Jumlah kunjungan pasien yang banyak disertai durasi jam operasional puskesmas yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah perawat yang bertugas menjadi penyebab rendahnya cakupan intervensi berupa asuhan keperawatan keperawatan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat puskesmas di Cianjur dalam memberikan pelayanan kunjungan rumah berupa homecare berbasis Family Center Nursing (FCN) sebagai bagian dari pelayanan luar gedung puskesmas sehingga kemandirian kesehatan masyarakat Cianjur dapat terwujud. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu one group pretest-posttest design. Partisipan dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling pada perawat di Kabupaten Cianjur dengan kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Jumlah partisipan adalah 91 orang. Partisipan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan signifikan terhadap pelayanan homecare berbasis FCN (pvalue 0,000) dengan rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 3,1 poin. Peningkatan pengetahuan partisipan menunjukkan bahwa edukasi pelayanan homecare dengan pendekatan FCN merupakan pilihan efektif sebagai upaya mencapai kemandirian kesehatan keluarga di puskesmas Kabupaten Cianjur. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi pengembangan asuhan keperawatan ke keluarga berupa homecare dengan pendekatan FCN di puskesmas. Sukabumi City is one of the city areas with quite high numbers. In 2017 there were 361 cases. Meanwhile, in 2018 there were 239 cases. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease mainly affecting children, characterized by high heat, bleeding and can cause an outbreak. By doing 3M Plus activities, which are draining, closing, and burying and other activities that can inhibit the breeding of Aedes Aegypti mosquitoes.The study used a type of collegial research with a cross sectional approach. The population consisted of all family heads in the downstream sudAjaya sub-district of 725 households. Samples were taken as many as 225 families by cluster random sampling. One of the factors that influence the application of the five moments of hand hygiene is the knowledge of nurses. The objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of nurses about five moments of hand hygiene. The research design was quantitative using descriptive method. The samples in this research were 35 nurses which were taken through total sampling technique. The measuring instrument was a questionnaire which consisted of 20 questions. The results of the research showed that the respondents who had knowledge of the five moments of hand hygiene in the high category was 16 respondents (45.7%), the range of age of 26-35 years was 16 respondents (45.7%), female sex was 27 respondents (77.1%), Associate degree of Nursing program was 30 respondents (85.7%) with a length of work for 1-5 years was 15 respondents (42.9%). It can be concluded that respondents who have knowledge about five moments of hand hygiene is in the high category. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about osteoporosis and prevention of osteoporosis in premenopausal women in Cicantayan Village, Cicantayan Community Health Center, Sukabumi Regency. Osteoporosis is bone loss due to loss of mass in the bone which can increase the risk of fractures. Knowledge is a result of curiosity from the results of sensing. Attitude is a response to a stimulus. This type of research is correlational with a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this study were all premenopausal women 41-50 years old with a total of 469 people. The research sample amounted to 82 people taken by cluster random sampling. Data analysis using chi square. The results showed that knowledge about osteoporosis was good with behavior to prevent as many as 23 respondents (50.0 %). The chi square statistical test shows that the significance value of p = 0.027 < a (0.05) so that H1 is accepted. Contraceptives that used in Indonesia are categorized as hormonal contraception and non-hormonal contraception. According to research, hormonal contraceptives have side effects that can reduce sexual libido. Decreased libido has affects for a person's sexual quality. \u0000Determins the The Different Of Sexual Quality In Women With Hormonal And Non Hormonal Contraceptions In Kamulyan Village Tambak District \u0000The type of this research was a quantitative research method and used a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this research was 128 respondents, which were taken using accidental sampling. Data analysis used Independent sample t-test test, with a questionnaire with 17 questions items for took a sample. \u0000Result: Independent sample t-test test showed that the average result for hormonal contraception was 62.11 and the average for non-hormonal contraception was 60.10. One of the ways to manage type 2 DM is physical exercise. Physical exercise that can be done is foot exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of foot exercise on changes in blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. This type of research was a quasi-experimental with a total sample of 18 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instruments used are SOP and glukotest. Hypothesis testing using Paired sample t-test. The results of the study obtained a p-value of 0.000 which indicates that there is an effect of foot exercise on changes in blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. The mean pre-test value is 218.22 and the post-test is 202.82 with a difference of 15.28. In conclusion, there is an effect of foot exercise on changes in blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. From 15 health centers in Sukabumi, Sukabumi Health Center occupies high number of hypertension cases at adult age about 706 or 16.3%. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between lifestyle and hypertension at adult age. \u0000Hypertension is a condition when blood pressure systole is 140 mmHg or higher and diastolic blood pressure is 90 mmHg or higher. One of the factors that influence the incidence of hypertension is lifestyle. \u0000This study used the type of correlational research with cross sectional approach. The population was 8,403 people with 383 people as the sample. Cluster Random Sampling was conducted to take the samples. The result of validity test of the lifestyle variable on 20 items was valid since the reliability was 0.787. The statistical analysis used Chi Square. \u0000The results showed that healthy lifestyles was 52.5%, the incidence of non-hypertensive hypertension was 50.4%.
