This is due to increasing the minimum wage will have an impact on increasing the income of workers, at the same time an increase in the minimum wage adds to the burden of costs on employers. Some studies saw that increasing minimum wages policy can increase employment while other studies saw e opposite results. This study aimed  to analyze the effect of minimum wages on employment in the industrial sector in Indonesia for the period 2012-2017.This study used a control variable from the supply side namely the labor force and used a quantitative approach using panel regression analysis techniques with 6 year time series data for the 2012-2017 period combined with 33 province cross section data. The results showed that the minimum wage had a negative effect on employment in the industrial sector in Indonesia for the period 2012-2017. The sample in this study was divided into two different respondents, namely 75 respondents who bought clothes online and 75 respondents who made offline purchase of clothing products. Whereas to test the questionaire in this study must fulfill two important requirements that apply to a quastionnaire that is valid and reliable, for this reason, validitity and reliability test are used, and to answer the hypothesis proposed in this study using the Indpendent T Test statistical tool. From the result of research conducted on 75 respondents who made online purchase and 75 respondents who made offline purchase for clothing products, there were significant differences in customer satisfaction when cunsumers made purchase online and offline. This can be seen from the results of the mean for respondent satisfation online which equal to 3,997, the value is lower than the mean satisfaction of respondent offline of 4,387. High-security securities will offer a high rate of return. Portfolios by choosing high-risk securities that are advantageously seen from the investor's perspective.The object of this study is the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data needed are price data for the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) from 2014 to 2017. The analysis of the technique used is beta estimation as a measure of risk with the historical beta method. While the analysis to test the difference in stock returns with historical beta and accounting accounts using the Paired Sample T statistical test. This study uses a quantitative approach to employees using the Probability Sampling sample, namely the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling of 62 employees. Statistical analysis used is Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS Software version 3.2.8. It is descriptive research with a quantitative method. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The populations were the consumers who visited and bought a product in Warsu Coffe Cafe. The samples were 87 respondents that were chosen by using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling type. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result showed that both partially and simultaneously, the product, price, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. Technique of data analysis used in this study is analysis using Software smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Tax management was measured by effective tax rate, whereas corporate governance was shown by variable, such as size of commissioner, percentage of independent commissioner, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and audit committee. A sample of this study consists of companies which are listed in wholesale trade sector, retail trade sector, tourism, restaurant, and hotel sector during the year 2014 to 2016. Determination of the sample chosen from purposive sampling method and accomplished a sample of 33 companies based on certain criteria. The data are collected from Indonesia Stock Exchange and used Eviews 8 to analyse multiple regression. The result showed that size of commissioner, percentage of independent commissioner, managerial ownership has influence on tax management.
