Satu cara sebuah perusahaan dapat mencapai hal ini adalah dengan memberikan kompensasi kepada semua karyawannya. Kompensasi adalah segala sesuatu yang diberikan kepada karyawan sebagai penyelesaian pada pekerjaan mereka. Dengan kompensasi yang baik, bentuk pembayaran, manfaat, dan insentif yang baik dapat memotivasi karyawan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas mereka di tempat kerja dan dilakukan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan dan menganalisis problem-problem yang ditemukan. Penelitian kualitatif didasarkan pada data primer dan sekunder. Data utama dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pengamatan langsung dan tidak langsung seperti penelitian, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan penelitian, penelitian sebelumnya, dan artikel. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan sistem kompensasi yang digunakan di XYZ mencakup aplikasi kompensasi langsung dan aplikasi kompensasi tidak langsung. Hasil studi ini mungkin diketahui bahwa PT XYZ telah memberikan kompensasi langsung dan tidak langsung dan telah menerapkan kompensasi tidak langsung, tetapi belum diberikan pada waktunya dan para karyawan belum menerima kompensasi langsung maupun tidak langsung. Their occupations are limited to domestic duties such as caring for the family and making sure that everyday necessities are met. Despite their undervalued values, women continue to play a critical role in guaranteeing the welfare of the community, the well-being of the family, and the healthy development of the children. Nowadays, many women are joining the workforce, taking on leadership positions and taking part in a variety of community activities. This demonstrates the importance of women as contributors to society and the need to develop women's potential. Therefore, the study's goal is to investigate factors facilitating women's spiritual empowerment for treating female corpses. The study is focused on women empowerment at Desa Punggul by adopting qualitative method. The data are collected through participant direct observation and facilitating team's documentation, which are collected during community service program. The collected data are analyzed by using thematic analysis method. The study finds that women spiritual empowerment at Desa Punggul are enabled by two main factors. The first factor is the contribution of women organization (PKK). The women's organization promotes women's development in three areas: cognition (improving women's skills and knowledge, learning, or participating in decision-making, collaborating, and organizing community events), affection (boosting women's self-efficacy, self-worth, and strengthening women's mentality), and social (expanding social roles, establishing wider social relationships, and gaining support from their peers). Malnutrition during the growth period of children at an early age will hamper physical development, increase morbidity, and hinder children's mental development until death occurs. Whereas in toddlers it causes intellectual abilities and productivity to decrease. Currently, the stunting rate in Surabaya City is in the lowest position compared to other cities/districts throughout Indonesia. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research focuses on knowing what strategies are used so that the success of the stunting reduction acceleration program in the Surabaya City Government occurs. Researchers conducted data analysis using the collaborative governance theory put forward by Ansell and Gash (2007) which focuses on collaborative processes. The data collection technique used secondary data obtained from news articles online and relevant journal articles. The data analysis technique involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the collaborative process in handling stunting is going quite well and effectively. This is proven by the decreasing in the number of stunting in the city of Surabaya, which decreases every year. Reducing stunting requires support from stakeholders, the organizations involved, and the people of Surabaya City. Without the maintenance, the building's structure function will suffer a decline over time. This study aims to identify the maintenance management activities of the building, the building maintenance schedule and the obstacles also the solutions in the maintenance of the office building at PT AST. It uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describe and analyze the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data in the study are obtained by observation, interview, and documentation, while secondary data are obtained through books, previous studies, and research related articles. According to the study, PT AST has been regularly and frequently maintained the building, but the maintenance activities have not been optimal. This can be seen from the difficult access of office repository and some office machines scheduled for delay in maintenance. The existence of official residence land and buildings whose property rights are under the Malang City Government and the Ministry of Finance is a problem because the land and houses that will be built by a Government service office are still occupiet by several heirs of employees of the Malang City State Treasury Service Office who have retired. This study aims examine the dynamics of social conflict relate to Agrarian Affairs by the Community and the Government, the second is to find out how the community forms resistance to the government in defending land and building houses. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The theory used is conflict theory. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kompensasi finansial terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Banyuwangi. Penelitian dilakukan sejak September 2020 hingga Desember 2022. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Banyuwangi dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 76 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. This research aims to analyze and study Smart City as an effort to develop the city of Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data collection was carried out by compiling data obtained from LKJ and RPJDP of Surabaya City. The research results show that Bappeda Litbang plays a crucial role in implementing Smart City and Disperpusip plays a role in improving human resources in the city of Surabaya. Both OPDs have the same factors driving the success of Smart City, namely a strong commitment from the Mayor of Surabaya and policies that support developing long-term strategies related to Smart City implementation. On the other hand, the implementation of Smart City in Bappeda R&D has an impact on the HDI value of Surabaya City, which in 2019 increased by 82.22%. Meanwhile, Disperpusip has an influence on the IKM value of 95.36% with category A. The application of data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study, a leader who applies a visionary leadership style in his area of authority will have the right future plans and have been arranged regularly through predetermined processes. The COVID-19 pandemic not only affects public health, but also has an impact on the economy. Meanwhile, the tourism sector experienced a slump. The purpose of this study is to find out the Tourism Recovery Strategy after the Covid-19 Pandemic in Sumenep Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The post-pandemic tourism recovery strategy includes three parts, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. The strategy formulation is an elaboration of central government regulations, namely the application of CHSE (Clealinees, Healthy, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability) in the main activities in the tourism industry, namely MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) and the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities. Furthermore, the central regulation is described in a regional regulation, namely the Decree of the Regent of Sumenep concerning the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities. The implementation of the strategy carried out is the dissemination of the application of health protocols to tourism objects and the surrounding area, which has been implemented since 2020 to all tourism stakeholders (Government, tourism business actors, community). Meanwhile, the strategy evaluation was carried out on the implementation of the strategy as a consideration for improving the strategy in the next period according to the pandemy level, and the situation and conditions in Sumenep Regency.
