Until now, CPR is a very vital management in cases of cardiac arrest. The results of the initial survey found that nurses often found patients who had cardiac arrest, which required CPR. Some patients were saved and some died. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct research on the experience of ER, ICU and ICCU nurses in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between nurses' experience and the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the ER, ICU and ICCU RSUD Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang. This research is a quantitative research, correlation study design. The sample used is 41 nurses. Quota sampling technique. Analysis using Chi Square. The results showed that most of the respondents had sufficient experience of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, namely 37 people (90.8%). Most of the respondents managed to perform CPR, namely 34 people (82.9%). There is a relationship between experience and the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation with a p value of 0.0001. Pre-eclampsia can adversely affect the mother and fetus, such as fetal distress and even death due to lack of oxygenation. Maternal mortality rate (MMR) which occurs where one of the causes is pre-eclampsia. This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of pregnant women (maternal age, parity, education, occupation and history of hypertension) to the classification of pre-eclampsia. Quantitative descriptive research design, with a total sampling of 73 pregnant women patient respondents at the East Bekasi Private Hospital in 2018-2019 who experienced pre-eclampsia. It was found that the results of the classification of respondents were mostly mild pre-eclampsia. The analysis used chi square with the conclusion that there is a relationship between the age of pregnant women and the classification of pre-eclampsia (P value 0.000), parity (P value 0.023), history of hypertension (P value 0.000). There is no relationship between education (P value 0.667) and work (P value 0.624). This research is expected to be a reference in order to improve service to patients, especially in conducting assessments on pregnant women. The performance of nurse is the ability of a nurse to perform nursing in accordance with their roles, functions, and responsibilities in accordance with organizational objectives. Performance can be influenced by individual characteristics and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that related to performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province in 2017. Design of this study was quantitative using a cross sectional approach. This study used secondary data from the research of health workers (Risnakes) in 2017. The data from Risnakes was analyzed from August to November 2020. The sample in this study amounted 197 nurses who worked at Hospital in Bangka Belitung Province. The statistical test used chi-square with CI 95%. The results showed that there was association between work motivation (p=0.020) with performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province. Meanwhile there was no association between individual characteristics (age, sex, education, marital status, working period) with performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province. The conclusion of this study was work motivation could affect performance of nurse at hospital in Bangka Belitung Province. In addition to physical conditions, this disaster affected the psychosocial condition of the community, especially children and adolescents. As a result of disasters, children and adolescents experience anxiety, stress, fear, PTSD, depression, etc. These symptoms can affect the development of adolescents themselves. This study aims to determine the psychosocial development of children and adolescents after the Sinabung eruption. Descriptive research design with a sample of 94 school-age children and 94 adolescents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results showed that the psychosocial development of school-age children was in good category as many as 6 children (6.4%), and sufficient psychosocial development was 88 children (93.6%). While the psychosocial development of adolescents 81.9% experienced sufficient psychosocial development, 18.1% adolescents experienced good psychosocial development. The number of hypertension sufferers has increased each year, in 2015 it reached 19,552, in 2016 it reached 24,750 and in 2017 it reached 38,057. In 2017 there were 115 hypertensive patients recorded in the report book that checked their health at the Sadananya Health Center. One of the causes of the high incidence of hypertension is cholesterol caused by the consumption of inappropriate food. One of the laboratory examinations to support hypertension diagnosis is blood cholesterol examination which can show excess cholesterol which makes hypertension difficult to control. To know the description of total cholesterol levels in hypertensive patients at the Sadananya Health Center. Quantitative descriptive, the population in this study were people with hypertension at the Sadananya Health Center. Sampling with accidental sampling, as many as 30 respondents. The cholesterol examination method used is CHOD-PAP. The results showed that blood pressure in respondents all had high blood pressure, namely >140/90 mmHg (100%), a high cholesterol level of 24 respondents (80%), blood pressure 140-150 who had high cholesterol as many 13 respondents, blood pressure 160-170 who had high cholesterol as much 6 respondents, blood pressure >180 who had high cholesterol as much 5 respondents. This study concludes that hypertensive clients have more high total cholesterol levels, which is as much as 80% and normal 20%. The implementation of the posyandu must strictly comply with established health protocols to minimize the risk of Covid-19 transmission. The initial survey conducted found that mothers were still worried about bringing their children to the posyandu. In addition, it was also found that at the time of implementing the posyandu there were still mothers who had not complied with the health protocols. This research is a descriptive study which aims to see the knowledge of mothers about the prevention of Covid-19 infection at the posyandu in Desa Kwala Bingei in 2020. The population of this study is all mothers who have toddlers and carry out posyandu with a total sample of 37 people. The results of the study found that the majority of respondents had less knowledge (65%) about the prevention of Covid-19 infection at the time of implementing the posyandu. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan penanganan pasien adalah responsetime. Penelitianbertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan responsetimeperawat dengan tingkat keberhasilan penanganan pasien emergencydi IGD RS X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, desain deskriptif korelatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi sejak pasien datang sampai dengan keputusan perawatan (going to), pada 13 Desember 2019-3 Januari 2020. Sampel sebanyak 321 Responden, diambil dengan purposive sampling. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan mayoritas pasien usia dewasa 57,9%, jenis kelamin perempuan 54,5%, tingkat kegawatan pasien prioritas 2 94,7%, responsetime perawat sesuai 99,4%, tingkat keberhasilan penanganan pasien berhasil 99,4%. Hasil Analisis Kendall;s Tau b didapatkan secara statistik tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara responsetime perawat dengan tingkat keberhasilan penanganan pasien emergencydengan p-value 0,314 (>0,05). Kesimpulan : keberhasilan penanganan pasien tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh reponsetime saja namun juga oleh beberapa faktor seperti kompleksitas penyakit pasien, penanganan pasien pre-hospital.
