Whereby the gyroscopes incorporated in smartphone and data sequence filter algorithm, the automatic collection function of operation cycle, the rotation angle and other parameters of the dragline are attained. In line with the relations among the rotation angle of equipment operation, time-spent and the acceleration, the ratio of the acceleration and deceleration rotation angle in full load rotation and non-loaded return stage are acquired respectively. The function of bucket in rotation was realized. Comprehensive score calculation standard of the technique level of the dragline-based operation was developed, and the function of automatic checking the operation level was effectuated. Field experiment results indicated that the operators’ faults are markedly reduced as the auxiliary intelligent operating system is employed. By using the system the operation behavior of low power slow rotation in rain, snow, low atmospheric pressure and other severe weather conditions can be reduced, assuring all-weather efficient and safe operation of dragline.","PeriodicalId":43629,"journal":{"name":"Mining Science","volume":"49 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2017-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79791710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The values of advancing and receding contact angles were determined using the sessile drop and captive bubble methods in the presence of aqueous solutions of acetal and pyridine and distilled water. Both methods demonstrated that the tested substances had only minor impact on the surface hydrophobicity of copper-bearing shales expressed by contact angle. The tests carried out proved that neither acetal nor pyridine may be classified to the collecting reagents because none of them improves hydrophobicity of copper-bearing shales. These reagents are only flotation frothers.","PeriodicalId":43629,"journal":{"name":"Mining Science","volume":"15 1","pages":"191-199"},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2016-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86917649","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this purpose, a study was conducted to provide a method for electrostatic separation and to select the chemical reagents. And this, for increasing the contrast of the dielectric separating minerals in the corona discharge field. The reagent-collector used is the auramine with a specific consumption of 0.3 kg/t. Whereas, the reagent depressants is carboxymethyl cellulose mixture with a specific consumption of 0.25 kg/t. From the obtained test results electrical treatment of oxidized iron ore are satisfied for proposed process.","PeriodicalId":43629,"journal":{"name":"Mining Science","volume":"136 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2016-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77303328","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the solutions incorporated in management systems is Conditional maintenance that has proved successful; Reduce downtime, optimize manufacturing, ensure safety and profitability of production. For this type of maintenance to be effective, precise and reliable measurements are required. Experience has shown that vibration analysis is the most widely used technique for reliable monitoring and diagnosis. The objective of this work is the study carried out at the Elma Labiod cement plant, which has adopted continuous monitoring in the hope of an optimal approach to conditional maintenance. We use the analysis of global velocity and acceleration levels, spectral analysis and envelope analysis to detect defects and anticipate degradations that can affect a mechanism and determine the probable causes of these malfunctions. In this context, the actual measurements were analyzed by vibratory indicator leading to detection of the weak points causing a malfunction on the machine (rolling bearings), therefor an optimization of the maintenance is realized by monitoring the degradation through on-line control system. The analysis of these vibrations let the possibility to detect and locale the defective components once the fixed corresponding threshold limit of vibration level has been reached.","PeriodicalId":43629,"journal":{"name":"Mining Science","volume":"2675 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2016-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85121612","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Znacznie mniej doświadczeń w tym zakresie mają krajowe kopalnie, mające tendencje do nadmiernego wykorzystywania robót wiertniczo-strzałowych, choć niekiedy eksploatowane złoża lub ich fragmenty, mogą być urabiane mechanicznie. Nie ulega wątpliwości, że w przypadku skał o zwięzłości powyżej 20 MPa (m.in. wapieni, dolomitów, piaskowców, margli, trawertynu itp.) najniższe koszty jednostkowe wyrażone w zł/Mg osiąga się stosując technikę strzelniczą. Jednakże w przypadku skał, których nie można zakwalifikować do tych grup, mogą pojawić się pewne trudności co do doboru metody ich urabiania. Do takich skał zaliczyć można średniozwięzłe skały osadowe lub metamorficzne, które są stosunkowo niezwięzłe, aby stosować urabianie materiałami wybuchowymi, ale zbyt zwięzłe dla koparek jednonaczyniowych. Do urabiania takich skał wykorzystać można także osprzęt zrywakowy, mocowany na spycharkach gąsienicowych, które w ostatnich latach stają się poważną alternatywą dla urabiania metodami techniki strzelniczej.","PeriodicalId":43629,"journal":{"name":"Mining Science","volume":"55 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2016-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80726819","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
