Calculations were carried out using the spectral density of the function describing the change in the complex amplitude of the bottom echo to the boundary of the near field of the probe. It is found that the change in the amplitude of the pulses at the maximum of the envelope for these distances varies almost the same as in the DGS-diagram of the bottom echo, while the difference in pulse shapes is not very significant. The results of the experiments generally confirmed the results of calculations taking into account the error of the initial data and the features of computer modeling.","PeriodicalId":432853,"journal":{"name":"Kontrol'. The paper presents a method for estimating the porosity of a material from the experimentally measured phase velocity of longitudinal acoustic waves propagating in it. Laser excitation of ultrasound was used to create probing pulses. Porosity was calculated using experimentally measured phase velocities of longitudinal acoustic waves propagating in the composite. The proposed method allows one-way access to the object during measurements, which makes it possible to study structures of variable thickness and complex shape. The possibility of obtaining distributions of local porosity values in the studied section of the structure is demonstrated by the example of three carbon fiber stringer panels. The study showed that locality of the porosity value and its change from point to point plays an important role in such constructions, and the maximum local porosity of this area of the panel may differ from the average volumetric porosity by more than two times. The possibility of obtaining a “map” of the distribution of the local porosity of the panel section in the plane of laying the carbon fabric is also demonstrated. This method is quite operational, which allows it to be used within the framework of real production in order to improve the conditions and methods of production.","PeriodicalId":432853,"journal":{"name":"Kontrol'. It is shown that the SARN action algorithm is based on taking into account the impact on the strip of the auxiliary mechanism – the loop holder, the frame of which must be rotated to the optimal angle. The conditions are described under which the looper is in an equilibrium state, when the moment of the electric motor balances the moment of resistance on its shaft, determined by the force arising due to the tension of the strip. It is shown that the high-speed electric drive of the looper, which is in the steady braking mode for most of the cycle time and creates a braking torque, at the moment the strip enters the interstand gap, should provide a short-term forcing of the moment for the movement of the frame, followed by a stop in the allowable zone of the angle of rotation.","PeriodicalId":432853,"journal":{"name":"Kontrol'. Abramov","doi":"10.14489/td.2023.06.pp.020-027","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14489/td.2023.06.pp.020-027","url":null,"abstract":"The article considers a method for estimating the parameters of the microrelief of the surface of machine parts by optoelectronic and computer means, as an integral part of the technological process of manufacturing machine parts with precision surfaces. The method is based on computer processing of images of the studied microreliefs, considered as a set of realizations of a stationary random process. The number of realizations of the random process is assumed to be equal to the number of lines in the analyzed microrelief image. The microrelief image is considered as a matrix of random numbers. For this matrix, mathematical expectations, variances, standard deviations, correlation moments and the normalized autocorrelation coefficient of honey are calculated for the columns of the matrix. To conduct research on the proposed method, an optical-electronic complex was used, consisting of an instrumental microscope with a video camera and a computer for digital processing of the obtained images of the microrelief f reference samples with different roughness. The surface roughness was estimated by standard methods on a profilograph and ranged from Ra = 0.025 µm to Ra = 0.130 µm. When developing software for correlation-spectral image processing, OpenCV tools and the C++ language were used. According to the research results, it was found that the nature of the correlation functions is largely determined by the parameters of the studied microreliefs. To identify the studied microreliefs, we determined the analytical dependences of the arithmetic mean deviation of the microrelief surface profile both on the average value of the variable component of the autocorrelation function and on the values of its spectral density. It has been established that for the identification of a microrelief by optical-electronic means, the most promising is the use of the spectral density of its autocorrelation function, calculated from its halftone image. The results of applying the correlation-spectral method for assessing the microrelief the working surface of an aircraft blade are presented.","PeriodicalId":432853,"journal":{"name":"Kontrol'. With prolonged use in equipment, the oil undergoes oxidation, which leads to a deterioration in its dielectric properties. In order to slow down the process of oil oxidation and extend the life of liquid insulation, an antioxidant additive ionol (2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) is added to it. Using the method of chromato-mass spectrometry, it was found that ionol decomposes during its consumption with the formation of other phenolic-type compounds, which also exhibit antioxidant activity. In addition, the identified degradation products of ionol can serve as indicators of the state of the liquid insulation as a whole. However, the method of chromatomass spectrometry, for certain reasons, is not used in power grid laboratories. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method for determining the decomposition products of ionol in their joint presence in operating oil, based on the method of gasliquid chromatography with a flame ionization detector. The implementation of this technique does not require significant investments. In addition, new boundary values of ionol have been established, which should be taken into account when planning the addition of ionol to operating oil in order to prevent a sharp deterioration in its insulating properties.","PeriodicalId":432853,"journal":{"name":"Kontrol'. It is shown that it is advisable to carry out the action of the correction system with a reduced static load of the motor in steady-state mode, due to which, at fixed values of the static moment, a decrease in the stator current is ensured. A feature of the construction of the proposed corrected vector control system is the use of correction blocks that monitor the longitudinal and transverse components of the stator current, which allows you to determine the tangent of the angle between the vectors of the stator current and its longitudinal component, as well as the mismatch of the received and set values, and in the function of the mismatch value to change the signal setting the longitudinal component of the stator current. The effect and advantages of the proposed correction system of an asynchronous electric drive with vector control are investigated by simulation modeling.","PeriodicalId":432853,"journal":{"name":"Kontrol'. Moisture significantly affects both the reliability and the overload capacity and durability of power transformers. Drying insulation by traditional methods is a complex and expensive job, the complexity of which depends on the size of the transformer and the percentage of paper moisture, the more, the more difficult. An equally difficult task is to reliably measure the moisture content of the paper. To improve the accuracy of diagnosing insulation in terms of oil quality, changes are proposed to the requirements for the sampling procedure of a number of standards. To improve the efficiency of service maintenance of power transformers, improved criteria for the moisture content of solid insulation are proposed. The period of the most effective use of automated insulation restoration systems of the TRANSEC type has been determined. Field tests of the TRANSEC technology were carried out in an operating electrical installation. The high efficiency of automated insulation restoration systems was established, the dependence of insulation characteristics on temperature was confirmed, the admissibility of using the indicator of relative moisture saturation to assess the dynamics of the insulation restoration process, the comparability of the results of the measured and calculated values of paper moisture at an insulation temperature of at least 40 °C.","PeriodicalId":432853,"journal":{"name":"Kontrol'.
