This research provides an overview of how communication activities are carried out during work from home and what challenges are faced by the administrative professionals. The informants of this research are alumni of the Diploma Three of Office Administration Study Program, Vocational Faculty, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University, whose careers as Administration Professionals, all over Indonesia. Due to the research method: descriptive qualitative, the informants were selected using the following criteria: they are career women, secretaries, and working from home. The results of this study indicate that informants prefer verbal communication because it is considered the fastest to get a response. In addition, informants also choose WhatsApp, Line or Telegram communication media because they are considered the fastest and user friendly.
