Sidoarjo Regency became one of the regencies that have a number of MSME potential that has superior value so that Sidoarjo Regency gets the nickname as the city of INDONESIAN MSMEs. With this potential, if not accompanied by good development will be a problem in the MSME sector. Through corporate strategy, MSME actors will be given a form of assistance in terms of development. However, in its implementation there is a problem that is the lack of interest and mindset that has not been formed for entrepeneurship. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe and analyse corporate strategy in the development of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. Qualitative descriptive research methods. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling method data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this study show that the corporate strategy in the development of MSMEs is in accordance with the conditions on the ground. Many children's problems are still found in Sidoarjo Regency, this indicates that children's rights are still not fully fulfilled. This study aims to analyze and describe the realization of a Child Friendly City through the fulfillment of children's rights and protection in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, dan documenattion. The technique of deternnining infornnants used sampling purposive, and data analysis was carried out with data reduction, collection techniques,conclusion and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that there are several types of supporting and inhibiting factors, there are several dimensions related to this research, namely (1) Communication, communication between agencies is interconnected well starting from the Police, the District Attorney and from the BRI (2) Resources , in terms of resources that are quite adequate although there are still some shortcomings, among others, human resources that are still not very familiar with e-Tilang due to the lack of training period and also servers that do not meet the standards, (3) Economic, Social and Political Environment , in terms of the political environment, increasing the productivity of its performance to be more effective and efficient as well as service-oriented and reducing acts of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism (KKN) on the part of the Police and the Prosecutor's Office. However, there are still many services that are not good. The problems that occur in PDAM \"Delta Tirta\" Sidoarjo Regency are still complaining about the quality of the water being cloudy, sandy, water turning off at certain hours and increasing the increasingly expensive tariffs that are not in accordance with the service, thus causing dissatisfaction by customers. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PDAM \"Delta Tirta\" Sidoarjo Regency either simultaneously or partially. This research method uses correlational quantitative. The focus of the research is the quality of service and customer satisfaction and the customers of PDAM \"Delta Tirta\" Sidoarjo Regency as research subjects. The sample is 400 respondents. Data derived from questionnaires were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. The problem with the BUMDes of Sambibulu Agrotourism village tourism is that human resources have not been fully met in the management of the Sambibulu Agrotourism BUMDes. This writing method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews, observations and reviewing the relevant literature. The technique of determining the informants in this study used purposive sampling. The informants in this writing are the Chairperson of the Sambibulu BUMDes Management, the Sambibulu BUMDes Treasurer, the Youth Organization Members, and the Sambibulu BUMDes Management Members. The analysis technique in this paper is a type of qualitative analysis referring to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that with the role of BUMDes in the management of village tourism, it is hoped that the community can participate in managing the location of Agrotourism. The obstacle in the process of the role of BUMDes is the lack of public awareness to think critically in processing BUMDes, so the mindset of the community needs intense handling from the environment that supports the existence of this Tourism BUMDes. Community empowerment is a development capital with people's roots and is an effort to increase the dignity of some of our people who are trapped in poverty. This study aims to describe community empowerment through the COVID-19 response program at the Sidoarjo Regency Job Training Center and the obstacles faced in community empowerment through the COVID-19 response program at the Sidoarjo Regency Job Training Center. Qualitative descriptive research method, where data collection techniques are carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were employees of the Sidoarjo Regency BLK and training participants at the Sidoarjo Regency BLK. At the capacity stage, namely the type of competency-based training provided by BLK Sidoarjo in the COVID-19 response program, it consisted of two trainings, namely welding to make sinks for washing hands and sewing to make faceshields, masks, and PPE. Local taxes as the largest source of Regional Original Income (PAD), one of which comes from hotel taxes and restaurant taxes. The aims of this study are 1) to determine the effect of hotel tax on local revenue (PAD), 2) to determine the effect of restaurant tax on local revenue (PAD). The research method used is a quantitative method. The sample of this study uses secondary data obtained from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), namely in the form of reports on the realization of hotel taxes, restaurant taxes and Regional Original Income (PAD) for 2019-2020. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination after all the data have met the requirements of the classical assumption test using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the hotel tax has a coefficient value of -79.039 and Sig 0.004 <0.05, meaning that hotel tax has a negative and significant effect on Regional Original Income (PAD).
