There are still many mothers who do not take their children to health facilities to get complete basic immunizations. The role of midwives in providing motivation to families, especially mothers about immunization status, is thought to be able to increase maternal compliance to increase the coverage and completeness of basic infant immunization. The research method uses analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 112 people and a sample of 53 people. The results showed that the motivation of the midwives according to mostly good was 54.7%, which stated that it was less than 45.3%. Mother's adherence to complete basic immunization for infants in the obedient category was 73.6%, those who did not comply were 26.4%. The motivation of the midwife is related to maternal compliance with complete basic immunization for infants at the Hana Kasih Clinic in 2021, p-value of 0.000 <0.05. It is hoped that midwives will motivate mothers, especially mothers who have babies, to immunize their babies with the 5 (five) basic immunizations required by the government.","PeriodicalId":429315,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Clinical Inventions and Medical Science","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133919284","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Breastfeeding is an important activity in child care and preparation for future generations. Working mothers will encounter difficulties regarding timing between breastfeeding and work. This type of research is descriptive research, namely research or observations carried out simultaneously at one time (once). The population in this study were working mothers in the Baru Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District, who had 32 children aged over 6 months. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the statistical test between the dual role conflict of working mothers and the action of exclusive breastfeeding in the Baru Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District, obtained a correlation coefficient or r value of -0.420, the probability of 0.020 with a 95% confidence level where p <0.05. Theory Cultural care Leininger looked at that family tend to maintain their culture when doing help. Indonesia, especially in Banjarmasin, has different social and cultural conditions so that the experience of making its first response will of course also be different. This study aims to explore the family experience of the first response to patients with heart attacks. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological study approach to 8 participants from Banjar community in South Kalimantan with purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using in-depth interviews with a tape recorder and field notes. The method of analysis uses Creswell. There are 6 themes found namely (1) The initial understanding of a family about heart attack is in the form of menyamak or angin duduk, (2) The family's first action in a patient with an attackheart in the form of cabut angin, (3) family onset in doing his first response against attacks in the form of estimated time (4) Family delay factors in doing the first response in the form of a cause(5) The emotional response of the family in facing a heart attack such as neutral response, anxiety and shock. (6) Meaning as a helper for family members such as pride, relief and pleasure. Nurses need to rectify the culture that is in conflict with health by changing the family mindset of their understanding of diseases, especially heart attacks.","PeriodicalId":429315,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Clinical Inventions and Medical Science","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117215292","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To verify this fact in the present study ‘the biochemical profile and antimicrobial activity of different samples of the estuarine crab, Sylla serrata’ was investigated. Biochemical study of the body parts of the crab gains substantial attention for their specificity in connection to the food values of the crab and for the evaluation of their physiological needs at different periods of life. The total protein was estimated by Lowry's method and the amount of protein was highest in the soft muscle sample (20.27mg/ml). The total sugar was estimated by the Phenol-Sulphuric acid method and it was highest in the leg sample (209.8mg/ml). The lipids of the samples were estimated by Folchs method. Lipid was highest in the shell sample (28.35mg/ml). Thin Layer chromatography was done for characterization of protein. Antibiotics are used against bacterial infections. The natural products gained importance to screen antibiotics. For this reason the antibacterial activity of the samples were tested against grampositive and gramnegative pathogenic bacterial strains. The bacterial strains like Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Enterobacter aerogenes were used as the test strains. In the present study, the ethanol extract of crab sample I showed maximum zone of inhibition (13 mm) in P. aeruginosa. The sample I showed moderate zone of inhibition (11 mm) in K.pneumoniae. The sample II showed the minimum zone of inhibition (7 mm) in P. aeruginosa. It indicated that the shell of crabs would be a good source of antimicrobial agents and would replace the existing inadequate and cost effective antibiotics. The microbial associates of crustaceans have proven to be a rich source of bioactivity with antimicrobial and cytotoxic effects. So the organism used in the present study will be the promising source to the biotechnological and pharmaceutical applications. However, there is a significant relationship between participants’ level of depression and their experience of menstrual problems.
