It is true that at first glance, his prohibitions and policies for women sound degrading the women’s role. Yet, the application of the appropriate hermeneutical approach to his writings such as in 1 Corinths 11:2-16, 1 Corinths 14:34-35 and 1 Timothy 2:9-14 will show that Paul is never against women leading the church. This writing hopes to expand the church’s perspective on women’s leadership so that the church can provide women with the same opportunity as for the men in building up the body of Christ. On the other hand, it hopes to empower more women to take on leadership roles in the church without hesitation. [Pandangan teologis Rasul Paulus terhadap kepemimpinan wanita di gereja seringkali diterjemahkan dengan keliru atau disalah pahami. Jika dilihat secara sekilas, larangan dan aturan yang ia berikan kepada wanita terdengar merendahkan mereka. Namun, penerapan pendekatan hermeneutika yang sesuai dengan tulisan-tulisannya seperti dalam 1 Korintus 11:2-16, 1 Korintus 14:34-35 dan 1 Timotius 2:9-14 akan menunjukkan bahwa Rasul Paulus tidak pernah menentang wanita untuk memegang jabatan kepemimpinan di gereja. Tulisan ini diharapkan dapat memperluas perspektif gereja tentang kepemimpinan wanita sehingga wanita dapat memiliki kesempatan yang sama layaknya pria dalam membangun tubuh Kristus. Therefore, the author feels it is necessary to examine how the use of Psalm 3 to be a reference for the implementation of crisis counseling. The author uses the method of analyzing the Book of Psalms to get the true meaning of the text of Psalm 3. So as to obtain the results that Psalm 3 can be used to counsel people who are bullied, experience sadness, loneliness, worthlessness and feel rejected. The conviction held by David that God never left him also needed to be implanted in the hearts of counselees who experienced a situation like this. Kitab Mazmur merupakan salah satu kitab yang memiliki banyak referensi mengenai krisis hidup, salah satunya adalah Mazmur 3. Oleh sebab itu penulis merasa perlu diteliti bagaimana pemanfaatan Mazmur 3 untuk menjadi acuan bagi pelaksanaan konseling krisis. Penulis menggunakan metode analisis Kitab Mazmur untuk mendapatkan makna sesungguhnya dari teks Mazmur 3. Sehingga memperoleh hasil bahwa Mazmur 3 dapat digunakan untuk mengkonseling orang-orang yang di-bully, mengalami kesedihan, kesepian, tidak berharga dan merasa tertolak. Penelitian ini berangkat dari keresahan penulis terhadap keadaan peserta didik di era digital.Para peserta didik belum mampu menggunakan teknologi secara maksimal. Sehingga guru dituntut untuk bertindak profesional untuk mendampingi nara didik untuk mengembangkan diri dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi. Dengan problematika tersebut maka, penulis mengupas tentang peran guru dalam pengembangan peserta didik di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian tidak dipaksakan untuk memperoleh gambaran seutuhnya mengenai suatu hal menurut pandangan manusia. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan oleh penulis dalam tulisan ini, kemampuan pengelolaan peserta didik, guru bertanggungjawabterhadap peserta didik dalam perancangan dan pelaksanaan hasil belajar.Pengembangan peserta didik, dengan sejumlah peran dan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan guru. Jadi guru wajib mahir, pandai, cermat, dan cerdas dalam menjalankan pekerjaan sebagai guru. Guru dituntut mampu mengaktualisasikan kompetensi pedagogik. Serta mampu mengimplementasikan pendidikan yang holistik. The author examines the development of students in the digital age. This study departs from the writer's anxiety about the condition of students in the digital age. The students have not been able to use technology maximally. So that teachers are required to act professionally to assist students to develop themselves in the mastery of information technology. On account of these problems, the authors explore the role of teachers in the development of students in the digital age. The method used is descriptive qualitative. In this study, the theory used in research is not forced to obtain a complete picture of a matter according to human views. Based on the study conducted by the author in this paper, the ability to manage learners, teachers are responsible for students in the design and implementation of learning outcomes. Development of students, with a number of roles and responsibilities undertaken by the teacher. So the teacher must be proficient, clever, careful, and smart in carrying out work as a teacher. Teachers are required to be able to actualize pedagogical competencies. This raises quite a serious problem especially for the Pentecostal and Charismatic congregations because they are considered heretical when they maintain the belief that speaking in tongues is a gift from God.This paper examines whether the use of tongues is currently biblical? This paper also examines the relationship of speaking in tongues with the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This paper is made using descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique that I use is through literature study.
