The method used in this research was a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research.    \u0000       The type of data used was primary data in the form of examination results of Aspergillus sp. at the Microbiology Laboratory of Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo, while secondary data was in the form of observations in the form of medical records of pulmonary tuberculosis patients who undergo advanced treatment at the Kabila Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. Sources of data were collected using questionnaires and documentation results. The acids that are usually used are HCl, vinegar, oxalic acid, boric acid. While alkalimetry is the opposite of acidimetry, which is a titration that uses a standard solution of a base to determine acid.This study aims to identify the substance in a sample and determine the level is the principle of acid-base reactions. Acidi-alkalimetric titration is a volumetric titration using NaOH as the secondary standard solution and potassium hydrogen phthalate as the primary standard solution and added pp indicator. The end point of the titration is indicated by a change in the color of the solution to a pink color. Alkalimetry is a quantitative determination of the levels of compounds that are acidic by using a standard base. \u0000The method used is the experimental method through a quantitative approach. The research method is used to determine the effect of the independent variable or treatment on the dependent or the results under controlled conditions. \u0000The results of the study obtained the calculation of the volume of NaOH 28.7 then performed in duplicate to obtain the calculation of the volume of NaOH 29.7. LoperamideHydrochloridum was chosen because LoperamideHydrochloridum can inhibit intestinal motility so as to prolong intestinal transit time, reduce the frequency of defecation, increase stool viscosity and prevent electrolyte loss. \u0000This study aims to determine the usefulness or differences of several anti-diarrheal drugs, and to compare the mechanism of action of each anti-diarrheal drug used. \u0000The method used is the experimental method, the experimental method is an experiment to prove a certain question or hypothesis. Experiments can be carried out in a laboratory or outside the laboratory, experimental work implies learning to do, because it can be included in the learning method. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the right composition for making tuna red meat crackers. How is the community's acceptance of the quality of the addition of tuna red meat crackers. The research objectives were to determine the exact composition of tuna red meat crackers and to determine the public acceptance of the quality of crackers with the addition of tuna red meat waste based on color, taste, aroma and texture. \u0000This research uses analytic observational research where the research is conducted by analyzing acceptance. The population used was 352 people in Bilato Village, Bilato District and a sample of 176 respondents. Data collection techniques using hedonic questionnaires with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. \u0000The results showed that the crackers preferred by the panelists were 100 gr and 200 gr with very like criteria but the most preferred by the panelists were 100 gr crackers with very like criteria, 50 gr crackers were less preferred by the panelists with moderate criteria. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the behavior of mothers regarding the provision of complementary feeding and nutritional status in infants aged 6-24 months. This study aims to determine the mother's behavior in providing complementary feeding and nutritional status of infants aged 6-24 months. \u0000This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The population in this study were 124 mothers who had babies. In this study, samples were taken as many as 95 people using the Slovin formula. The type of data used is primary data sourced from interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analytical descriptive method, which describes the data collected in the form of words, pictures and not numbers. \u0000The results showed that the mother's knowledge was good at 21.05%, sufficient knowledge was 29.47% and most of them had less knowledge at 49.48%. Mother's attitude towards complementary feeding has a good attitude of 44.21% and a bad attitude that is 55.79%. The mother's practice of giving complementary foods to breast milk has a good practice of 38.94% and a bad practice of 61.05%. Aloei Saboe Hospital, Gorontalo City. This research used qualitative research methods involving a grounded theory approach. Grounded theory is a qualitative research method that uses several systematic procedures to find theories. The types of data used were primary data and secondary data were obtained from interviews and documentation. \u0000The results show that (1) Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) in laboratory installations are already existed and are effectively running, (2) The implementation of risk management has been regulated based on the regulation of Decree No. 12 of 2020 on Hospital Accreditation, (3) The skills of officers are in the forms of identifying risks in the laboratory.
