The research sample was 41 mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. For the panel data regression analysis technique, Software Econometric Views (Eviews) version 12 was used. This research applied verification type of research with a research population of 108 navy soldiers at the Palu Navy Base where all soldiers are used as research samples through census method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results show that the variables of professionalism, organizational culture, and competence simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the performance of soldiers, partially the variables of professionalism, organizational culture, and competence also have positive and significant influence on the performance of the Indonesian Navy soldiers of Palu. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods (mix methods), the quantitative method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis in mapping the capacity of 10 Village-Owned Enterprises, and qualitative methods are used to describe the factual conditions of Village-Owned Enterprises management by selecting 12 informants consisting of village government officials, administrators of Village-Owned Enterprises, and Village Facilitators. The results indicate that performance is still low. However, the importance is high, namely (1) The managerial process of Village-Owned Enterprises, (2) Marketing methods and strategies, (3) Human Resources recruitment and qualification process, (4) Management knowledge, ( 5) Skills in managing a business, and (6) Strengthening the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises management. At the research location, only Boya Paramba Mandiri Village-Owned Enterprises in Nupabomba Village, one of whose business activities can contribute to the economic improvement of the coffee farming community in Nupabomba Village. The research population were MS Glow Cosmetics customers in Palu City. The sample in this research were 80 respondents. This is causal descriptive research with the data analysis technique used is partial least square (PLS). The data analysis technique used a smart software program (PLS) 3.0. The results reveal that the product knowledge variable have positive and significant influence on customers’ satisfaction with MS Glow Cosmetics in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.003. Furthermore, the product knowledge variable has positive and significant influence on the E-Wom of MS Glow Cosmetic customers in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.002. The product experience variable has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with MS Glow Cosmetics in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.000. The product experience variable has an influence, but is not significant on the E-WOM of MS Glow Cosmetics customers in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.176. Furthermore, the product benefit variable has an influence, but is not significant on customer satisfaction with MS Glow Cosmetics in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.095. The product benefit variable has a positive and significant influence on the E-Wom of MS Glow Cosmetics customers in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.049. The population in this research were all customers of the Metro Palu refill water refills station. The number of samples in this research were 123 respondents. This research applied a descriptive causal with data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Data were analyzed through SPSS application. The results show that the variables of price, service and promotion simultaneously have a positive effect on repurchase decisions, the significant value of F is 0.000 < (0.05). Moreover, the partial test result obtains that the price variable has a significant value of t = 0.006 < (0.05). It can be concluded that the price variable positively and significantly affects on repurchase decision. Furthermore, the service variable has a significant value of t = 0.006 < (0.05) so it can be concluded that the service variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decision. The results of the partial test show that the promotion variable has a significant value of t = 0.000 < (0.05). Muslimin, Juliana Kadang","doi":"10.59769/tajam.v3i3.14","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.59769/tajam.v3i3.14","url":null,"abstract":"This research aims to analyze the determinants of credit risk factors, operational risk, liquidity risk, market risk, governance (GCG), earning, capital, bank size, and core capital that have a partial or simultaneous influence on the profitability of Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) in Sulawesi for the 2016-2020 period using the risk-based bank rating (RBBR) method with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection used an annual financial report published through each bank at 4 (four) regional banks headquartered in Sulawesi. The factors tested are credit risk with NPL (Non-Performing Loan) proxy, an operational risk with BOPO proxy (Operational Income Operating Expenses ratio), liquidity risk with LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) proxy, a market risk with PDN ratio proxy (Position Net Foreign Exchange), governance (GCG), profitability with NIM (Net Interest Margin) proxy, capital with CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) proxy, bank size as proxy for total assets, core capital ratio (MI) and profitability with profitability return proxies on assets (ROA). Based on the results of the Simultaneous F test research, shows that credit risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, market risk, governance (GCG), profitability, capital, bank size, and core capital simultaneously have a significant influence on profitability for the 2016-2020 period with the profitability value of F-statistic is smaller than alpha (0.05) which is 0.0000 <0.05.
