The traditional threshold adjustment method based on condition judgment has poor robustness to different movement patterns, and it is hard to realize automatic adjustment and precise navigation in the multi-movement state. In this paper, we proposed an algorithm of movement pattern recognition and zero-velocity correction, which is based on deep learning. Collect sensor data series under various movement patterns as training samples. Based on LSTM (Long Short-term Memory) neural network, we train the movement pattern recognition and threshold adaptive model. Combined with the gait recognition and monitoring algorithm, the model adjusts zero-velocity detection thresholds adaptively in the multi-movement state. We evaluate the performance of our system on public datasets and with real-world experiments, and compare the results with other algorithms. Experiments showed that the algorithm detects the zero-velocity interval adaptively, and improves the ability to adapt the movement and environment for pedestrian navigation based on MIMU in complex environments, thereby improving the precision of pedestrian navigation.","PeriodicalId":431036,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Controls (ISCSIC)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134403243","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Applying the collected data to optimize the business activities can significantly improve profit margins. In this context, companies often want to enhance their models by enriching the data with data from external sources. Increasingly, companies are also considering selling data as an additional source of income. Governments are also willing to share citizen data with businesses. The GDPR regulation, introduced in May 2018 provides a framework for different parties (commercial, governmental, academic) to share and sell data provided that the data is anonymized. The effect of this anonymization step on the quality of the data (and the resulting business optimization conclusions) are still unclear. Utility and quality metrics that exist are purely theoretical, and do not grasp the purpose of the anonymized data, resulting in discrepancies between the expected and the actual utility of an anonymized dataset. This work studies the practical utility of anonymized datasets. It assesses the effect of applying the K-anonymity metric and dataset sampling on the utility of the data by conducting experiments on a resource allocation use case. Practical guidelines are presented for anonymizing datasets while maintaining a high degree of practical utility.","PeriodicalId":431036,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Controls (ISCSIC)","volume":"80 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116471385","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Organizations implementing such technology deal with both quality of service and security demands, therefore it is mandatory to investigate the impact of QoS parameters when applying security mechanisms in multimedia services for the case of videocalls. This work presents a study of quality of service indicators such as jitter, delay between RTP (Real Time Protocol) packets, establishment and release time for three levels of security, considering the effect over signaling and media planes of the videocall. Four scenarios were implemented in two groups: the first one consisted of a LAN with a Laptop and a PC with WebRTC clients or between a Smartphone and a PC as well. The second one consisted of a DSL WAN with a Laptop and a PC with WebRTC clients or between a Smartphone and a PC as well. The three levels of security for each scenario were implemented as follows: the first one without security, the second one with TLS in signaling, and the third with both TLS in signaling and DTLS in media traffic. Codecs employed were VP8 for video and OPUS for audio on every testbed over WebRTC with EasyRTC framework. The results show, in general terms that QoS media indicators were on the recommended levels according to ITU and IETF. Establishing and liberation time were degraded. In some cases there was an improvement, as in the case of jitter due to the use of RTP (Real Time Transport) protocol for audio. We recommend the use of machine learning algorithm K-means for detecting clusters between different QoS indicator for the three levels of security just to detect with more accuracy the impact for each level.","PeriodicalId":431036,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Controls (ISCSIC)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115364261","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The formulas were regressed by figures of Propeller C-series, which is proposed by Maritime Research Institute Netherlands(MARIN) for controllable pitch propellers(CPP). The thrust coefficient and torque coefficient of different pitch angle and pitch ratio were obtained by regression equation. The mathematical model of the ship motion was established based on separated modelling method. The resistance model was established and calculated by the Lap-Keller chart. The simulation tests were carried out both by MATLAB and simulator testing programs. The results were compared with real ship test data, which showed a great performance. There are several studies looking at how to evaluate smart city performance using different methodologies and evaluation criteria. Although there is no standard method on how to perform such an evaluation, we have observed that the Smart Economy is the most dominant dimension in evaluating smart cities. Of the 30 studies we analyzed between 2015 and 2020, smart economy was cited in 25 of them as a key dimension in evaluating smart cities. Therefore, in this paper we highlight the role of the Smart Economy dimension in smart city development and show how it is measured and evaluated in different assessment tools. In this article, we look in more detail at smart economy-related indicators used in different assessment tools. We draw on a theoretical approach with a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis to explore commonalities and correlations among the top performing cities in the smart economy.","PeriodicalId":431036,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Controls (ISCSIC)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127225391","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A new drive train behavior is created, as well as new driving functions and operating states. Furthermore, increasing customer requirements for comfort, dynamics and fuel consumption must be ensured over the entire service life. The authors analyze the state-of-art in transmission control showing that current development methods are reaching their limits. Artificial intelligence (AI) offers many advantages such as optimization, learning algorithms and databased modelling. AI thus opens up new possibilities for designing control algorithms. This paper includes a literature review showing that AI methods in vehicle powertrains has not yet been adequately researched, especially in the design of control algorithms in hybrid vehicle transmissions. From this, the authors derive the research hypothesis that AI methods increase the accuracy and robustness of control algorithms in hybrid vehicle transmissions. Research questions are: Which challenges exist in hybrid vehicle transmission control? Which AI methods are useful in this area? What are the boundary conditions and benefits of those methods? Finally, the paper describes a research methodology to answer those questions including the analysis of the state-of-art in transmission control, expert interviews, and validation experiments.","PeriodicalId":431036,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Controls (ISCSIC)","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130503978","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
