Such kind of problems concerns to the inverse (synthesis) problems according to the amplitude characteristics and belongs to the optimization problems with the incomplete input data. The variational statement foresees the deriving respective Euler equation of the optimizing functional or the systems of such equations. Due to specific of statement of problems, the derived Euler equations are nonlinear ones and have non-unique solution. Three types of such solutions are extracted and their properties and branching is investigated numerically. The numerical results are discussed for different kind of input data.","PeriodicalId":431250,"journal":{"name":"2022 12th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies (ACIT)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131132196","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For providing traffic prediction, monitors are deployed in roads to collect such traffic information as vehicle speed or the number of passing vehicles. Existing traffic prediction methods mainly use collected historical traffic information to make prediction. However, they have two drawbacks: (1) they didn’t pay much attention to data volume and consumed computation time; (2) they considered only the traffic information to make prediction. However, weather is a significant factor that affects the traffic condition. In this paper, we propose a weather-based traffic prediction system (WTPS) which uses both historical traffic information and weather information to make prediction. Experiments demonstrate the prediction accuracy of WTPS is superior to that of existing methods without considering weather. WTPS is also scalable for handling huge traffic volume because it is designed according to big data techniques.","PeriodicalId":431250,"journal":{"name":"2022 12th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies (ACIT)","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133031193","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So, there is a problem of a timely pill taking and it is important to develop a reminder system for taking medicine, available to the user anytime and anywhere. Moreover, to develop a fault-tolerant high-load system it is necessary to use modern design patterns to improve the scalability and maintenance of the software product. The article substantiates the importance of using one of the possible approaches to designing servers for highly loaded information systems – microservice architecture, in particular on the example of our own software product – MedicinePlanner, which supports further scalability through the implementation of the abovementioned architecture on the server side. This research presents the description of software development process on the basis of microservice architecture, using widely spread frameworks and tools, among which are.NET and gRPC. The client side has been built with a modular structure using Angular, containerization of all entities and system modules has been done, and support for automatic deployment in Azure has been added. In addition, containerization and deployment processes have been considered, as they are the integral part of the full development cycle. Among the main results of this study are the conducted analysis of the architecture of client and server parts of the application, description of the used design patterns and usage of microservice architecture. In contrast to monolithic architecture, microservice architecture solves one of the problems of this study – scalability of applications, the solution to which has been described in this work. Moreover, it is isolated from errors, so even in the event of any malfunctions, the failure of the entire system is impossible due to the allocation of resources and business logic. Finally, the comparative analysis of microservice and monolithic architecture has been carried out, taking into consideration such important factors as time spent on development, the amount of changed code during the process of developing new features, which has demonstrated that microservice architecture saves 30% of development time.","PeriodicalId":431250,"journal":{"name":"2022 12th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies (ACIT)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131307418","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aging of the pipeline material is described by the change in time of the strength, mechanical and fatigue parameters of the material (degradation parameters) under the interaction with hydrogen-containing and corrosive media (so-called soil-origin corrosion). Experimental studies of changes in the material of oil and gas pipelines due to their long-term (up to 30 years) operation are analyzed. Models of material degradation as some dependences on change of parameters of material degradation in time are constructed. Applying the first law of thermodynamics and models of material degradation, differential equations are constructed, which simulate the growth of the surface cracks in the walls of pipelines under the interaction with corrosive environments and because of hydrogenation of pipe walls. The growth of a fatigue crack in the wall of the oil pipeline with the turbulent flow of oil inside, taking into account the aging of the pipe material during operation time mathematically simulated. It is established that the aging of the material during operation reduces the life time of the pipeline. The parameters of material degradation are calculated and the residual life of the gas pipeline with the corrosion-mechanical crack on its external surface is estimated. Developed mathematical models create the basis for the engineering methods for estimating of the residual life of constructions with long-term loading, taking into account the conditions of their operation.","PeriodicalId":431250,"journal":{"name":"2022 12th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies (ACIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114583024","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although there are regional variations in deaths from all causes in the world, it is in the 3rd rank. Lung cancer is among the most frequent cancer kinds worldwide, regardless of male or female. Cancer is a preventable disease. To prevent a disease, it is necessary to know its causes and avoid them. The use of tobacco and tobacco products is the main risk factor for all cancers, especially lung cancer. Early diagnosis of cancer is lifesaving. According to the Turkish Respiratory Research Association, 200,000 people are diagnosed with cancer every year in our country. With the accelerated developments in technologies and the digitalization of health services, a large amount of cancer data has been collected and this data has been used by many researchers, especially in low and middle-income countries, to reduce the cost of tests used to predict different cancer types and to predict different cancer types. This article is exploited various machine learning algorithms for predicting lung cancer. Experimental results show that random forest performed better by attaining 96.08% accuracy.","PeriodicalId":431250,"journal":{"name":"2022 12th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies (ACIT)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116819464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors describe five different data normalization methods’ operations, advantages, and disadvantages. The effectiveness of their work was evaluated using two data sets with different Imbalanced Ratio, which is typical for medical tasks. The modeling was performed by solving a binary classification task using three different machine learning methods based on decision trees. It is experimentally established that the method of normalization ScalerOnCircle, unlike others, increases the efficiency of analyzing medical data based on researched machine learning methods. There was a significant increase in the F1-score value when using this normalization method. It is because ScalerOnCircle, in addition to normalization by columns, provides the possibility of considering relationships between the attributes of each vector of a given dataset. This problem is very acute in the medical field, where data sets designed for intellectual analysis are characterized by many attributes and complex nonlinear relationships between them. This fact must be taken into account when mining such datasets. ScalerOnCircle opens up several benefits for the efficient mining of medical data.","PeriodicalId":431250,"journal":{"name":"2022 12th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies (ACIT)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117092576","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
