{"title":"الحکمة وعلاقتها بالأنماط القیادیة لدى عینة من العاملین فى بعض الوظائف الإداریة","authors":"سوسن حامد برکات","doi":"10.21608/bshjo.2020.91074","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/bshjo.2020.91074","url":null,"abstract":"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الحکمة والأنماط القيادية لدى عينة من العاملين فى بعض الوظائف الإدارية، والتعرف على الفروق بين الذکور والإناث من العاملين فى بعض الوظائف الإدارية فى الحکمة، أجريت الدراسة على 180 عامل وعاملة من العاملين فى الوظائف الإدارية بواقع (90) عامل، (90) عاملة، تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (40- 55) سنة بمتوسط عمرى 47,65 سنة وانحراف معيارى ±4,85. استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الحکمة (إعداد الباحثة) ومقياس الأنماط القيادية (إعداد الباحثة) وقد تأکدت الباحثة من الخصائص السيکومترية للمقياسين بأکثر من طريقة. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الدرجة الکلية للحکمة والقيادة الديمقراطية کما توجد علاقة سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين الدرجة الکلية للحکمة والقيادة الأوتوقراطية بينما لا توجد علاقة بين الدرجة الکلية للحکمة والقيادة الحرة، کما أوضحت النتائج أنهتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذکور والاناث فى الدرجة الکلية للحکمة، وقد تم تفسير نتائج الدراسة فى ضوء الإطار النظرى والدراسات السابقة ووجهة نظر الباحثة.","PeriodicalId":430161,"journal":{"name":"مجلة الدراسات النفسیة المعاصرة جامعة بنى سویف","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123431086","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research included (150) female students, with mean age (21,5) SD (±3,4). Tools were: empathy scale (prepared by the researcher), altruistic behavior scale (prepared by the researcher), and Social responsibility scale (prepared by researcher). Results showed that there is a positive significant relationship between altruistic behavior and a Social responsibility, there is a positive significant relationship between empathy and altruistic behavior and a Social responsibility. Research included (165) married women, with Mean Age (30.01), SD (±5.94). Tools were: Forgiveness scale (prepared by the researcher), subjective well-being scale (prepared by the researcher), and marital satisfaction scale (prepared by Fowers & Olson, translated and modified by Nasra Mansour, 2012). Results showed that there is a positive significant relationship between subjective well-being and marital satisfaction, there is a positive significant relationship between forgiveness and Subjective well-being and marital satisfaction. Mohamed","doi":"10.21608/bshjo.2019.90803","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/bshjo.2019.90803","url":null,"abstract":"The present study aimed to uncover the relationship between the habits of mind, \"communicating with clarity and accuracy, striving for accuracy, learning continuously, sense of humor, listen with understanding and empathy, creativity, imagining and innovating, thinking interdependently and benefit from experience\" to achievement motivation for a sample of assistant lecturers in university and to identify the contribution degree of the habits of mind in predicting achievement motivation with the study's sample of (200) members of assistant lecturers at Mansoura University, (100) males and (100) females with an average age of (26.18) and a standard deviation of (± 2.4). The measure of the habits of mind was used (prepared by the researcher), and the measure of achievement motivation (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the habits of mind, \"communicating with clarity and accuracy, striving for accuracy, learning continuously, sense of humor, listen with understanding and empathy, creativity, imagining and innovating visualization and innovation, thinking interdependently and benefit from experience\" and the achievement motivation. It was conducted on a sample of 150 technical school students. Mean age of the sample 17.42 years with S.D ± 1.14. The researcher used self-efficacy scale, future orientation scale, and coping styles scale (prepared by the researcher). Results of the study indicated that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and future orientation.
