And then, for the HVPW/HVNW area modulation of radial-type SJ, three different kinds of area ratios is fabricated. However, the HBM capacity of this nLDMOS reference group has only 2500V. Furthermore, as for the radial-type SJ and HVPW/HVNW with different proportions of area modulation in the drift region, it has the highest HBM-immunity capacity of 7000V when the HVPW/HVNW area ratio of 2 to 1. That is to say, in the SJ architecture, the higher the proportion of HVPW/HVNW, the stronger its ESD immunity reliability.","PeriodicalId":438307,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing (ICAM)","volume":"85 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122712309","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the AI the deep learning algorithms will be applied to solve the problems mentioned above. Frequently, the issues of correlated channel are solved by applying the data scrambling over forward link and avoiding the intersymbol interference (ISI) repeatedly, respectively. It is predicated that there will meet many challenges in the way to establish the 3-D correlated channel model. The beamforming technology used in the antenna pattern can be adopted to collect the data for feeding to the input of deep learning. The simulation and analyzed results will compare to the one that obtains from the traditional MIMO radio systems with correlated channels. The system performance is going to be optimized by the work out for the 3-D massive-MIMO communication in order to decrease the degradation of spatially correlated channel.","PeriodicalId":438307,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing (ICAM)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123916572","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A myriad of factors, such as the stylist's word-of-mouth reputation, service, professionalism, as well as the bride's demands, conditions and outward appearance that the stylist takes into account, altogether give rise to the complexity and difficulty of styling. This study employing the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct the bridal hairstyling factor assessment model, where hairstyling options are ranked to elect the best feasible bridal hairstyles.Research finding: The four primary assessment criteria for an optimal bridal hairstyling design plan. The bride's personal background (0.321), the bride's outward appearance (0.286), occasions and places for which the hairstyle is chosen (0.249), and the bride's dresses and accessories (0.144). In addition, there are 20 secondary assessment criteria, where there are seven weights with a value higher than 0.05; these are: the bride's personal preference for hairstyling (0.121), wedding photo shooting, engagement, wedding ceremonies,\"guining\"(0.093), the bride's facial shape and forehead height (0.091), the bride's personal traits (0.090), the bridegroom's going to the bride's home and escorting her to the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds' entry to the wedding venue, wedding toasts, the guests leaving the banquet (0.082), wedding gowns and the bride's hair color(0.063). This study is compared the plane accuracy for three types of ground marks under the same variable conditions using practical UAS photogrammetry. When the image processing with three auto-matching marks are examined as well as the wing mark is also used the man-selected to put together to compare the plane accuracy. Overall, the plane accuracy of man-selected wing mark is better than three auto-matching marks in the orthophoto. Meanwhile, the plane accuracy using square mark is better than the rest marks in three auto-matching process. The obtained accuracy result is much close to man-selected wing mark. It is recommended that choosing the auto-matching square mark can be derived the better performance in practical project implementation.","PeriodicalId":438307,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing (ICAM)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121380073","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A multi-step error measurement and compensation method is proposed in this paper to investigate the effects of different geometric errors on volumetric errors. The kinematic error chain is built using multi-body system theory (MBS) and homogenous transformation matrices first. Then, the original geometric errors without any compensations are measured and the deviations of tool tip caused by different geometric errors are calculated. Furthermore, various compensation strategies considering diverse geometric errors effects are carried out in the machine tool to validate the predicted volumetric errors. The multi axis calibrator, which can detect six errors of a translational axis in one measurement, is used to measure the variations of 18 errors of translational axes and volumetric diagonal errors of a three axes machine tool. Besides, the squareness errors were measured by a ball-bar. The pragmatic effects of positioning, straightness, angular and squareness errors on volumetric errors are derived from comparisons between various compensation results. Results reveal that linear errors effect the whole volumetric positioning errors while the angular errors mainly effect the volumetric positioning errors of the region far from reference coordinate point.","PeriodicalId":438307,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing (ICAM)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117112681","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
