This study is done with the participation of 9 community mental health nurses who have work experiences more than 3 years in the city of S, from Nov 7, 2014 till Dec 21, 2014. The result of the study revealed that the violence experiences of this study participants may be categorized into 4 categories, 'a small boat running into a storm', 'open sea', 'a small boat lost of the sign post', 'a captain controlling the rudder' and may be identified with 11 theme cluster and 32 theme.Therefore violence from patients who have experienced mental health nurse could be found to affect even the identity of the mental health nurse as well as threaten safety of professionals. This may threaten the quality of service provided to the patient, so we have to accept reality as a serious problem. Also it has been preceded by what the support program development of the nursing organization for the nurse who is violence victims with preparing for violence Prevention. The research methodwas integrated literature review, and for the study, eleven articles were selected by searching with key words suchas 'problematic drinking', 'alcoholic', 'alcohol dependence', 'children', and 'nursing' in three research databases, spanningbetween 2000 and 2014. The research results are as follows: For the domestic nursing studies on the children of problematic drinkers, there were many descriptive research using survey method, requiring introduction of various research methods in order to know characteristics and lives of the children of problematic drinkers in depth. For maincharacteristics of the children of problematic drinkers, they have lower ability to cope with, many of them suffer frompsychological and mental health problems, are very sensitive in interpersonal relationships with higher hostility. Inaddition, it is reported that the children of problematic drinkers are likely to have more problematic drinking, showhigher depression and lower emotional perception and expression, social support, and social competence. Based on the results of this study, considering the fact that there are extremely few studies on the children of problematicdrinkers, it requires more active studies and researches in nursing. However, the research on the relationship between information system and the emotional labor has been scarcely conducted even though the importance of the emotional labor isactively researched and discussed these days. Therefore, much effort has been put in this study to fine out how thequality of airline call center information system affects expectations-conformation and how expectations-conformationand self-efficacy affect performance of Emotional Labors. Analysis of the results to target a call center agent 436people, When you provide them with quality information systems, it increased satisfaction and pride in their job. Thismechanisms subsequently reduces the strength of the emotion labor, which ultimately improves the service performance. The implications of this study can be summarized as following: First, this research presented practical guidelines to the organization's decision-makers related to the airline call center operations in order to introduce and expand successful call center information system. Second, this research suggested the possible method to inspect and diagnose the system by way of applying the measurement model mentioned in this research into the airline information system and analyzing it. Based on systems engineering process, the domestic acquisition programs for weapons systems led by DAPA have made some advancement where both new systems development and systems upgrade have attracted attention. On the other hand, as a useful type of domestic acquisition the foreign purchase program has been conceived as a process of simply buying needed weapons from abroad. Therefore, if some degree of development is necessary in system upgrades by foreign purchase, many problems turned out to exist. To study a remedy is the objective of this paper. The issues are analyzed first and then a relevant process is proposed based on a systems engineering method. Also included in the improved process is on how to generate a requirement document and the corresponding template to meet the goals of the upgrades by development. In view of the mechanical properties according to the curing condition, all the UHPC specimens that experienced steam curing at 90℃ developed compressive strength higher than 190 MPa, and the specimens that experienced water curing at 20℃ developed compressive strength comparable to that developed at 91 days by the steam-cured specimens. The specimens steam-cured at 90℃ showed high tensile strength of 23.4 MPa whereas slight loss of the tensile strength was observed in those water-cured at 20. Besides, in view of the autogenous shrinkage according to the curing condition, no particular change could be found in the final shrinkage. The compressive strength developed by UHPC according to the use of expansive and shrinkage-reducing agents reached values higher than 190 MPa in case of steam curing at 90℃. The data of this study were derived from the 5th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey conducted during January 2010-December 2012. As for the subjects of this study, 328 female problem drinkers were selected who were classified as those with 8 or higher scores in the AUDIT, and complex samples analysis was conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.0 software package. The study result showed that the risk of experiencing depression increased among subjects with a high level of perceived stress and subjects with a low level of health related quality of life. In addition, the risk of experiencing depression increased among subjects with 1-4 hours of sleep time compared to subjects with 8 or more hours of sleep time.
