Team diversity is particularly important for new ventures or startups as the need or focus of such startups is on a diverse range of consumers. The role of racism and economic fragility cannot be ignored in this regard. To conduct this research the targeted population is the high-tech startups in France. For data collection, 351 questionnaires were received and processed for data analysis. The results indicated a significant impact of team diversity on startup team performance. The moderating role of structural racism was also significant between team diversity and startup team performance. Whereas, economic fragility also significantly moderates the relationship between team diversity and startup team performance. The practical importance of this study is greatly implied in those startups which incorporate diversity in their workplace. The policymakers are also devoted to performing their part concerning the policies that are being formulated to encourage and promote diversity in the workplace as well as in educational settings. Theoretically, this research contributes to the growing body of literature regarding startup performances. However, most of the high-tech startups in France did not contain the required data for gaining clear facts and figures. This limitation can be catered to in the future by targeting more advanced high-tech startups in France.","PeriodicalId":432891,"journal":{"name":"iRASD Journal of Management","volume":" 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140219839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The cross-sectional study with multistage sampling was employed by the researchers. KMO was employed as a test for adequate data. To evaluate the overall impact of the regression, total variance was used. To determine if the observable variables could adequately explain the latent determinants, confirmatory factor analysis was utilized. The model fitness and mediation analysis were both tested using SEM. According to study, there was a significant link based on the data because the KMO value of.906 was greater than 0.5 and the statistical threshold for the Bartlett's test was lower than 0.05. The researchers discovered that the CMIN/DF was less than 3.0, indicating model acceptance. The model being tested is compared using the Tucker Lewis Index (TLI). Mediation of Human capital has led to a roughly 75% boost in performance of Coffee Cooperatives. As a result, there is now some partial mediation between financial management practices and coffee cooperative performance.","PeriodicalId":432891,"journal":{"name":"iRASD Journal of Management","volume":"267 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139336889","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper explores the application of the agile methodology for managing the healthcare sector. This study significantly contributes to the healthcare sector by providing insights into the application of Agile methodology, potentially enhancing healthcare management and patient outcomes. In this article, the author reviews ten peer-reviewed articles, analyses the findings, and generates three themes: Agile methodology development and implementation in the healthcare sector, the healthcare sector's readiness factors/levels for applying the agile methodology, and how agile methods improve healthcare outcomes. The findings across the three identified themes reiterate the crucial role of organizational leadership, flexible structures, and advanced technology in enhancing agility within the healthcare sector. Moreover, the studies highlight the potential of agile principles to enhance customer-centricity, customer satisfaction, and overall adaptability in healthcare organizations. The study recommends healthcare institutions priorities Agile competency development through training programs and cultivate a culture of adaptability to support Agile methodology adoption. Furthermore, it suggests quantitative research to validate readiness factors' influence, focusing on patient-centered outcomes and comparative studies between Agile and traditional healthcare approaches to bridge literature gaps.","PeriodicalId":432891,"journal":{"name":"iRASD Journal of Management","volume":"143 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139336888","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most recent international papers on market innovation served as a guidance for the study's meta-analysis. To scan, exclude, and include pertinent content, the researchers employed the effect size approach based on a forest and funnel plot. Based on a thorough literature assessment, researchers founded a link between the market Innovation and firm performance. Also based on the reviewed literature, the researcher found a connection between the government support program's moderation and the success of SMEs firms in the field of market innovation. An exploratory sequential mixed research methodology was used to conduct this study. The researchers used a forest plot to determine the effect size of the material they had read. Additionally, a funnel plot was used to account for publication bias.  The study makes an effort to provide a conceptual framework and testable hypotheses based on the available literature. Market innovation has been shown to affect a firm's success.","PeriodicalId":432891,"journal":{"name":"iRASD Journal of Management","volume":"510 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116172470","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They have become an attractive financial instrument for individuals and corporations due to their potentials for high returns, decentralized nature, and exemption from strict government regulations. This study aims to investigate how cryptocurrency volatility affects the performance of companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). The study uses an ex post facto research design and the GARCH (1,1) model. Weekly data on Bitcoin and Ethereum were obtained from www.ng.investing.com and used to construct a cryptocurrency composite index with principal component analysis (PCA). The All-Share Index data were extracted from the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) statistical bulletin between January 2017 and December 2021. The result of the mean equation shows that cryptocurrency trading in Nigeria responds more to positive sentiment and good news than bad news, while the variance equation reveals that current conditional volatility of cryptocurrencies and companies' performance is influenced by their previous shocks and past volatility conditions. The study also found evidence of volatility clustering in companies’ performance on the NGX. Therefore, investors are advised to exercise caution in an expanding cryptocurrency market, while regulators and policymakers should use relevant indicators to avoid contagion risk that could spread to the stock market. This paper is significant and relevant to achieving the Nigerian government's plan to introduce an official virtual currency.","PeriodicalId":432891,"journal":{"name":"iRASD Journal of Management","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127143786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is widely acknowledged that SMEs are increasingly significant in producing jobs, money, and innovation. Nevertheless, there are significant issues with the caliber of management, strategic leadership, entrepreneurial skill, and motivation in this industry, shortcomings in innovation, a lack of business savvy, marketing, entrepreneurial flair, and issues with practical knowledge and HR administration. This study will analyze the impact of entrepreneurial talent and motivation on business success, with strategic leadership as a mediating factor: The situation of a few SME sectors in Ethiopia. The study employed a Quantitative research design method using surveys and questionnaires to collect data. The selections of respondents for this study will be random sampling and purposive sampling for SME owners and leaders of both zonal and town job opportunity creation and skill offices and are purposely selected to respond to the questionnaires.  Since the Zone is so prominent, the researcher will select 5 towns Nagele, Adola, Shakiso, Bore, and Haro Wachu. A total of 382 respondents was selected as the sample size. The sample size will be set using Yamane (1967) due to its ease of use, taking into account the estimated total population of 2,322 owners, employment opportunity creators, and competence office executives in 5 towns. The traditional linear regression model was used for the data analysis. In this instance, data analysis included using chi square, correlation, and ordinal logistic regression to examine the impact of entrepreneurial talent and motivation on business success, with strategic leadership as a mediating factor. The findings showed that every element had a favorable and noteworthy effect on company performance.","PeriodicalId":432891,"journal":{"name":"iRASD Journal of Management","volume":"148 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123206606","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, traditional businesses have been impacted on micro and macro levels. However, SE can ensure social welfare, job creation, and economic improvement. This study examines the impact of Paradoxical Leadership, Transformational Leadership, and Entrepreneurial Leadership on SE during the pandemic, specifically in the pharmaceutical and textile manufacturing sectors of Punjab, Pakistan. The study also investigates the moderating role of Public Service Motivation (PSM) between these leadership styles and SE. The findings suggest that leadership qualities positively impact SE during COVID-19, and PSM plays a moderating role in the relationship between leadership styles and SE in the manufacturing sector. The results of this study could inform the development of effective leadership strategies for social entrepreneurs during global crises.","PeriodicalId":432891,"journal":{"name":"iRASD Journal of Management","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115526241","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the advent of technology, it is important to investigate and improve the employee attitude towards work with the inclusion of technological upgrades for humans through training. Training may differ from one organization to the next in the form of on-the-job and off-the-job training. Training paved the way for the type of attitude employees have towards their work. Skill labor's positive view towards work is substructure on advanced training methods that make them differentiate in work place competition. Researchers first make thematic analysis in the form of code data segments with the help of MAXQDA 2020 software. After activation of all inserted interviews, researchers conducted the mixed-method analysis. A single-case analysis was framed for theme identification with the help of thematic analysis. After that, thematic coding was framed for content analysis. For identification, screening, and intent, PRISMA was employed. A coded frequency matrix was assimilated to depict the functionalism of training in the study area in the form of bibliographic analysis. Systematic evaluation of the interview text manifested that training is considered by most employees as the initial point of skill development and an extended part of positive work attitude development, resulting in enhanced organizational performance in textile industries. Study outcomes based on the positivism approach will inform policy recommendations because of its objectivity.","PeriodicalId":432891,"journal":{"name":"iRASD Journal of Management","volume":"113 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124489757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
