On the northwestern border of Mexico, with an emphasis on desert areas, there is a need to compose solutions that measure the heat gain problems caused by climatic conditions. The heat gain is caused mainly by solar rays that occur in summer; the ground roof creates an insulating layer which helps to reduce the flow of heat, which in turn with the volume of ground helps maintain and lower stable temperatures. To evaluate the thermal performance of a ground roof, with the weather conditions of the metropolitan area of Mexicali, the simulation will be carried out. The ground roof are analyzed with different ground thicknesses and measurement periods are established, according to the specifications in standards ASTMC-1046-95, ASTMC1155-95. The thicknesses were simulated with the Ener-Habitat program. In the results it has been obtained that in a concrete cover the temperatures will be higher in contrast to the temperature of the environment and that of the ground roof.","PeriodicalId":433492,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Desarrollo Urbano y Sustentable","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130191482","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The program requires as data the dimensions, reflectance, cavities and the desired lighting level of the work area to be illuminated and the type of LED luminaire to be used. The calculations are carried out in a deterministic, precise and exact way, using the lumens method and the Official Mexican Standard for lighting designs. The program provides information such as the total number of luminaires to be used, the calculated lux level, the electrical power density, among others, as well as a graph that indicates an adequate design for the accommodation and distribution of the lamps in the work area to be illuminated. , complying with the Lighting Design Standards. The program correctly performs each of the calculations and at the end delivers the most suitable design for the accommodation of the lamps and their distances. Correct lighting means achieving an optimal balance between human needs, architectural considerations and energy efficiency.","PeriodicalId":433492,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Desarrollo Urbano y Sustentable","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133312975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Whose objective is to elaborate a block through the reuse of the material product of demolition of the construction, with the purpose of diminishing considerably the waste of the rubble in clandestine garbage dumps. The research methodology developed consists of four phases to follow, within them there is a section of the separation of materials of the so-called rubble by type; followed by implementing the process of separation of reusable material to select the materials to be used for recycling and production of the block to replace the gravel and sand; and through the experimental method to perform tests type (4) and finish with the mechanical-physical tests the best type of block that can be used in the field of construction. Finally is to decrease the percentage of the amount of demolition debris as a replacement of aggregate in a final product such as a block, and to demonstrate that there is a real possibility of reuse in the world of construction materials.","PeriodicalId":433492,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Desarrollo Urbano y Sustentable","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127832589","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study was established based on a completely randomized experimental design with five treatments and four repetitions. The treatments to be evaluated were four foliar fertilizers: Citan® (rooting hormones); formula 20-30-10 (N, P, K + Microelements); Bayfolan Forte® (N, P, K + Microelements); Demeter Poto® (K, B, Zn, P), applied weekly and an absolute control. The number of green sprouts developed three months after the first application was evaluated. The statistical analysis showed that there were no significant differences (p = 0.01) between the foliar fertilization treatments; however, an average of 13 to 16 green sprouts was counted, all with good development, vigor and physical appearance; largely due to foliar fertilization as a complement to nutrition via irrigation. The adaptation of the blueberry crop was achieved, as a recently introduced species in Valle de Santiago, under macro tunnel conditions, the microclimate and implemented agronomic management; however, it is necessary to improve some management aspects such as nutrition and above all, provide optimal protected conditions for cultivation.","PeriodicalId":433492,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Desarrollo Urbano y Sustentable","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127368825","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Within the world's high energy consumption, electricity has been the element with the fastest-growing demand in the last 25 years. The increase in renewable energy generation sources has transformed the global electricity supply, positioning electricity as a response to environmental challenges. Unfortunately, thousands of projects proposed and developed over time either have not met the expectations or have not been implemented. One of the most important reasons for these inconveniences is that these projects do not include a comprehensive feasibility analysis and evaluation methodology. The current proposals mainly consider a technical-financial evaluation and leave aside other essential evaluations such as social, environmental, legal, political, economic, and technological, which, when not evaluated, negatively impact the project. Consequently, it is proposed to innovate the development of a comprehensive evaluation methodology that includes the essential variables of the social, environmental, political, legal, technical, technological, financial, economic, and commercial dimensions that mitigate the frequent problems that occur in photovoltaic solar energy","PeriodicalId":433492,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Desarrollo Urbano y Sustentable","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130894969","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The positive and negative effects are two sides of the same coin, on the one hand, the proclaim excessive policies that seek to privatize water resources, and the other, to provide water to concessionaries in an excessive manner. The paradigm shift seen from the perspective of watershed management is precisely to solve environmental problems and associate them with urban hydrology projects, hydraulic infrastructure or a combination of these, with the aim of not modifying water courses and streams. The objective of this work is to determine peak flows for return period of 50 to 100 years, by means of probabilistic and statistical models and to identify through topographic cartography the annual periodic floods in the lower part of the basin, as results is to present a series of alternatives of solution through hydraulic works: channel rectification, silt removal works, to mention just a few.","PeriodicalId":433492,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Desarrollo Urbano y Sustentable","volume":"122 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114517440","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
