Several obstacles in manual document management resulted in delays in business processes because documents were not properly recorded, difficult to find, or lost. Document management must be handled appropriately so that the task is carried out effectively and efficiently. Efficiency in document management increases employee productivity and company performance. Document management in the era of information technology should utilize technology and be in line with the times. This study aims to find solutions to problems in document management in the company. This research uses a descriptive method with a case study at PT Telin. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and process. Ishikawa's Fishbone Cause and Effect Diagram was used to analyze the cause of the problem. Problem solving solutions are carried out by applying knowledge in archive management and computer operation. The stages in problem solving are carried out in accordance with the management function (plan, do, check, action). The result of this research is the use of Microsoft Access in digital document management system. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection method used participant observation. The data analysis method used is a qualitative data analysis method. This study concludes that there are already several virtual meeting etiquettes that are implemented appropriately. However, there are still some etiquettes that have not been well implemented, both at the stage before the virtual meeting begins and during the virtual meeting. This research provides an overview of how communication activities are carried out during work from home and what challenges are faced by the administrative professionals. The informants of this research are alumni of the Diploma Three of Office Administration Study Program, Vocational Faculty, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University, whose careers as Administration Professionals, all over Indonesia. Due to the research method: descriptive qualitative, the informants were selected using the following criteria: they are career women, secretaries, and working from home. The results of this study indicate that informants prefer verbal communication because it is considered the fastest to get a response. In addition, informants also choose WhatsApp, Line or Telegram communication media because they are considered the fastest and user friendly. Journals are the output of research that should be produced by lecturers to fulfill the tridharma obligations of higher education. There are many obstacles or difficulties in writing journals, including lack of confidence or mastery of scientific writing methodologies. The realization of scientific work cannot be separated from the self-efficacy of the lecturers in addition to internal and external motivation. This study aims to determine the obstacles or difficulties in journal writing and their relationship to the role of self-efficacy. The core theories used in this study are the theory of self-efficacy and motivation. The data of this research were obtained from literature study and informal interviews of several lecturers, meanwhile, the method used is descriptive qualitative. A person's career does not only depend on his own struggle but is also influenced by company policies and conditions.
