Payment of BPJS Kesehatan through INACBGS is deemed insufficient to cover the hospital's profit margin. Moreover, the INACBGS rates is currently a rates product issued in 2016. It makes hospitals have to make efficient service rates so that they can develop their service quality and sustain them. Dinda Hospital is a class C private hospital with a business focus and BPJS Kesehatan patient care and has excellence in maternal care. The unit cost calculation technique using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) technique can provide an overview of rates efficiency. The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of 3 hospital rates, INACBGS rates, and ABC rates for normal delivery and caesarean section. Research is comparative analytic with cross sectional design. The clinical pathway is used to calculate ABC rates. The sample used was 30 samples of BPJS class 1 patients from each action (normal delivery and caesarean section) and the three rates were compared, namely hospital rates, INACBGS rates, and ABC rates using t-test dependent. Showed a significant difference in rates (p <0.005) between the INACBGS rate and the hospital rate for normal delivery (mean INACBGS 2,227,700, mean rate rs 5,491,462) and Caesarean (mean INACBGS 6,965,200, mean rate of rs. 6,557,208). there was a significant difference (p <0.005) between the hospital rate and the ABC rate for normal delivery (mean ABC rate 2,206,588) and caesarean section (mean ABC rate 4,328,672). The caesarean section rate is more profitable than normal delivery. The method that will be used to address the problems of the target audience is the Implementation of Community Service which will be carried out by means of health counseling to pregnant women about exclusive breastfeeding and demonstrations of breast care for women during and after childbirth in the working area of the Syamtalira Aron Health Center, North Aceh district. On the first day, before the counseling was carried out, a pre-test was carried out first, and on the second day, a demonstration of breast care was carried out, after which it was continued with a post-test. This activity was carried out from 5 to 6 September 2022, after evaluating an increase in knowledge of 70% and skills of 76.6%, the expected achievement targets were successful. One of the primary prevention efforts for complications of diabetes mellitus such as the risk of neuropathy and foot ulcers is to provide health education about foot care for people with diabetes mellitus to increase knowledge and skills in performing routine and independent foot care. The target of this community service program is people with diabetes mellitus in the working area of the Syamtalira Aron Health Center, Syamtalira Aron District, totaling 25 people. The problem encountered is that DM sufferers still lack information about how to properly and correctly treat diabetic feet. There is no health team that provides direct education to DM sufferers about diabetic foot care techniques. The method used in this activity is to provide education and simulation/practice of diabetic foot exercises using power point media and distributing leaflets about the management and care of feet in people with DM. After educational activities and foot care simulations were carried out on November 14 and 15 2022 there was an 80% increase in knowledge in the good category and after the foot exercise simulation/exercise there was an increase in skills in doing foot care, namely 96%. This shows the target achievement in accordance with the expected results. The output that is expected to be achieved from this activity is that this program can provide benefits to the community, especially the target audience, thereby increasing the quality of human resources and the results can be published nationally with the ISSN and e-ISSN. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style and communication with the control system as an effort to assess the performance of nurses. This research is a cross-sectional research design. Data collection was carried out at the Inpatient Unit of RS X Tangerang in June-July 2020 with a total sample of 77 people as research samples. The results there was no influence between the leadership style on the nurse's performance; the leadership style on the control system; communication on the nurse's performance; between the leadership style and communication on the nurse's performance with the system control as mediation. Several studies have shown that sexual behavior such as oral sex, a history of injuries to the genital organs during sexual intercourse, and working as a sex worker are associated with Toxoplasma gondii infection. In addition, a history of injecting narcotic use is also associated with Toxoplasma gondii infection. One method to determine infection status is serological examination, through measurement of immunoglobulin G (IgG). IgG seropositivity is the basis for determining the status of Toxoplasma gondii infection in the chronic or latent phase. This study aims to determine the relationship between sexual behavior and history of injecting drug use with Toxoplasma gondii infection based on IgG serological status. The study population in this study were 56 homosexual men with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in the DKI Jakarta area, Bogor Regency and City, and Depok City. In this study, the infection status of Toxoplasma gondii was measured by the ELISA method at the Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. Sexual behavior and history of injecting drug use were measured using a questionnaire. The results of the study proved that 38 samples had positive serological status, 17 samples had negative serological status, and 1 sample was in the borderline range. Based on an analysis using the logistic regression test, age, education, getting paid for having sex, using condoms during oral sex, and a history of injuries to the genital organs during sex are risk factors for Toxoplasma gondii infection.
