Bertelli","doi":"10.18533/JAH.V10I07.2142","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18533/JAH.V10I07.2142","url":null,"abstract":"Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a highly prevalent psychopathological condition that may develop after exposure to a single or to a series of threatening or traumatic events. In the absence of treatment, its course can be chronic causing significant distress. In this sense, psychotherapeutic interventions would allow for the relief of some symptoms with the improvement of one’s cognitive and behavior functioning. The aim of the present study was to identify, through a review of clinical reports, the choice of strategies made by psychologists and/or other health professionals for the psychotherapeutic treatment of PTSD. A review of clinical reports published in journals indexed in the Online Library of Knowledge (B-on) was carried out following specific criteria. Twenty-two publications that met the inclusion criteria were identified and the results pointed to the presence of strategies in line with the principles of the cognitive-behavior model of learning and/or with the analytical psychology. Initially established in 1984, LPD aims to help improve the economic capacity of indigenous rural communities independently. LPD has a more complex function in its development than a business institution that still has to make a profit. Still, on the other hand, it must be able to finance cultural activities because it is in direct contact with traditional villages. One interesting phenomenon, LPD continues to experience profit growth, despite having to carry out the dual mission. The purpose of this research is to find out and understand the governance practices of this institution. This study uses an anthropological approach that focuses on the philosophy and methods of managing sattvam, sivam, sundaram in LPD Bali, Bali Province. Data were obtained through interviews, direct observation, and document studies. Interviews were conducted with prajuru (customary village leaders), LPD administrators, and traditional village communities. Research shows that LPDs have and implement holistic business governance practices, synergies between scale (physical/real) and Niskala (non-physical/belief) business governance. Scale business governance with general principles, namely openness, responsibility, accountability, fairness, and independence. This study aims to find a good and responsive form of legal protection to fulfil and enforce the political rights of persons with disabilities to be elected as candidates for members of the House of Representatives by comparing the Constitution and the General Election Law in force in Kenya and Indonesia. The statutory regulations as the objects of this study are the Constitution of Kenya of 2010, the Election Act of Kenya No. 24 of 2011, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Law of Republic of Indonesia No. 7 of 2017 about the General Election. This comparison allows the researchers to implement a legal construction of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 7 of 2017 on the General Election. Over the years, the value originally carried in the dance has changed fundamentally, as Wa’s culture evolved. For thousands of years, the ethnic traditional worship ritual dance integrated the Wa notions of religion and worship of gods. Wa huntsmen would go out in groups and manage to bring a captive back to the village, and offer a human head as sacrifice for the wooden drum. They believed that only in this way, the drumbeats were vested with divinity and the mountain gods they honored with the ritual can bless a bumper harvest and ensure the peace and tranquility of the village for the coming year. When the wooden drum is played, people gather around the drum and dance, praying to the gods for protection. \u0000 \u0000The revival of the dance was driven by the government and the cultural elite, just like the sentence to it was about 80 years ago. Traditional processes alone are inadequate in transforming relationships of antagonism into relationships of mutual trust and traditional processes alone remain ineffective in achieving reconciliation among people who have experienced severe trauma and protracted marginalisation. This paper will examine the academic evidence for the potential role that arts and culture can play towards peacebuilding and reconciliation in post-conflict Sri Lanka. Looking at illustrative examples of the value of arts and culture in other post-conflict settings this paper will argue that to achieve sustainable peace adding a cultural component to peacebuilding is vital. By highlighting how responses, attitudes and behaviours can be transformed through arts and culture, this paper will explore how the introduction of strategic arts-based programmes with local content can have a significant impact on breaking barriers and stereotypes, recognise different identities and acknowledge loss and suffering thereby strengthening the community as a whole. However, there are many countries that have a different culture and value compared to America, such as Indonesia. As the largest Muslim country, it has stricter social norms. In 2016, Indonesian famous Youtubers, Awkarin and Young Lex, were making a controversy by uploading music videos that containing vulgar words and exposing sexually-suggestive footages. This research aims to study how the viewers reacting to the videos, Youtubers’ perspectives, and assess how the government handles the controversy, to finally determine the necessity and feasibility of imposing conventional media content regulation on digital media. This research was conducted using mix method approach, those are content analysis and interview. The results have shown that although the videos received various negative reactions, the government decided to only give a friendly warning. Considering several sectors, the digital media content remains impossible to be detailly regulated by the government as the way conventional media regulated. Une grande partie des efforts de l’apprenant dans l’etude d’une langue etrangere reside du reste dans l’acquisition de la grammaire. Mais d’un point de vue didactique, il est important de savoir comment cette grammaire est enseignee: quelle methode est adaptee selon les contextes? Quelle est la perception de la grammaire chez les enseignants et chez les etudiants? Finalement, quelle grammaire peut-on privilegier?
