Matching service availability with company needs is a basic value in determining the performance of the IT department. Making risk-based planning is a way to get a priority scale in determining corrective actions to be taken. By identifying risks, registering risks, and assessing risks that cause network service disruption based on the frequency of risk events and the severity/loss level if the risk occurs, a program plan is obtained to follow up (Risk treatment plan). Problems with network availability such as disconnection, unable to access servers, and busy servers due to overloaded access are problems that occur in the internal network of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. By implementing a load balancing configuration using the HSRP method, you can add network backups to the internet and servers thereby increasing the availability of access services to servers and the internet when the network is busy and when an incident occurs when one of the networks is disconnected. To increase the capacity of the database server service, a switch port mirroring configuration is implemented as a database backup.Manajemen layanan teknologi informasi (TI) dalam setiap organisasi menjadi sangat penting saat ini. Menyesuaikan ketersediaan layanan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan menjadi nilai dasar dalam menentukan kinerja departemen TI. Membuat perencanaan berbasis risiko (Risk Base Thinking) merupakan cara untuk mendapatkan skala prioritas dalam menentukan tindakan perbaikan yang akan diambil. Dengan mengidentifikasi risiko, meregistrasi risiko, menilai/assess risiko yang menyebabkan gangguan layanan jaringan berdasarkan frekuensi kejadian risiko dan tingkat keparahan/ kerugian jika risiko itu terjadi, didapatkan rencana program untuk menindak lanjuti (Risk treatment plan). Permasalahan ketersediaan jaringan seperti terputusnya koneksi, tidak dapat akses ke server dan server sibuk akibat kelebihan beban akses merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi di jaringan internal kantor PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Dengan menerapkan konfigurasi load balancing menggunakan metode HSRP dapat menambahkan backup jaringan ke internet dan server sehingga meningkatkan ketersediaan layanan akses ke server dan internet pada saat jaringan sibuk dan saat terjadi insiden terputusnya salah satu jaringan. All components on the network can be referred to as nodes, which send or receive data to exchange information. The data sent is divided into small parts in the form of network packets. At the company PT. Sumber Rezeki, the internet used has limited speed and quota, in daily activities it often goes down and the usage reports are still not detailed enough. A packet analyzer is needed in a network to be able to monitor a network so that the network remains safe and can run properly. Packet Analyzer can help monitor and detect attacks from hackers by monitoring oddities in network traffic. The purpose of this research is to design a packet analyzer program to perform network monitoring. The results of the design that was made went well according to plan based on the feasibility tests that had been carried out.Keamanan internet sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, agar dapat digunakan dengan baik, lancar. Segala komponen yang berada di jaringan dapat disebut sebagai node, yang mengirimkan atau menerima data-data untuk bertukar informasi. Data-data yang dikirimkan dibagi menjadi bagian-bagian kecil dalam bentuk packet Network.  Pada perusahaan PT. Sumber Rezeki, internet yang digunakan memiliki kecepatan dan kuota yang terbatas, dalam kegiatan sehari hari sering down dan laporan penggunaannya masih kurang terperinci. Diperlukan packet Analyzer dalam suatu jaringan untuk dapat mengawasi suatu jaringan agar jaringan tetap aman dan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Packet Analyzer dapat membantu mengawasi dan mendeteksi penyerangan dari hacker dengan mengawasi keanehan pada lalu lintas jaringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang program packet Analyzer untuk melakukan Monitoring jaringan. Sunardi, Aris Nurwanto","doi":"10.56486/jeis.vol3no1.288","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56486/jeis.vol3no1.288","url":null,"abstract":"In light of information on sun-powered radiation analyzed from 18 circumstances in Indonesia, sun-based radiation in Indonesia can be appointed toward the western and eastern districts of Indonesia by shipping radiation drawing nearer 4.5/m2/day. Solar power sources are particularly suitable for use in regions of Indonesia, where there is great solar heat. The use of these solar power sources (PLTS) would be more beneficial if they harmonized with the power plant (country). The slow uncoordinated power transfer when operated by humans will affect the efficiency and reliability of the syncretic system between the PLTS and the PLTS, and automatic control systems are needed. These automatic control plans are commonly called Automated Transfer Switch (ATS). On PLTS power conversion of solar energy into electricity with Solar Panels 100 Watt Peak, Solar Charger Controller (SCC) 20A, Battery 12v/20 Ah, Inverter 500 watts and Low Voltage Disconnect module. Whereas the ats control system requires a component of it is Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), Magnetic Contactor, Switch Relay, and Time Delay Relay (TDR). The switching process of testing between source PLTS and PLN with ATS control can run automatically on priority PLN modes meaning PLTS as backup, or PLTS priority mode as backup systems. On testing the Optimized Battery Capacity, testing Low Voltage Protection source of batteries can be disconnected on set-point under 10.8 v, an Auto Cut Charging Protection can break the charging of the batteries at 13.8 v, and Cycle Use testing optimally does a battery charge while releasing battery energy.Berdasarkan data radiasi matahari yang diperiksa dari 18 situasi di Indonesia dapat didelegasikan pada wilayah barat dan timur dengan angkut radiasi mendekati 4,5 kWh/m2/hari. Sumber daya listrik tenaga surya sangat cocok digunakan di wilayah indonesia yang memiliki energi panas matahari yang besar. Pemanfaatan sumber Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) akan menguntungkan jika sinkron dengan sumber daya PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara). Perpindahan daya yang lambat dan tidak terkoordinasi dengan baik bila dioperasikan oleh manusia, akan mempengaruhi efisiensi dan keandalan dari sistem sinkronisasi antara PLN dengan PLTS, maka diperlukan sistem kontrol yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis. Rancangan kontrol otomatis ini biasa disebut dengan Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). Pada sumber PLTS memanfaatkan konversi energi panas matahari menjadi listrik dengan panel surya 100W, SCC 20A, Baterai 12V/20 Ah, Inverter 500 Watt dan Modul Low Voltage Disconnect. Sedangkan pada sistem kontrol ATS memerlukan komponen diantaranya adalah Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), Kontaktor, Relay Switch dan Time Delay Relay (TDR). Hasil pengujian proses switching antara sumber PLTS dengan PLN dengan kontrol ATS dapat berjalan otomatis pada Mode Prioritas PLN artinya PLTS sebagai backup, ataupun Mode Prioritas PLTS yang sumber PLN dijadikan sistem backup daya. If left unchecked, it will result in a fire. A technology is needed that can assist in providing security for their residence in real time for 24 hours. LPG gas is flammable if it is ignited by a fire around it, so the storage area uses a tube that is not easily leaked. The Internet of Things is a physical device capable of exchanging information and connected to the system so that it provides great benefits. The formulation of the research problem is how to design a system to detect gas leaks, sparks, which can be informed via WhatsApp. The resulting tool uses an Arduino microcontroller, can monitor gas leaks, which can be informed via WhatsApp messages. After going through a series of trials this tool went well as expected.Kebakaran sering diakibatkan karena kelalaian manusia dalam melakukan aktivitasnya di rumah, seperti tidak mengetahui jika tabung gas di rumahnya sedang bocor, Jika dibiarkan akan berakibat yang dapat mengakibatkan kebakaran. Diperlukan sebuah teknologi yang dapat membantu dalam memberikan keamanan bagi tempat tinggalnya secara real time selama 24 jam. Gas LPG mudah terbakar jika terpicu oleh api yang berada di sekitarnya, maka tempat penyimpanannya menggunakan tabung yang tidak mudah bocor. Internet of Things berupa perangkat fisik yang mampu bertukar informasi dan terhubung ke dalam sistem sehingga memberikan kemanfaatan besar. This lesson is less attractive to students because they are lazy to read the material provided. With the introduction of learning software for provinces and their capitals in Indonesia, many benefits are obtained, one of which is by cultivating a sense of love for the homeland from an early age. Learning applications are made based on multimedia using 2D Adobe Flash CS 3. This method is expected to attract students' interest in studying social sciences. This learning application can be run using laptops and computers so that students and the general public are more interested and innovative in the learning process. The result of this research is an interactive CD that can be operated on a laptop or computer. This application can also be distributed to elementary schools so that it can help increase knowledge of the archipelago and make elementary school students more interested in knowing the provinces and capitals in Indonesia.Pembelajaran mengenal Provinsi dan Ibukota di Indonesia merupakan bagian dari pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Pelajaran ini kurang diminati oleh siswa dikarenakan mereka malas untuk membaca materi yang diberikan. Dengan adanya Perangkat lunak pembelajaran pengenalan provinsi dan ibukotanya di Indonesia didapatkan banyak manfaat salah satunya yaitu dengan memupuk rasa cinta terhadap tanah air sejak usia dini. Aplikasi pembelajaran dibuat berbasis multimedia dengan menggunakan 2D Adobe Flash CS 3. Dengan metode ini diharapkan bisa menarik minat siswa untuk mempelajari ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Aplikasi pembelajaran ini dapat dijalankan menggunakan laptop dan komputer, sehingga siswa dan masyarakat umum lebih tertarik dan inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah CD interaktif yang dapat dioperasikan di laptop atau komputer. The popular method used is the Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) method. Using a combination of object detection classification, image and object tracking, for masked or non-masked face detection systems in the form of images or videos. Face detection in Python can be done using the OpenCV library and the method applied is the Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) method. The problem in this research is how to build a computer program with the Python programming language, using Google Collab, and apply and test it in the face detection process using a mask or not to detect violations of the Covid-19 health protocol. The goal to be achieved through this research is to produce an image-processing system that uses Image processing aims to help prevent Covid-19, especially regarding calls for the use of masks in public spaces.Teknologi Deteksi Wajah adalah teknologi komputer untuk mendeteksi wajah manusia, metode yang populer digunakan adalah metode Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). The method used in this study is a design and testing approach, starting from the selection of tools and materials to the implementation of the test. The results showed that the Joule Thief emergency lamp can operate at a voltage of 0.8 VDC with a current of 0.08 A and can turn on a 220 VAC LED. The first test was carried out on a 220 Vac 5watt LED with a power supply unit (PSU) instead of battery power. The second test was conducted on the charger module with the indicator flashing red when charging and blue when full. From the test it is known that the Joule Thief emergency lamp can work well and can be used as an emergency lamp when the electricity from the PLN goes out. This emergency lighting device uses commercial lamps so that it can be replaced easily as needed and can be charged when the battery is depleted.Fungsi utama desain lampu darurat portable berbasis rangkaian joule thief adalah memberikan penerangan pada saat listrik padam sehingga dapat menunjang aktivitas manusia dalam melakukan berbagai pekerjaan khususnya pada malam hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan desain dan pengujian, mulai dari pemilihan alat dan bahan sampai dengan pelaksanaan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lampu emergency Joule Thief dapat beroperasi pada tegangan 0,8 VDC dengan arus 0,08 A dan dapat menyalakan LED 220 VAC. Pengujian pertama dilakukan pada LED 220 Vac 5watt dengan power supplay unit (PSU) sebagai pengganti daya baterai. Pengujian kedua dilakukan pada modul pengisi daya dengan indikator menyala merah saat mengisi daya dan biru saat penuh. Dari pengujian diketahui bahwa lampu darurat Joule Thief dapat bekerja dengan baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai lampu darurat pada saat aliran listrik dari PLN padam. A computer network is a network system where all computers share data and resources. The problem that often occurs in computer networks at SMK Al Khairiyah 2 is the dominance of user limitations by staff activities such as downloading or uploading large files. As well as the difficulty of knowing the number of computer network users who use wireless technology. This causes frequent problems with the computer network at this school, such as data sent being slow and doesn't even reach its destination, communication often experiences time-outs and security problems, so a network design is needed that can overcome the problems that occur. The problem is how to develop a good and adequate computer network, using the OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) method. The purpose of this study is to design a LAN network at SMK Al-Khairiyah 2 with the OSPF method.Penggunaan jaringan internet dibutuhkan dalam melakukan sesuatu aktifitas. Jaringan komputer merupakan suatu sistem jaringan, dimana seluruh komputer saling berbagi data dan resources satu sama lain. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada jaringan komputer di SMK Al Khairiyah 2 yaitu adanya dominasi limitasi user oleh aktivitas Staff seperti download atau upload file-file berukuran besar. Serta sulitnya mengetahui jumlah pengguna jaringan komputer yang menggunakan teknologi nirkabel. Menyebabkan seringnya terjadi masalah pada jaringan komputer di sekolah ini seperti: data yang dikirim lambat bahkan tidak sampai ke tujuan, komunikasi sering mengalami time-out dan masalah keamanan sehingga dibutuhkan suatu rancangan jaringan yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Permasalahannya bagaimana mengembangkan jaringan komputer yang baik dan memadai, dengan menggunakan metode OSPF (Open Shortest Path First).
