For the first-priority replacement of the most injured sites, it is necessary to develop a technique for their identification. The article describes the method of determining the pipeline defect location according to the analysis of vibro-acoustic signals. As a working tool for the implementation of the search algorithm and identification of leaks, the authors used the LabVIEW graphicprogramming environment. This analysis allows one to choose an electric motor for a serial-hybrid vehicle. The authors of the article have been made the analysis of publications on this subject. In the article the authors consider four electric motor types: DC machines, AC machines, permanent magnet machines and the switched reluctance motor. We analyzed how the initial measurement errors of pixel coordinates on the sensor of a digital camera and the scene geometry influence the result errors of the 3D coordinates measured by the photogrammetric system. Our findings demonstrate the expected system's accuracy for industrial applications and theoretically confirm our previous experimental accuracy estimation. The requirements for the quality index of the automatic control system (ACS) regulation in terms of the outlet gas temperature with significant variations of CO parameters are put forth. The topic of the structural parametric synthesis is discussed in this article. It has been proved that the usage of the adaptive ACS is necessary. The structure of the model reference adaptive system is considered. The research of the dynamic characteristics for the adaptive ACS of the outlet gas temperature with variations of CO parameters has been done according to the computer simulation technique. The authors compared energy characteristics between the main gas pipeline compressor station of the traditional discrete control method for the outlet gas temperature and the characteristics after the implementation of the developed adaptive ACS. The model is developed in the graphical software environment simulation MatLab Simulink and used for multidimensional data analysis. It lists only basic details on working in this software environment which are necessary for the realization of basic algorithms. The combination of a vertical wind turbine with photovoltaic cells on its blades, as well as a set of batteries, allows continuous power supply, even at total absence of wind and at night. A wind turbine and a solar surface with solar cells are generating electricity. Structural and computer model of a solar-wind hybrid electrical system contains a number of key subsystems that ensure their efficiency and subsystems that contribute to the work of the key subsystems (wind turbine, induction machine, a three-phase bridge rectifier, battery, etc.). The crucial element can be considered to be a subsystem of “wind turbine” and “solar battery”. In the present study, a tool condition monitoring system for micro-drilling is developed using a tri-axial accelerometer, a data acquisition and signal processing module and an artificial neural network. Micro-drilling experiments were carried out on an austenitic stainless steel ((X5CrNi 18-10) workpiece with the 500 μm diameter micro-drill. A three-axis accelerometer was installed on a sensor plate attached to the workpiece to collect vibration signals in three directions during drilling. The time domain “root mean square” feature representing changes in tool wear was estimated for vibration signals of all three directions. The variations of the rms micro-drilling vibrations were investigated with the increasing number of holes under different cutting conditions. An artificial neural network (ANN) model was developed to fuse the rms values of all three directional vibration signals, the spindle speed and feed parameters to predict the drilled hole number. The predicted drilled hole number obtained with the ANN model is in good agreement with the experimentally obtained drilled hole number. Now there is a difficult situation with agriproducts distribution and storage in Russia. Farmers are forced to sell out fruits and vegetables before they start to rot. Thus, the prices are falling and it results in high profitability losses which measure up over 30%. Only the potato losses reach up to 40%. There are strong sales fluctuations and it is impossible to fix them without solid investments. There are several storage techniques such as freezing, conservation, controlled atmosphere storage and even ozone and radiation treatment. The controlled atmosphere storage might be improved by technological cell implementation. This way of the storage organization could become the basis of integrated distribution centers. In view of the rapidly developing IT-technologies we should envisage the possibility of integrating the technological cell in cyber-physical systems (CPS). A model of electric firing circuit is developed and analyzed with due regard to the impact of various internal and external energy sources. A mathematical model of the electric firing circuit in the form of a matrix equation reflectIIITII its electric state under the simultaneous operation of both standard and external sources of energy is developed; a semigraphical method for calculation of electrical detonators reliability is proposed. The complex analysis electroexplosive chain algorithm takes into account the possible impact of stray currents and their influence on the security (the possibility of a premature explosion) and reliability (possible occurrence of failures at initiation) of electroexplosion work. Application of the proposed method and algorithm is illustrated in the equivalent circuit representing the most typical electroexplosive chain option. Today, identifying the rolling stock position with under 1m accuracy is an urgent issue for the railway vehicles located in the areas of near-station and within the track facilities of large industrial enterprises. This project suggests the implementation of the railway service management based on ZigBee technology. The use of this solution allows reducing the system power consumption.
