Dynamic Economic and Emission Dispatch (DEED). The combined objective function is subject to power flow, generator limit and ramp rate constraints for providing better operating conditions at the generation and transmission system. Additionally, the rapid increase of Plug-in Electric Vehicles (PEV's) in power networks makes the allocation of generating units more dynamic. The allocation of generating units under the dynamic behavior of PEV's at the energy network requires a dynamic optimization procedure. This paper proposes a hybrid Fuzzy and Flower Pollination Optimization Algorithm (FFPOA) for optimal load and emission dispatching. FFPOA is used to find the optimal solution and fuzzy is used to combine both economic and emission dispatch together. In addition, the solution process addresses the presence of PEV's in the power network along with the normal electric loads. VHDL hardware description language is used to implement I2C and UART controller through finite state machine (FSM) structure. Functional verification of I2C controller implemented on FPGA is done through hardware I2C analyzer. This problem has many applications including finding a missing person, identifying criminals, government document verification, image matching, image retrieval, etc. Traditionally, different models such as Hidden Factor Analysis, Maximum Entropy Feature Descriptor, and Cross-Age Reference Coding were used by researcher to solve the problem. These models need feature extraction using Local Binary Pattern and Histogram of Oriented Gradient. On the other hand deep learning based techniques do not require feature extraction and are being widely used for facial analysis. This paper focuses on the broad literature survey of state-of-the-art researches attempting Cross-Age Face Recognition/Retrieval and Cross-Age Face verification. This paper focuses on classifying the dataset to detect hypothyroidism. Hence, the classification is done by using cross-validation on four classification algorithms such as Naïve Bayes, SMO (Sequential Minimum Optimization algorithm), Ada Boost, and Random Forest. At last, the comparative analysis is carried out by using the performance measures. Clients of WBANs are expanding exponentially as more individuals are grasping wearable checking gadgets for various social insurance causes. Interference is one of the real issues in WBANs, which emerges principally because of closeness of different WBANs, irregular human portability, and disseminated nature of individuals conveying WBANs. In this paper, we proposed an agent node selection scheme based upon EMR-Rules (efficient mitigating rules) enhance its Quality of Service (QoS) parameters. EMR gives great arrangements if there is any vulnerability or incomplete truth in input factors. When the latency or cost exceeds the desired value's either degrades, then the link has interference then we select any agent node available in the network to the source node. On this set of rules, link with the highest hyperlink value is preferred and in this manner, agent node is chosen and it will hold transmitting the records to the sink node. Till the damaged node is reset. Hence to retrieve the most similar document for the given user query, the documents are retrieved in the order of similarity ranking. In the Vector Space Model, the text corresponding to documents and queries are converted into a numeric vector. Definition and number of dimensions are the critical aspects of VSM. The objective of this paper is to find out the most similar document from the set for the given user query.
