After software is developed it is subjected to customers with granted rights for use but constrained with modifying, sharing or selling the software. Violation of the said constraints leads to critical issue of software piracy. Software birthmarking is one of the most effective techniques to minimize the software piracy. It finds intrinsic properties in the software program to detect copy of software. In this paper we have proposed a ' method based similarity level' software birthmark technique. It finds the intrinsic properties in the method of software program by locating the attributes of the code elements in the method and relation among code elements. The proposed approach not only identifies similarity of the program but detects program modification as well. However, large detection area required in optical wireless application produces high detector capacitance hence limits the bandwidth performance of the system. Thus, techniques to reduce effective detector capacitance are required to increase the receiver sensitivity, bandwidth and noise performance. A lot of papers have been previously reported successful techniques to enhance the bandwidth by employing bootstrapping technique. This paper introduces a series-shunt bootstrapping technique which exploits a series-shunt positive capacitive feedback. The modeling of the circuit is done by utilizing MATLAB. Broadband wireless communication has introduced great interest in mm-wave bands due to its wide transmission bandwidth and also the opportunity of frequency reuse. In this network, a base station makes scheduling matrices regarding to network specifications, then sends these matrices to sensors in the network. Then, the sensors act based on these scheduling matrices. Since making the scheduling matrices needs a higher complexity, a heuristic method is presented in this paper in order to reduce the complexity and to provide the scheduling matrices without affecting the network performance remarkably. One of the most substantial approaches to fully exploit the significance of cache memory is data prefetching, where we envisage future requests of users and take data to memory in advance. Current prefetching techniques, performing limited prefetching, are based upon locality of reference principle (situation specific); Markov series (slow for practical implementation) or dual data caching (quite burdensome for programmer) with biased cache replacement policies. So we present a novel 'usage pattern based' approach for predictive prefetching; employing proven neural networks to broaden the scope of prefetching at user level. All air holes are arranged in the section according to triangular regulation and with identical spacing. The thirteen air holes which arranged in the snowflake shape in the middle of the section are replaced with high index inclusions that are smaller than the other air holes of the outer cladding which form the core region. So, a hybrid photonic crystal fiber in which a guided mode is confined simultaneously by modified total internal reflection from an array of air holes and anti-resonant reflection from the high-index inclusions is presented. We consider simulating PCF using the FDTD technique by imposing PML for boundary condition treatment in the longitudinal dimension, thereby reducing the problem to two dimensions. In this paper, a thorough study of nonlinear effects both in time and frequency domain has been carried out to analyze the propagation of super-Gaussian ultra-short pulses in nonlinear optical fibers. The results show different behavior of nonlinear optical fibers at specific lengths, frequency and levels of nonlinearity. Though this works well for networks with fixed infrastructures, it is inadequate for ad-hoc networks due to nodes mobility and frequent breaks of links. To overcome this problem, routing protocols with estimated LL using nodes affinity were introduced. However, these protocols also used the static estimated LL during the connection time. In contrast to that, in this paper two methods are presented to estimate LL based on nodes affinity and then continually update those values depending on changes of the affinity. In the first method, linear function is used to map the relationship between the signal strength fluctuation and LL. In the second method, fuzzy logic system is used to map this relationship in a nonlinear fashion. Significance of the proposed methods is validated using simulation. However, implementing AR across multiple network domains is a very challenging problem owing to key challenges in the area of limited inter-domain visibility, wavelength conversion limitations, signaling concerns, etc. To address this problem area, in this paper we propose a prioritized routing algorithm to handle both IR and AR requests. With the priority added, we argued that preemption of IR requests in the advent of AR ones is not always justified.
