In this article we will focus on implementation of fuzzy logic methods for asymmetric encryption key. Fuzzy logic, in this case, is a problem solving methodology for data transfer that can find its application in various systems. Each beam was subjected to a central concentrated load with an average loading speed of 1 kN/min. The use of steel wire rope has been suggested as a new economical technique to strengthen and rehabilitate reinforced concrete beams, as well as to support the CFRP used in strengthening. The best results were obtained when using either CFRP and wire rope together, or wire rope on its own. It was found that strengthening by CFRP and wire rope increased the flexural strength, hardness, and toughness, and decreased the maximum deflection. Furthermore, the use of wire ropes with CFRP increased the splitting strength and prevented the concrete cover separation between CFRP and concrete. The use of wire rope is a new technique that significantly enhances the performance of concrete in flexure. Using a combination of wire ropes and CFRP, and wire rope on its own showed an increase in stiffness up to about 135.24% and 72.13%, and a reduction in ultimate deflection up to about 70.31% and 49.1%, respectively as compared with control beams. Wire ropes can be used in various forms to resist flexure, shear, and torsion stresses due to ease of formation per required shape. Moreover, increasing the rope’s diameter or reducing the spacing between the wrapped rope’s segments can enhance its efficiency. Evaporative cooling units are considered as a solution for these requirements by transforming such systems into technologies that meet these needs. The equipment’s cost, installation and operating costs are simple and low compared with refrigeration systems. An effective design is obtained by employing three stages settlement that equipped with a cross flow heat exchanger, direct and indirect evaporative coolers. In order to assess the design performance, a program code is developed. Flow and design parameters namely, air flow rate, piping length and diameter are studied. In addition to that the inlet air-dry bulb temperature at several different time duration over day is studied. The study was conducted in Tikrit University, Iraq (34. 35N; 43.37 E). Readings are recorded in June, July and end of August for two days (24 hours a day). The results show that, saturation of direct evaporative cooler effectiveness varies in the range, 67% - 96% and overall effectiveness of the unit varies in the range, 80% - 120%. Where the study included the addition of glass powder, brick powder and porcelain powder to the adhesive material and with different ratios of the weight of the adhesive material     (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1 and 1.25). After conducting laboratory tests proved the results of the study that the best types of additions are porcelain powder and the best ratio of adding was about ( 0.25). This addition to the adhesive material in this ratio led to improve the reaction temperature at mixing the parts of the adhesive material where decreased by 15.56%, as well as improved workability through lower flow of the consistency of adhesive material about 7.89%, as increased compressive strength by 13.33% and improved the modulus of elasticity by11% only, but The modulus of rupture decreased by 7.04% and the strength to high temperatures (limit to 250C°) decreased by 29.17%. The new bonding material was tested to strengthen the CFRP concrete beams. Identification process is appropriate in work place, private zones, banks ...etc. Individuals are rich subject having many characteristics that can be used for recognition purpose such as finger vein, iris, face ...etc. Finger vein and iris key-points are considered as one of the most talented biometric authentication techniques for its security and convenience. SIFT is new and talented technique for pattern recognition. However, some shortages exist in many related techniques, such as difficulty of feature loss, feature key extraction, and noise point introduction. In this manuscript a new technique named SIFT-based iris and SIFT-based finger vein identification with normalization and enhancement is proposed for achieving better performance. In evaluation with other SIFT-based iris or SIFT-based finger vein recognition algorithms, the suggested technique can overcome the difficulties of tremendous key-point extraction and exclude the noise points without feature loss. Data collection was carried out during TTH visits and by questionnaires. Sampling was performed during a 10-month period, one week each sampling month. The medical waste analyzed was comprised of 63.04% general waste (non-risk) and 36.96% hazardous waste. The results indicated that the medical waste generation rate is 0.9 kg/bed.day and 0.75 kg/patient.day. Statistically significant linear correlations were established between the daily production of medical solid waste and the respective number of patients and the occupied beds in TTH as whole. Based on the average daily production of medical solid waste produced by the departments of TTH (kg /d), the larger producer of general medical solid waste was obstetric department with average daily production of 25 kg/d, while the larger producer of hazardous medical solid waste was obstetric department with average daily production of 11 kg/d. The average specific weight of total medical waste, general waste, and hazardous waste were determined to be 218.6, 206.5 and 225.54 kg/m3, respectively. The average moisture content of total medical waste, general waste, and hazardous waste were determined to be 21, 20.4 and 23.4 %, respectively. The average general medical waste composition was: 40% organics, 21% plastics, 19% paper, 11% glass and 9% metals.
