A distributed state feedback is designed following the input-output linearization approach based on the characteristic index. The controlled variable represents the weighted spatial average of the state while the actuation is distributed along the space domain. It is shown, based on the variational lemma, that the state feedback provides a stable closed loop system in $L_{2}$-norm. The stabilization performance, a particular case of the output tracking problem, is evaluated via simulation runs in the case of the wave suppression problem. The size of the WPT system, the distance between the implanted medical device's placement inside the body and the outside environment, the operating frequency, and tissue safety owing to power dissipation are important factors to take into account when designing WPT systems. This study examines power transfer via inductive coupling and gives a simulation of the wireless power transfer system used by body implants. This paper investigates how to construct coils for bio implantable devices that use inductive transfer (IMDs), in order to identify the operational factors affecting the performance of the proposed spiral coil and to determine the ideal conditions to achieve the best performance, a mathematical model based on the number of turns and width of turns for each coil is developed using MATLAB simulator. The materials, fabricated according to this technique, compared to the analogs, are characterized by the following three advantages: 1) wide-band property; 2) flexibility property; 3) decreased time expenses, which need for these materials fabrication. The regularities of change of the electromagnetic radiation reflection, transmission and absorption coefficients values of the materials, fabricated according to this technique, have been investigated. It was done depending on the frequency of electromagnetic radiation interacting with materials. According to the investigation results, it has been established, that the average value of electromagnetic radiation reflection coefficient of the materials, fabricated according to the proposed technique, is -10.0 dB in the frequency range 2.0-17.0 GHz, while the average values of electromagnetic radiation transmission and absorption coefficients are -25.0 dB and 0.8 respectively. Therefore, a robustness analysis was conducted on the following control methods, Feedback linearization with a trajectory tracking controller, sliding mode based on feedback linearization, and an algorithm with standard sliding mode along an angular velocity feedback control to stabilize the state variables, which is later replaced by super twisting sliding mode to attenuate chattering. A novel adaptive global sliding mode (AGSMC) has been addressed, which guarantees the elimination of the reaching phase and forces the tracking error to reach the sliding surface (SS) from the beginning. Moreover, the adaptive tuning law has been addressed in order to deal with the undetermined upper limit of the SU. The convergence and stability analysis of the proposed methods is verified by the Lyapunov stability theory. Prosumer present a proactive energy producer and consumer fitted with at least one RES, and small-scale prosumer contains at least one PEV, an entity that acts as a load or a storage system while charging and discharging. The key aim of this paper is developing an Energy Management System (EMS) designed as hierarchic internal and external levels between a prosumer and a small-scale prosumer to flatten the power profiles, gain PEVs free charging and increase inhabitants' monetary profit. The results of the optimal system simulation gave us the following results for the three cities (Bizerte, <tex>$mathbf{NPC=3.942}$</tex> MDT, <tex>$mathbf{COE=0.0300}mathbf{DT}/mathbf{KWH, CO_{2}=1.173}$</tex> Kg/year, <tex>$mathbf{Ren=75.6 %}$</tex>, (AI-Rudayyif, <tex>$mathbf{NPC=4.232}$</tex> MDT, <tex>$mathbf{COE=0.0327}$</tex> DT /KWH, <tex>$mathbf{CO_{2}=1.205}$</tex> Kg/year, <tex>$mathbf{Ren=75.6 %)}$</tex> and (Remada, <tex>$mathbf{NPC=3.601}$</tex> MDT, <tex>$mathbf{COE=0.0276}$</tex> DT /KWH, <tex>$mathbf{CO_{2}=1.159}$</tex> Kg/year, <tex>$mathbf{Ren=77.5}$</tex> %) on the other hand the use of grid only gives us <tex>$mathbf{(NPC=11.956}$</tex> MDT, <tex>$mathbf{COE=0.176}$</tex> DT/KWH, <tex>$mathbf{CO_{2}=2.597}$</tex> Kg/year). In this paper, A model of the converter is developed to synthesize the hybrid observer by sliding mode. The second part of this work, we discussed the diagnosis of cell fault by using the sliding-mode hybrid observer for the generation of the residue. The development of an observer-based MLP artificial neural network controller is discussed in the third part to diagnose faults in the converter. The operation of the combination of photovoltaic array and electrolysis is verified at different insulation levels.
